    1.  The appointment was a total disaster due to the dentist, Dr. Caputo lying to me about the status of my teeth.
    2.  Caputo told me that the sensitive tooth (#31) that I went in for, looked as if it needed a redo on the root canal.
    3.  Caputo told me that he looked at the ex-rays they just took, and all my other teeth looked fine.
    4.  Caputo then asked me if I had any other pain, but then cut me off, when I tried to tell him, that yes, I STILL have ongoing sensitivity with two teeth on the upper left.
    5.  I'd complained to Dr. Caputo many, many times about pain in those 2 teeth, FOR YEARS, and for years he told me that they looked fine.
    6.  I decided to seek another opinion regarding the sensitive tooth (#31).  Believing Caputo, I thought all my other teeth were OK.
    7.  I made an appt. w/ the LECOM dental school, asking them to give me a quote for #31 for a root canal and an implant, and they told me that the adjacent tooth looked infected also.  Caputo failed to mention anything about the adjacent tooth.  LECOM declined helping me, saying my case was too complex.
    7.  Around the same time, I went to Klement Dental in St. Pete who told me that I had MAJOR problems with the teeth on the upper Left, (Caputo said were fine).  I only asked for info. on getting a bridge removed & an implant done, still thinking that all my teeth were fine, except for #31.
    8.  Now, totally confused about the reports from other dentists, that I have other major problems,  since they all contradict Caputo, so I focus on having tooth no. 31 root canal redone, and went to an endodontist in st. Pete, who did the job, AND ALSO told me that I had problems with the adjacent tooth (no. 30)
    9.  I learn about the University of Florida Dental Clinic, where the doctor's have completed college & are getting additional training & are closely supervised by highly experienced dentists.  They did a thorough assessment of my teeth, show me all the ex-rays &  &  I find out that I have numerous problems, in addition to 30 having an infection that Caputo didn't inform me of, they agreed w/ Klement Dental that the 3 teeth on the upper Left side look problematic.  In all, I believe that the Clinic found about ten teeth with problems, that Caputo didn't say ONE WORD about.
    10.  I go to a specialist for his opinion of #31, for a procedure called root lengthening, and he confirms as well that #30 also has an infection.
    10.  After going to the UF clinic I called Dr. Caputo to ask him, if indeed he did even look at my ex-rays, and he assured me that he had.
    11.  I've been getting all the work done at the UF clinic.
    12.  I'd had several cleanings at Caputo's office, and they were about 5 minutes long, and the absolute worst EVER!
    13. I was on the dry eye drug Restasis, ($400.00 per month without insurance), which causes SEVERE dry mouth, which, now the experts know cause major dental problems!!
    14.  For his lack of ethics & blatant dishonesty, & the fact that I was a LONG TIME patient of his, Dr. Caputo gets an F for failure in every department!!

My dentist recommended him for the surgery. I had no pain during the whole procedure despite being so scared; he called me the night after the procedure to make sure I was still doing well and did such a great job with giving me the medication and explaining the procedure and aftercare. Everyone in his office was so nice and he was just so great through the whole thing. He was so caring that he told me that no matter what time, night or whenever, to give a call to him and he’ll be there for me. I’ve never had a dentist that cared so much; so kind and gentle. The whole office was so clean and the whole experience was beautiful. I’ve never had such care before.

My husband made the appointment 2 weeks prior to our actual appointment. The
receptionist told us to be at the dental office at 3pm even though our
appointment was not until 3:30PM. We
arrived for our appointment at 3PM as requested and were greeted sourly by the
receptionist. Either this woman hates her job or does not like dealing with
minorities. Not one smile or pleasant
word while we were in her company. We sat and awaited our appointment. My
daughter finally had her X-Rays taken and we were put in a room at 4:15. At this point, we were told the Dr. would be
right in. Another 10 minutes go by and
no doctor. The assistant came in again
and I informed her that we were leaving. I would pay for the X-ray and we were
done with their office. She begged that we stay, but I told her we were going.
Low and behold, Dr. Lazaro comes in and starts taking the same history, which
the nurse took 20 minutes prior to his entrance. He informed us all 4 wisdom
teeth would need to come out. The doctor smiled and in a very condescending
voice asked, Are we all friends now?I informed Dr. Lazaro, that I would not
be making an appointment at this time. I was led to the front desk to check
out, given my bill, estimate for removal of teeth, scripts and valium. What
type of Dr. office hands out Valium without an actual appointment? I received
third world treatment, which I personally will not tolerate. I will not go back
to this office. I complained to Cobb Dental about the referral they gave for
this office, hoping that they will not refer another patient to this office.

