AUp cleaningI have been using the Upcleaning crew for several years now and I have been completely pleased with their services. I started with a deep clean (9 work hours). Since then they have cleaned my house every 2 weeks . (4 work hours) They are easy to schedule, show up on time and get through quickly. I love having multiple cleaners get in and out. I believe the charges are a good value. I have had no trouble with having anything broken. Ever since covid they have taken precautions to protect themselves and my family. ASurface Experts IncPaul and Erica were an excellent team. I'm so glad they were the first ones I called to clean my carpets and upholstery! Paul made sure I had proper expectations and was very honest about what his services can and can't accomplish - Surface Experts can do a fantastic clean, but they can't exterminate fleas and dust mites. However, Paul connected me with a very helpful pest guy that talked me through natural pest solutions. Paul kept in close contact with me, and arrived when he said he would! He and Erica set up baseboard bumpers for all the corners where their hoses would rub, they moved our very heavy furniture (at no extra cost!), and they were polite and courteous the whole time: a truly service-oriented mindset! I was extremely grateful for the heavy duty "door sheet" that Paul hung in the front doorway where his hoses came in. My son is fighting pollen allergies, and not having an open door made a huge difference. Not only did they clean thoroughly, but they put all our furniture back where it belonged, dusted the baseboards, and left us 4 floor fans to dry out the carpets - all free of additional charge! I truly felt we received great service for the money we paid. Paul charged me exactly what he quoted when I first called, even though over half our house is carpet, and they ended up doing a lot of heavy lifting - the job was over 3 hours! We will definitely use Surface Experts the next time we steam clean, they were easy to deal with, flexible, and very understanding of our situation and needs. Thank you Paul and Erica!- Sarah H.

ASurface Experts IncPaul and his assistant, Erica arrived on time and were ready to work. Paul asked about the age of the tile and carpet in order to treat them accordingly. They put up corner guards because their equipment is in the van and only hoses (pressure and vacuum) come into the house. They did a very thorough cleaning of both the carpets and tile. Working about an hour on each. Both worked none stop the whole time. They left the whole house spotless and fresh. I highly recommend this dynamic duo. The quality of work that Paul and Erica did was amazing! My house is all tile and was in need of a professional cleaning. I also have a cream colored couch that needed cleaning. Paul called me back the same day. He scheduled a time to come and look over all my concerns. He was on time, texted me he was on his way and took his time evaluating everything. I did not the history of my tile floor. Paul started to clean it and knew right away there was a problem. He called me and sent me a picture. There was so much build up on the tile that the normal product would not take it all off. He knew exactly what to do. The tile looks brand new! The next day after it dried there was an area that needed more work. I sent him a picture and he was back the very next day. The floor is beautiful! I will definitely use them again.- Jennie L.

They also moved and replaced our furniture in the same locations and left our home spotless. We had the same work done by another company 4 yeas ago which was more expensive and poorer quality. FIt did not. Scheduled for a Friday at 8 AM, and we got a text at 7 AM stating that the cleaning person was not going to show up and that they were unable to find a replacement. They then went ahead and rescheduled for Sunday morning without inquiring whether or not this was convenient. I canceled. We scheduled the cleaning as we were having a party Friday night and wanted the place looking its best. Of course, after calling 16 places on Angie's list on a Friday for a Friday, cleaning was not possible. Not under any circumstances would I hire Handy for any task. The only way to communicate with Handy is through email. Therefore, I did not even have the satisfaction of working something else out or having Handy refer me to another company that could help out. Nobody needs that kind of frustration at 7 AM on any day. F across the Board.
