    We had another company (AAA appliances) come out earlier today. The man that came was not pleasant AT ALL and quickly concluded that several parts needed to be fixed and that the total cost to fix it was almost $700. Mind you, he didn't take anything apart, didn't move the fridge, nothing! It was a terrible experience and he even suggested at one point that we buy a new fridge. Fast forward a few hours and David comes to check on the fridge. He came to the door with a smile on his face and was ready to solve our problem. He assured us that it was a great fridge and that he was going to need to open up the panel and defrost to see what was going on. Turns out all we needed was one part, which he had in stock on his truck. He installed it for us, and it cost us less than $300. We are delighted to say that Appliance King of America is our go to from now on. We know that they are honest and have our best interest in mind.

    It was $179, just on the border of can I buy a new border or not. I stuck with the same oven. Not much goes wrong with a gas oven. I mainly gave up some digit improvement, but fire is fire. The communication from start to finish with the company was excellent. They responded that day within hours. Also gave a good approximate time of their arrival so I wasn't stuck home all day. They gave me a call when they left their previous call. I knew five or ten minutes of arrival. The repairman's communication skills were also good.

    We thought our fridge was leaking - garage was all wet around the back of the fridge. Called and were told they couldn't send someone for 4 days! Quoted $99 charge for the service call, would be applied to any repair. If no repair, just $99. There was nothing wrong - it was the A/C leaking, not the fridge. They added $15 for "Customer advice" although nothing more was done.

    The technician arrived timely, checked the machine out, there was nothing wrong and the $80 I paid would be credited if I had another problem. I thought that was fair. I have not had a problem with the machine since.

    Purchased through Angies List. They called me to set up an appointment. It went to my voicemail. I immediately called them back. The person who answered the phone acted she did not have a clue as to why I was called. After it was established I needed my washer repaired/diagnosed, an appointment was made. The repairman and to check the washer. I explained to him the washer was leaking. He check it out within 5 minutes he told me I needed two things done to fix it. His office would call me for an estimate. If I was not happy with the estimate, I could purchase a new one through them. He then asked me for payment of $75.00 I told him I paid through Angie's List. He said it was not noted on my account. He called his office to verify.

    I received a call from the office the next day with an estimate of $437. That was after the $75.00 I paid for the 5 minutes he was at my house deducted. I emailed them and asked them to send me a written estimate. I received an immediate response saying they just sent it. I did not receive the estimate. I emailed them back telling them I did not receive the written estimate, to please resend. I have not heard from them since.

    Very disappointed. I felt this was a waste of my $75.00. I would not recommend this company.

    This has been the worst ever. 1. I thought angies list is supposed to be made out of respectable companies providing supposedly "The Best" service.
    I first called this company 1 month ago when he came out the first time the washer actually worked so he didn't check it. Which is fine I paid the $75 fee And he explained I had 90 days to call back if the washer did it again.
    I call them back because the washer did it again and that's when everything went down hill.
    1. He came out 1 day after the day of the appointment and the day of the appointment they didn't even called me to let me know they weren't coming in fact i called their office to find out why no one was here yet. And even when he got here he couldn't figure what was wrong with it so he looked for videos that would tell him what was wrong with my washer. He said he had to order a sensor and if the sensor came in the next day he could probably come by
    otherwise he would come Saturday. Saturday they were supposed to be here before 3pm and is now 4:30pm and nothing so I went in the shower when I came out of the shower I had a missed called which had about 10min since I had missed it so I called back just so they tell me that I had taken to long to call back so now I had to wait till Monday.
    Is now Monday they were scheduled for anytime before 3pm. About 3:30pm I got a call saying that he was on his way and one hour and a half later he shows up changed the sensor and left
    Is now Tuesday and the washer still doesn't work
    Now I have to call back and deal with them again THANKS ANGIES LIST

    My dishwasher broke on Passover when we had 15 people for dinner. It made a funny noise and no water was getting the the top rack. I called and they came out the next day. The two technicians were excellent - they diagnosed the problem but said we needed a plumber. Later that evening, the owner called us to say he thought it might be something else if the original diagnosis was not correct. Thankfully my husband was able to fix the problem without needing the plumber. Unfortunately, in the process the door would not close properly. He called the next day and again spoke with the owner who said he would send the technicians back out. The came out and spent about 45 minutes getting the door to close properly and the dishwasher works as well as it did when we bought it (about 10 years ago). They did not charge us another service charge although the second visit was unrelated to the original problem. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them without reservation. A bonus was that the technicians were dog friendly as we have 2 good-sized dogs that like to be in the middle of everything.

    Guy was knowledgeable, explained what they were going to do answered any questions and went right to work. Everything was left clean and neat. Men  gave me a feeling of trust and confidence. The third floor attic is not a fun place to work.

    I called on Friday morning and the person on the phone told me that someone could come on Monday morning between 8-9 AM.
    Less than a half hour later, they called back and said that a service technician could come out today and they arrived about an hour later. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and informative. The technician was able to diagnosis the probelm immeadiately and repair it in just under an hour. I couldn't be happier. I would definitly recommend this company.

    We called Ron, he told us he had a call and would be there with in 2 hours. He was there in plenty of time. Fixed the dryer right away. He is always professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. His honesty is amazing, if he can't fix it or is not sure of something he tells you. He doesn't "fake it". I am always satisfied with Ron's work. I won't call anyone else.
    We have rental units and use Ron for all our appliances. We have also bought used appliances from Ron to put in the units. His appliances are top notch and he always backs them up!
