    Awful. Two weeks out we called to obtain the vouchers for the hotels and attractions that we paid for. We were told that the vouchers were sent by Fed Ex, but were stuck in customs. When we asked for the tracking number, the company owner, Tammy Levent, became abusive and yelled at us for 15 minutes, then called back a few minutes later to yell again. Needless to say, we won't be doing business with this company again, nor will we recommend them to others.

    Excellent! Alex showed up promptly and loaded our bags into a very nice, new SUV. He was extremely courteous and professional and got us to the airport in plenty of time. He was also going to pick us up after our return flight, but due to a late flight and lengthy customs experience in Philadelphia (terrible!!), we missed our flight back to Tampa and were re-routed to Ft. Myers and had to drive home from there. I called Alex and he was very understanding. We will use Unique Car Service Transportation again!

    We hired Presidents based on their customer reviews in Angie's List. We were not disappointed. They were responsive, punctual, and very accommodating. They provided a live link to an app so that we could track the limo for the entire 4 hours. We would definitely recommend them!!!

    Russ picked me up in a timely manner. Russ was professional, personable an provided delightful conversation to the airport. The automobile was spotless and well maintained. I highly recommend American Limo and will definitely use their service again.

    Horrible! DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET! Go with UHaul! When they know you are making a one way trip and not returning the vehicle they will give you the worst truck in their fleet since they know they won't be getting it back. Ours leaked like a sieve, the passenger door had a makeshift rope handle and no way to wind down the window because the window crank was snapped off. the wheels were rusted and the a/c only worked intermittently. When I contacted Budget Customer Service they stated that they do not guarantee the safety or size of the vehicle you reserve. ***BEWARE!!!'***Especially military families!!!!!

    The owner was competent, but one of her elderly employees waited on me, and had to keep asking the owner what to do. Needless to say, it did not go well, as I had to call everyone up myself and confirm the reservations, and even make changes, as I was not told a lot of important information that I needed to know in advance!

    During the purchase/prep of the boat we did not receive ANY paperwork.  We were told the secretary had been out and would get us everything when she returned.  The prep took several weeks and we kept stopping by.  The NEW motor we bought was black and on the boat.  When we picked the boat up, there was a white motor on it and we were told we got upgraded for no extra cost.  The insurance company called and said the VIN  do not match to go see what is going on.  In the end we found out there was a USED refurbished motor put on boat ( I bought and paid for a NEW motor). It also took 3 months to get title and FL numbers so we couldn't use the boat.  After having boat only 3 months it started falling apart and rusting.  The radio quit, the live well quit, the paint was bubbling up ALL over the boat.  We had the boat in the shop more than in the water.  We were told that there must be electricity in the water in the canal behind the house (by sarah the owner of gulf coast boat sales) and they did not ever have any problems like this before that it must be our fault.  We had the canal tested by the electric company and there was no electric in the canal.  After presenting the report to the owner she still maintained that it was our fault somehow that all the electricals didn't work and paint was falling off a brand new boat.  What we found out was that they used cheap copper based  bottom paint and it essentially electrified the salt water around boat and ate it up.  The salesman told us that it happened to all the Bentley pontoon boats that they bottom painted.  SOOOO after admitting guilt did they take the boat back?  NOOOOOOO  actually the had the boat in the shop from July of 2015 to June of 2016 trying to stall and not returning calls, having secretary screen calls,  faking being sick and out of the office for the first 3 months.  Finally, in March of 2016  they offered to sell the boat and in June of 2016 someone bought it.  They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ethics at all.  They will lie to your face, steal your money,  etc.  I always ask people in a Bentley pontoon where they bought it and they say Gulf Coast Boat Sales, then tell me a very very similar story on how they were taken, lied to, and cheated by these people.  I can not tell you how much stress and tears

    We used service for pick-up at home to Newark Airport. ��Driver was on time, very pleasant and the car was very clean. ��Pick-up at Newark airport and drop off at home. ��On time and waiting for us at the arrival gate. No problems.

    The Salesperson, Doug, told us our offer had been accepted and sent us the documentation showing how the numbers worked out. We put a $500 deposit down to hold it until the Sea Trial, then made the appointment for the Sea Trial a few days later. The day before the trial, 6 days since we started this whole thing, we were told the deal was off, they would not take our boat in trade and would only take cash for the new boat. We had already cleaned our existing boat, top to bottom for them, and had our hopes up that the Sea Trial would go well. This was extremely unprofessional of them. When I pressed Doug, he said they were trying to get a buyer for our boat to wholesale it, but they didn't get any offers. This contingency was not in the paperwork and was never mentioned to us. We are very, very unhappy with this experience.
