  • The absolute worst contractor experience that I have ever experienced and I have been through countless renovations. We started a kitchen and bathroom renovation project with Tony Pelc of Eurotrend Kitchens Inc in November 2016. It is now May of 2018 and we still have a kitchen that is partially finished. Some doors are missing, some are damaged, most are misaligned, edge banding is falling off, handles are wobbly, etc. If you can think of something that could go wrong with a contractor, multiply it by 10x and that is what you get with Tony Pelc of Eurotrend Kitchens. Tony comes across as a very nice guy and always tries to assure you that everything is going according to plan or will be done in time. If you think he is going to come back and made adjustments and fixes, you are mistaken. After 1.5 years of waiting on him, we finally had to fire him last week. We had guarantees that the kitchen and bathrooms would be completed in September 2017, then October 2017. Then Tony took a long vacation to New Zealand. We gave him a final chance to come back here in April 2018 to correct everything. As usual, he was a no show. Eurotrend/Tony Pelc is a typical nightmare contractor that you hear stories about. Everything that can possibly go wrong, will go wrong with him. He has every excuse in the book ready to go. We are going to lose approximately $15,000 by hiring another contractor to remove a bunch of the awful workmanship and replace a good portion of the work. Would not recommend Tony to my worst enemy.

  • Jerry has been doing things like this for so long, he has it down to a science from the moment you call. He takes your call while in the midst of working, and asks you to call right back to his answering machine, then he promptly calls back to set you up. He and his assistant, John work like clockwork, and no detail is too minor, and there's no hanging around on the clock. These guys tackle each job and carry it out to your satisfaction as there seems to be little they can't handle. It was a pleasure having them carry out my business, and I would not hesitate in calling them again, nor should anyone.

  • After having worked with John several months ago on another project, I knew what to expect. John and his team were professional, hard working, and did what they promised (and then some). Construction always has unexpected items that come up and John communicates and handles them perfectly. John is creative, has great ideas and suggestions, and always works hard to make sure that the customer is very happy. If you have any construction work that you need done, I highly recommend hiring Villa's Remodeling.

  • I lived in California and only had a little over a month to complete the work before my family moved to Florida. John was under a major time crunch and communicated with me from 2500 miles away. He communicated very well by phone and email including sending pictures of the work being done. I am a contractor in California and I have built houses, done additions, and remodels. I can say that the quality of Villa's work and professionalism was awesome! John and his team are the real deal. They do what they promise and are very reasonable with any surprises or unforeseen situations. The house was amazingly ready for my family to move into when we arrived in Florida. I am grateful to John and his company for getting this done and doing such great work. In fact, I hired John and his team to do other significant other upgrades to the house since we moved in. I will post that review later.

  • This was a big project that was executed very quickly.  Brian at the tiger team was very helpful in getting the paperwork started and visited several times during the installation to make sure I was satisfied.  Jesus was under a lot of pressure because of the rain and a lot of extra plywood to be replaced.  However Jesus and his team were able to complete the job despite all the challenges that presented.  The installation was done exactly as presented and the project completed in 7 days. The staff was friendly and always prompt. I am writing this review to thank everyone for their hard work, and commitment to fix my home.  Myself and my family are all very grateful for what you have done.

  • Tom Hart and his crew were EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL from start to finish! 
    Tom scheduled an appointment for an estimate quickly and arrived right on time.  We had received four additional estimates for this same work and all four estimates were in the same ballpark price-wise as Hart's Painting, however Tom Hart was by far the most thorough, knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and professional when reviewing the work that needed to be done. 
    Once we hired Hart's Painting, they quickly provided us with the documentation (license, insurance, etc.) required by our Homeowners Association.  Our HOA took weeks to approve our application for painting, and Tom was nothing but patient waiting for us to get the approval from our HOA board.
    As soon as we received approval, Tom quickly schedule the work.  From start to finish, the job took about six days to complete.  His crews were here from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. everyday.  They were all professional, friendly, considerate, respectful, and helpful.  When they left at the end of each day, everything was cleaned-up and put away. 
    Our house, deck and driveway look fabulous! 
    With such a great experience and outcome on the outside of the house, we are hiring Hart's Painting to paint the inside of the house now! 
    (Another plus, if asked...Tom has great ideas for colors, etc.).

  • Simply put this company is fantastic.  I had them paint the entire interior and exterior of my house and some renovation work including opening up a wall in my living room and remodeling the two access points into one of my upstairs bathrooms.  From pricing to scheduling to the execution of the work, Benchmark is top notch.  They were always friendly, helpful and professional throughout the entire process.   I will continue using them for all of my painting/carpentry jobs and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of these types of services.

  • We had a leak in our master bathroom and asked Tiger Team to come to the house and check it out. Upon inspection, Brian from Tiger Team strongly recommended re-doing the entire roof, though he did give an option to fix the part of the roof that had the leak. We opted to fix just part of the roof and not re-do the whole roof. But when Tiger Team came to the house to make the fix, they discovered a lot of damage to our 20-year-old roof and said they couldn't fix the one spot. We decided to just go ahead and get the whole roof fixed. At the time we were nervous we got bait-and-switched (meaning they upsold us on doing the whole roof without us knowing just what kind of shape our roof was in) but as we soon learned they were serious about the shape of our roof.
    After finalizing the terms of the deal with Brian (at a price that was lower than his initial assessment), Tiger Team secured the permit (we helped get it through our association) and began work on the house about three weeks later. The job was done in a week's time and was done like clockwork. We had a ton of broken tiles on our roof and a lot of rotted wood that needed replacing. When we saw the shape of our roof we were really glad we decided to get it re-done. But the process was relatively quick and Tiger Team made it easy to pay in four installments over the course of the project. Our roof is guaranteed for 10 years. 
    We especially wanted to point out Gigi, a woman who basically ran the operation from the Tiger Team office. Gigi helped us every step of the way, calling us daily and keeping us posted on what was happening and what was going to happen. She was invaluable in getting everyone organized and made us feel great about our roof re-do. I wish every business we worked with had a person like Gigi working for them. 
    Our new roof is up to hurricane code and if there are any problems we know we could call Brian and his crew would come back and fix it. We weren't planning to spend a lot of money on our roof this year but at least we got it out of the way. Giving the job to Tiger Team was the smartest decision we made.

  • I am very pleased with the entire experience that we had with Tiger Team Roofing.
    From the initial estimate to the finished repairs,  the Tiger Team was fair, professional,
    reliable, punctual, skilled, and customer service driven.   The repairs were done as scheudled and
    the quality of repairs was outstanding.    The customer communication and follow up is
    outstanding and is equally as impressive as the quliaty of the repair.   I do have an additional
    area to be repaired and I wll be cetain to have Tiger Team complete those repairs as well.
    My eperience wtih Tiger Team was great because of the winning combinaton of professionalism, 
    skill and customer service.

  • America Eagle painted multiple rooms within our new home and we were very happy with the service.  Dagoberto arrived 15 minutes early and was originally contracted to do 6 hours of painting in our new home.  He went above and beyond the contracted services and even helped me do a second coat and finish off a room in the house that I was painting on my own.  We were so happy with his work that we asked him to come back and paint an additional area in the home the following week and will definitely plan on using America Eagles services again in the future.
