    The Coral Springs pressure cleaning crew showed up to my house on time but not prepared to do a roof as high as mine they said since the ladder they had didn't reach it. So they had to drive back to their office to get another ladder which took about an hour and a half to retrieve. So they show back up and take to the roof. The workers didn't ask or offer to move items that could possibly get wet with the gunk and the red stuff that makes up the tiles that comes off of the roof when power washing it. I am new to Florida and this is the first time i've had the roof washed and wasn't aware this would be the case so many of items were damaged by this runoff that comes off of the roof, like my grill, smoker, towel rack etc. Originally I had come to an agreement to do my driveway as well for a total price of 500 but I decided to not get this done because I plan to get it repaved in the near future. Now back to the rest of the cleaning part of the review. For the most part the workers did a decent job of cleaning the roof but I did see a few tiles that they broke on my detached garage that were clearly not broken since i see this roof every day from my 2nd floor balcony. They did not mention that they broke any tiles so I was disappointed in this as well. At the end of the job is when i noticed all the red stuff on all my items. Now when they called the boss to get the price for the job he tells me its 450. I had price quotes from other companies for 250 to 350 for the roof on this job and he tells me that he's been getting 450 for a house my size in this area (Heron Bay) in Parkland. WOW it's nice to know that people like to rip off residents because of where they live not based on the job and square footage of your house. I asked how can you give me price of 50 less than if you were to do my entire driveway that fits 6 vehicles and courtyard He says thats what he charges in the area. UNBELIEVABLE. Reluctantly i write a check and pay the 450. The next day I look notice several things that i'm not happy about from the job mostly cleanup.It was evening when they finished and the things that were not noticeable in the fast fading sunlight. My balcony off of my master is completely filled with red clay from the spray my screened porch is also filled with the stuff as well. My windows on the second floor are covered in the stuff as well. And also as I stated the grill my smoker that actually had covers on them still had the clay on them anyway. Red clay basically everywhere. Now my wife calls and ask that they send his guys back to cleanup the mess that they made the owner has the audacity to say you can cleanup the stuff with a hose. That was the final straw. I typically do not give negative reviews because I appreciate how hard it is to run a business but at the same time if things are just done in such a poor manor it needs to be put out there for people to avoid these places so these businesses can do better.

    I was quoted $300 - $400 to remove a tree and trim two bougainvillea, and a small oak. When they arrived they said they had no idea the bougainvillea was so big, even though I thoroughly described it. After they cut down the tree they said the price would be $625, but they would have to come back because the "Other truck with chipper is broken" so they wanted the $400 payment.
    I talked to Anthony, the owner, and told him no way was I paying over $400 - his upper limit. The guys left with $400.
    I called Anthony to let him know his employees left with the money and wanted to know when he'd be back to finish the job and 
    he stated the price of $325 should cover the tree work he already did, and if they was a discrepancy over trimming the bougainvillea we could work it out we he came back. I agreed. We made three more appointments, for which I was home, however, true to form he was lying about that, too, and never showed up. They lied, took the money and ran, and lied some more. Don't let them near your house!!!!

    Edwin was the perfect pressure washer. He answered my request within minutes, made an extremely fair offer, arrived on time and prepared, The house, roof, driveway, walls, deck, pathway, curb, mailbox, lights all sparkled when he was completed. 
    I would hire him again and will as soon as any nasty mold shows up on my house. Thank you!!

    This was a terrific experience.  I called on Wednesday morning and left a message.  Tony called within the hour and said he would go out to the house to take a look and would call me with an estimate.  By the end of the day, I had an estimate and had scheduled them to come out on Monday.  Tony called the day before to confirm and to let me know his crew would be there at 9:30am.  He said I didn't need to be home and we could settle up the day after once I confirmed that I was pleased with the job.  Tony called me at 2pm to let me know they were done.  I arrived home to a beautiful, clean roof, driveway and patio.  There was absolutely no mess and everything looks great.  I would DEFINTELY use Tony and his company again!

