They are absolutely wonderful. They help you if you have chronic pain issues. They have a lot of pieces of equipment to help you with that. It is a holistic approach to care. It is a good place. They treat chronic problems holistically. The office is set up really nicely. They have nice earthy music playing during your different therapies in the office. You can’t say it from the outside but once you go inside, it is really cool. I wouldn’t recommend them if they didn’t have good bedside manners.

Dr. Francisco Torres with Florida Spine Institute ordered an MRI then I had a follow-up and gave me the results and he did find some bulging disc and issues. He introduced me to his own physical therapy group and gave me a couple of choices to either get into a correction exercise therapist which is a little bit different than a physical therapist. She was trying to correct the bad habits to build up strength. I've been with them since early March.

The doctor was great although he barely wanted to converse about the pain I was going through. He understood the pain to a certain extent but didn't return phone calls. He told me the pain would go away for a year but it was back in 3 months. I had a major issue with the prices charged and the way they dealt with my insurance. I chose them because they were a network with my insurance. They didn't tell me the charges upfront but charged me an outrageous amount which was agreed with my insurance company. It took me about 6 months to have the issue resolved. Once the office staff gave me an appointment I had to wait at least 45 minutes to see a doctor. They sent in a nurse practitioner first although I expected a doctor first. The doctor chose to come in later once the nurse practitioner was done. I was very dissatisfied with the overall experience and would never recommend them.

They are just very professional and both doctors are very good.
