    Absolutely the worst company, completely unprofessional. The repair "kid" knew nothing about repairing appliances, in fact his attempt to repair the appliance made things worse. When confronted about the issues the owner was rude and told us to go find somebody else. If i were to guess I would say that this isn't the first time he has told a customer that. Affordable doesn't always mean quality, buyer beware you might want to consider going somewhere else before you waste time and money and just end up having the owner tell you to go somewhere else anyways.

    Couldn't ask for better service. Sergei came out early the next day (Tuesday) after we called, diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part ($194). He installed the part on Thursday and figured out the rattle (metal vent pipe rattling in the small closet). Due to the small space to work in, it took him a while (an hour and a half) to replace the part, test, etc. My spouse offered him some extra money for the additional time and he wouldn't take it. Can't say enough about his performance. All of the appliances are fairly new (bought by a previous condo owner, so hopefully we won't have a repeat any time soon), but if/when you need some appliance repairs, we highly recommend Sergei.

    I had replaced the ice and water dispenser once before, but it was still freezing up and becoming unusable. It turns out to be a design flaw which simply cannot be repaired. A Plus explained that they had replaced the ice and water dispenser three times for some customers and the problem remains. I appreciated the honesty and although I am still without and ice and water dispenser, I know that spending the money to keep replacing the dispenser is useless.

    We live out of town so I made appointment for 3 weeks in advance. Receptionist was dismissive and would not take information on what was wrong with freezer and what had been tried to solve the problem." Repairman is good. He'll know what to do" Repairman arrived at scheduled time, but immediately declared that freezer must be plugged in and running overnight before he can evaluate it. Receptionist did not give this direction to us when appointment was made. Repairman said he would be back first thing next day. He never returned. We called office and canceled the repair at noon, since we were leaving town again. Unreliable and uninformative.

    Bob worked well with us in using vanities and tile that we had ordered from local suppliers and on the Internet. Work was skillfully completed. Some of the workmen were not careful about cleaning up so it was a messy job overall.

    Before attempting to schedule a $60 service call, Art took the time to ask me about the symptoms of the machine. He even had me text him the serial number so that he could research the machine a but more to narrow down his diagnosis further. Ultimately, he provided a professional recommendation about the expected cost versus getting a new machine. I very much appreciate Art being honest and open rather than trying to schedule a paid appointment no matter what. Will definitely be using him when the time comes for repair on other appliances.

    Would not recommend this company to any one. First off it took 4 days for them to come out to look at the refrigerator. They were here 15 minutes and said they would have to order the parts which would take 3-5 days. My refridge is under warranty I felt they did not care to even service my refridgerator. When the part finally came in 6 days later. They stated they could not come back out for 2 more days to fix it. What they told me when they came to repair the initial time was they would come out immediately when the part came in. When I spoke to the co owner of the company, Stephanie she basically stated that is the next available appointment. She was rude and had no customer service skills at all. When her customer service abilities were questioned she stated that they won't come out at all. It's already been 11 days without a refridgerator. She did not care. No sense of urgency.

    Woke up on a Sunday to find out that my freezer was defrosting and the fridge side soon followed. I checked Angie's list for some places. Most of which are not open on a weekend. I found this company, called and left a message around 9:40am. I got a call back about 2 hours later and was given a window of time that someone would be out. He arrived within the time they said. He found the part that was bad and immediately fixed it. It all took about 45mins. The part is even covered with a 1 year warranty now. They did have an 89.00 emergency fee, which I was fine with, but would have liked to have been told about it in advance. The price came in right about what I thought it would be.

    Came within 15 minutes of first call.  Very courteous, clean, professional.  Follow up for actual repair:  was called at 9:30 a.m. and serviceman, Jason, was at my home in 20 minutes.  Unbelievable.  Very good with my dogs too, and they are excitable.  He took the time to pet them which calmed them down immediately.  That's personal service.