    My pool needed to be resurfaced and I was also investigating renovating the pool deck. I called various companies. Right Choice gave a comprehensive estimate with each major set of work estimated by line item so I could accept/reject per line. Right Choice worked with me to refine the estimate and work out what I was looking for. They offered options at different points and gave suggestions for why I should do some work now instead of later. I did not feel that they were trying to up-sell me when they did this. Instead, I felt they were trying to explain the pros and cons.
    Overall, the experience was an A. The tiles and the pool surface look really good. The responsiveness of Matt, the owner, was superior. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could always get him on his cell phone. I work during the day and they were always willing to meet me in the evening or on the weekend.
    I gave a B for punctuality for 2 reasons...
    First, it did happen more than once that I was expecting someone to show up on a particular day or a particular time and that person wasn't there when expected. I realize that we live in South Florida and it rains very often. I also realize that pool jobs aren't always going to end on time and that will affect the next job. Every time I called when this happened, there was a believable justification. I would have been more satisfied if I got a call ahead of time to let me know someone wasn't going to show up or that there would be a delay.
    Second, there was an overall issue with setting expectations. The initial expectations that were set with me indicated the job would last a matter of a few weeks but in reality the job took a few months. If we would have discussed that ahead of time, I likely would have continued with the job but just requested changes in the schedule to wait for material to arrive before starting tear out and other smaller pieces of the job.
    To be fair, my pool is 20 years old and there were issues that likely couldn't have been known ahead of time that impacted the time of the job. There was also apparently a shortage of Travertine that wasn't anticipated. Those types of things will happen from time to time but it would have been better to discuss those types of issues ahead of time to make sure my expectations were set appropriately.
    By no means is this review intended to turn anyone away from Matt and Right Choice Pools. I would recommend them to friends and I would use them again.

    Rod, Alberto and the paint team of Black Gold Contractors were prompt, professional and willing to work with us to make sure that our home met county codes.  They were cooperative, as usual, and finished all work on time.  We have used them before and will use them again, whenever we need their help.

    I had a party on the weekend and I was looking for a provider that could respond and provide the service in a very short time frame. Jeremy was very responsive and supportive to make the job and include it in his schedule.

    He and one more person arrive the day scheduled (a little bit earlier than expected), and perform a very good job, moving the patio furniture, cleaning and removing the mold between the patio bricks and also cleaning the side  walk.

     

    Overall very happy with the work done and the cost, and I appreciate the responsiveness vs other providers that did not even respond to the emails.

    Cody did an extraordinary job. The roof was clearly much dirtier than he anticipated although he agreed to stand by his original quote that he had provided months previous to doing the work. He spent double the amount of time that he planned on doing a fantastic job and did additional work beyond the agreed upon job. He recommended some extra work which I readily agreed to and he charged an incredibly fair price for the work. Cody by far exceeded my expectation and he did not break any roof tiles which in most cases is inevitable. I highly recommend Cody for any pressure washing needs you have. His military background combined with his professional attitude can not be beat.

    This company is the worst contracting group I've ever had the displeasure to work with.  STAY AWAY from this company.  First, I tried several times to reach the owner Michael Diaz.  It took over a month for anyone to call me back.  When a woman did, I arranged a date for the work to be done and I explained what had to be done specifically.  I told them that I needed a wooden deck to be pressure cleaned.  At no time did they say THEY didn't have a pressure washer so I would have to rent a machine and pick it up for their worker to use it.  I'm assuming they owned a pressure washer because they do exterior painting and you need a pressure washer to do that.  When the day comes for Michael's man to come to my house, it was a NO SHOW/NO CALLl.  I called him, but got no answer.  Finally after numerous calls, Michael called me and rescheduled the work.  That is when he told me that I needed to rent the pressure cleaning equipment.  I arranged another date and asked that he call me when someone was on their way to my house so I could meet them at Home Depot to pick up the pressure washer.  The 2nd appointment came and AGAIN NO SHOW/NO CALL.   I called Michael every day for 3 days at least every 2 hrs. to indicate this was a major problem.  There was no concern for 2 appointments made and no service provided.  Finally, a 3rd appt. was made but the quality of the work performed was incredibly poor.  The man who applied grout to the bathroom made the bathroom look worse then before because he mixed it improperly and applied it  improperly.  The work was sloppy and there was NO CLEAN UP after any of his work.  I first had to clean everything after he left.  I had one more appt. with Michael's company (2 coupons) and the man who did the work stained my pool deck and did a very good job but unfortunately he closed the baby gate and made it impossible to open it.  I called Michael to have someone come over and fix it and he just ignored my request.  NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO QUALITY, NO PROFESSIONALISM....HORRIBLE COMPANY....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF PROVIDING QUALITY WORK AND TREATING THE PAYING CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT THEY DESERVE.  I LOST 2 DAY'S PAY STAYING HOME WAITING FOR THEIR WORKER TO COME OVER TO MY HOUSE...THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE...SO I WORN YOU...STAY AWAY!!!
