    Sun Coast Overhead Solutions LLC
Removed our old mangled garage door and replaced with new door which surprising came 2 days after I received my quote. They installed all new tracks, brackets, rollers, paneling, and a nice WiFi compatible electric opener. Even though our old door wasn't wind rated the new door they installed had reinforcemens on each panel. The guys that came out we're very polite and respectful to our house. One of them even went out of his way to fix much trimming and seal for no additional cost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUNCOAST THEY ARE FAST AND CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER 2 QUOTES I RECEIVED.

Tool Time was amazing from start to finish. They stayed patient and adaptable while my HOA developed shed rules as I was the first to want to install one. Justin stuck with me redesigning several times as we worked with HOA and my sloped yard to get a suitable building plan. The entire process was over 8 months but they were always responsive to my inquiries and adapted to HOA rules. Afar the build they cleaned area and adjusted door for perfect fit. The shed is awesome but the best part of this was having a team of professionals with exceptional quality control working with me to get this done. Absolutely wholeheartedly recommend Tool Time for your project.

Kieth was fantastic and was very professional with his explanations and estimates. The work crews were professional and Kevin was very responsive to all of my concerns. I had several design changes after construction started. They worked these in and didn't miss a beat. The concrete crew was on the ball. They showed up when they said they would and foundation came out very nice. There were a few scheduling and workmanship issues that were quickly resolved and the overall project came out great.

I have no complaints not one. Like I said, I wish I could show my before and after photos. A picture says a thousand words. Also my shed was 7,000.00 but the other projects were separate from the other work, but worth every penny spent.

Tool Time, has been great to work with, as soon as I called Jason sprang into action, answering questions and offering prices for the standard buildings. When I actually went to the office he was not there so Justin took over, he too was on top of things. Impressively, unlike other portable building manufactures in our area, they were very willing to stray from the normal buildings they build. The first stumbling block is, we have already poured a concrete slab, second is we wanted to modify: siding that can be sealed for air infiltration and doesn’t look like it belongs on a low end travel trailer, taller walls and a barn style roof to add more storage space in the attic area; none of this was a problem, it did change the price as one would expect. Justin and Jason have both followed up both by e-mail and by phone. I have not had anything built as of yet however, I have seen many of their buildings at other homes and have heard nothing but praise from the owners, looking at them I see nothing wrong with the workmanship or quality. Even better is the base buildings price is very reasonably yet you can have them modify to meet your style and budget needs, these guys will actually work out of the box as opposed to building from only their designs and base materials. Unfortunately, in this county to simply have someone follow up is very difficult, as I’ve found sometimes just getting the initial phone call returned is quite the hurtle here, Tool Time has blown all others out of the water; for this reason alone I’m giving them a write up on Angie’s list.

    Atlas Portable Building Inc
Being that Atlas had built a building for my in-laws at their old house they were very happy with, my in-laws wanted one built here on our property for storage when they park their R. V. on our property. After calling and asking for a quote I was informed that the person I needed to speak t was not available and a very detailed note was taken. Approximately a week later I received an e-mail asking the dimensions of the shed and that the note had contained the roof slope door size and number of windows. i called immediately and gave the requested information and informed them it was to be placed on a freshly poured slab. About a week went by and I heard nothing so I sent an e-mail, finally I received a phone call from Atlas. I was asked about the slab, then informed that they did not want to build a shed on an existing slab. Okay, I have no problem with that, however it would have been nice if a couple of weeks hadn't passed before we found out Atlas did not want to build on an existing slab so we could have found some one else, the shed could have been finished by now.
The reality is Atlas did good work in the past so I can't complain about their quality, they were just very slow to say no this time.

    Tool Time Buildings & Roofing
After calling Tool Time is Panama City to request an estimate, Keith showed up within an hour. He examined my home and made recommendations for a custom built carport. He was very polite and and very helpful in designing the carport. Within 3 hours he called me back with a quote. I accepted and materials were ordered. Computerized plans were produced that showed exactly what my house would look like after the carport was installed. So far I was very impressed with how James and his company operated. On the scheduled build day we had very heavy rains. I received a call from the owner James at 730 am updating me of the 1 day delay. Very professional.
Build day - Johnathan and Bo arrive early with all the materials, equipment and tools to do the build. The explained exactly what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. They were very polite and really knew their business, 100% professional. My carport was being supported by six 6 x 6 pressure treated posts that required cutting holes in my concrete drive way. All of the posts were set and cemented in. They required overnight to set. The next day Johnathan and Bo were back at 730 am. They set up a transit and shot all of the poles to insure the carport was level. Squares and levels were used constantly to insure the carport was built level and square. On the 2 sides that were attached to my house sealant was used along with flashings to insure that there were no leaks. Guttering was also installed to remove rainwater. I was more than impressed with their work. The job was cleaned up completely. I am very pleased with the carport. I have an old house and it was a challenge to get this right but James and his company completed this job professionally and quickly with quality materials at a great price. All of his employees were polite and very skilled in their trades. I used Tool Time because of several recommendations and I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to use Tool Time again.

This is the third item they have built for me. They did it right on time and right when they told me they were going to do it. They cleaned up and it was a very professional job. He works with me on price because I am a repeat customer so I give them credit for that.

    Tom's Quality Concrete
Through our contractor Carl Curti, we had Tom's Quality Concrete dig, form, and pour a foundation and slab for a 768 s.f. addition to our house. Carl assured us that the cost was fair and that the work would be performed in a timely manner and it was. Tom and his sons and crew were easy to communicate with and did everything they said they would do and more. After the foundation pour, block work, and slab prep, the Bay County Building inspector initially commented that this was "a text book job"! Later he said, "I don't know who you have doing your concrete work for you, but you don't have a thing to worry about, - - these guys really know their business, you just don't see work performed this well anymore." I emailed pictures of the whole job to my friend who was a building supervisor for Arthur Ruttenberg Homes for 20 years and he said that the foundation, block and steel work looked better than many commercial jobs he has witnessed. I am happy to report that the slab also turned out smooth and level as well and they put all the anchor and pro-bolts in the correct places. After both the foundation and slab pour I had several small forms (for stepping pads, etc.) ready in case there was any extra concrete left over and Tom and his crew helped me pour and finish them. They also used their tractor to spread and hand level an extra truckload of dirt in the low places in my yard while they were waiting for the slab to set up. They did not have to do any of this but I surely did appreciate their help! I would not hesitate to hire them for any future concrete jobs.

    Max Comacho
We bought an old house gutted it and brought it back to livable. Max and his crew were there almost everyday throughout the 6 months. They also worked on our other house to get it ready to sell. They do great tile work, laying stone pavers and exterior brickwork. Their prices are reasonable and they are VERY economical with supplies, we always had to take extra materials back to the store for refunds as they used less than anticipated. They have very little waste!

The next job he did for us he didn't finish, we had to beg him to come back and finish and he still didn't finish and wanted more money. he went over budget and in the end we got other people in to finish the work to be able to move into the home. I wouldn't use him again, which is really sad, I've used him for more than 5 years, but not any more after getting burnt.
