    All American Pressure Cleaning LLC
Pressure washing of the roof went well. However, the pressure washing of the driveway and sealing it was an epic fail. Driveway was dirty in some spots before the washing... but bricks were red just needed sealant to make it look even better. I ended up with white bricks when he was done. The sand they threw in between grooves was poorly done and there was loose sand everywhere including on top of bricks and sealed on it instead of brushing it off into the grooves neatly. After I sent him a picture of how it turned out a couple of days after sealing the driveway, he agreed that it looked horrible and offered to redo it. However, he said he would charge an additional $100 for another type of sealant that would bring out the color better. He showed up and stripped the original sealant, and was going to return the following day to seal it and never showed up. I have texted him that if he is not able to complete the job to reimburse me and I will get someone else to finish and have received no response. Therefore, I ended up with a driveway that looks worse now than when it was dirty. Total rip off.

    Terra Tiles & Pavers
Javier and his team did an amazing job for a very large driveway. This was the second house renovation that I have used them on for paver work. They worked very well with the GC's scheduling. Couldn't have done a better job.

    Eagle Concrete Corp
Eagle did an excellent job. The major portions of the work were completed in 2 days. The crew was great. Very courteous. Great attention to details. Accommodated several requests I made during the job. The new pavers look outstanding. My wife and I couldnt be more pleased with Eagles work.

    Discount Pool and Patio
Discount Pool was the most professional service company I have dealt with. I have a large patio and long driveway; all of his staff, Joe, Natasha - all were helpful and made the process easy for me. I would highly recommend his company.

    National Brick Pavers
Dave Gordon and his crew are absolutely the best! Look no further. They are such professionals in their work. Absolute craftsmen. They are dependable, they are respectful and very friendly. Dave took all the worries out of the equation. Thanks again Dave! We have referred several friends to you already.

    Olympia Paint Covering Inc.
Its been just over a year now and I still cannot get the company to come back and finish the job. The owner Igor Oleyek keeps telling me he will take care of it but never does. I still have half painted walls on the outside of my house, and numerous unfinished projects that I already paid for. He never finished my garage, or painted my driveway as I had paid for. Very unprofessional I would not recommend their company to anyone, because I wouldn't want the same thing that is happening to me to happen to any other consumers.

    Patios Pools Driveways Inc
After giving the 50% deposit a contractor came to our house a couple days later to begin the project.
Everything started well ...until it came time to paint the patio. I was told by the contractor that if I wanted more than one color I'd have to pay more. I did get a hold of Brad (owner) who said that was not true, I could pick more colors if I chose.
I told the contractors that I wanted the patio to look like the picture of the patio on the yard sign they placed in my yard. I quickly learned that the contractor had no idea how to paint the "gradient style" that was in that picture. I had to explain to him how to achieve  the look. After teaching him how to paint it, I learned that I was only the third job the contractor had ever done with Patios Pools & Driveways. We reached out several times to the owner, Brad, about concerns we were experiencing. Unfortunately, Brad never came to see the work the contractors did, nor seemed to care. Although the patio did not end up looking like the picture we wanted, we decided to live with what they were able to do.
Unfortunately, once the contractors finished putting the top coat on I paid the final 50%. That was a HUGE MISTAKE. After 3 days of staying off the patio as was instructed, I discovered that they never cleaned the cement they left all around the coping of my pool. And, they sealed the jet spa knob shut when they sealed the patio.
It has now been 3 months since my initial deposit and I am STILL waiting for someone to finish cleaning the mess they left behind. I've called the owner, the contractor, and emailed the main office many times to no response.
My warning to all ? Wait at least 3 or 4 days once it is sealed and you are able to walk on the patio and inspect it before you submit your final payment.

    E & F Masonry LLC

    a) We have a rubble foundation that was leaking badly in any sort of rainstorm. Perez hand dug trenches around the home and below the original footer, poured new footers and installed cider blocks against the existing foundations, applied a waterproof membrane to prevent leakage. Filled in the trenches and left the area clean as it was before he started.

b)Ripped up old driveway and rebar by hand. Leveled off the base of the driveway so that drainage was away from the house. Installed new cement so that the driveway is now new and smooth. Looks great.

    c) We have 4 stone porch support columns. The one on the driveway was leaning away from the house due to the condition of the now replaced driveway.  This was pulling away from the home. Perez dismantled the old column, stone by stone, poured a new and level footing and reused the existing stones to match the remaining columns and is now perfectly level.

Excellent work all professionally done.  All debris was removed timely and the landscape was returned to original condition.

I highly recommend Perez and his team for any concrete work. Very satisfied.

    All County Contractors Inc
We paid 50% in October in order to utilize the Angie's List special. They finally started November 10th and it took them 4 weeks to complete because of rain, etc. Long story short, they laid the euro tile cement on wet concrete and now since then I have had nothing but bubbles coming up and my drive looks really bad. They came back to redo the job after 1,000 phone calls and they sent out another guy to pretty much remedy the drive... Still bubbling up and after numerous texts etc... still no action. They guaranteed the work for 10 years. I am very disappointed as they seemed like a good bunch of guys, but no follow up and the actual work performed was not acceptable.