Husband needed several teeth extracted. Unfortunately his blood thinner didn't come down enough to prevent extra bleeding...and when we got home we had to call for help. Dr. and his staff were very available when we had to come back and helped us get everything done to make this a very successful event. Staff is very friendly, patient and understanding.

I have come to just love Dr. Begley and his staff and I love his work.  He did a complete examination and made the impressions and the dentures in May or June but I did not have the extractions performed by an oral surgeon until August.  It took me that long to come to terms with the fact that I had to have upper dentures.  I picked up the dentures from Begley's office, the oral surgeon inserted the dentures when he performed the extractions and I then returned to Dr. Begley for adjustment of the dentures.  First let me say, I think Dr. Begley has done an outstanding job.  The dentures look beautiful and they really feel pretty darn good considering this is only my fourth day wearing them.  They don't feel nearly as bad as I thought they would.  I know they will require some adjusting but thanks to Dr. Begley and my oral surgeon, this process has just not been that bad.  In addition to being very competent and personable, Dr. Begley is a hoot.  He has a wonderful sense of humor and I no longer get scared to death when I walk into the dentist office.  Plus his entire staff are just remarkably caring and kind.  They go out of their way to work me into their shedule when I need to see Dr. Begley and he is always there to greet me.  Plus the staff always go out of there way to assist me.  I feel as if I have been seeing him for years and I certainly do plan to.  I'm not good at names but they are all just wonderful.  I could not be more pleased and I would highly recommend Dr. Begley to anyone looking for a dentist.  I certainly liked my former dentist but he can't hold a candle to Dr. Begley.

I was highly impressed. Dr. Christensen did an outstanding job. With the Valium and the Nitrous Oxide I could have cared less and he prescribed some pain medicine for the first day, which helped me with the pain. On my follow-up visits with my primary dentist, he and his staf marveled over how well and quickly I recovered. There was no swelling or bruising and minimal bleeding. Dr. Christensen was very gentle, professional and competent. I could not be more pleased. I had to have upper dentures, which he inserted after the extractions but he first inserted some padding, which my dentist had never seen before but was very impressed with and worked quite well to cushion the gums. I would highly recommend Dr. Christensen plus his rates were extremely reasonable. Thanks to Dr.Christensen and my primary dentist, that which I had dreaded and put off and imagined would be a simply awful experience, was really not that bad.

I only became a patient of Dr Caputo late last year when I first relocated to the area. Having lived in many different areas of the Country and having been a patient of more Dentists than I want to remember, as well as having a lifetime of Dental issues, I have to admit that my experiences with Dr. Caputo and his staff have been the absolute best !!!! From the minute you walk into the Office until the time you leave you are treated very professionally and very nicely. Teresa at the front desk is the most happy and pleasant person you ever want to meet and when you leave after your treatment she hands the women a live carnation. Cindy, the Hygienist, is wonderful......very thorough without the roughness I am used to from all my other prior experiences. Dr. Caputo genuinely cares about you as a patient and a person and takes the time to explain things to you in terms you can understand, as well as options and consequences, which is fantastic. Dr. Caputo has also taken the time to design an Office that makes you feel comfortable whether you are in the waiting room or in a treatment room. There are not enough words for me to communicate how highly I respect and appreciate Dr. Caputo and his staff. I feel so lucky that I found them when I relocated here and I fully intend to remain a patient as well. Just an added remark, I have recomended Dr. Caputo to others and the feedback.........Thank You so much for recommending Dr. Caputo!!

He is fantastic. The first time I met the man I went to the front desk people and they called me back to a room and he came around and sat down and started talking, inquiring what exactly I needed, asking me different question, and he just started talking to me, on how I felt about dentists and what I expect from him. That is the kind of dentist he is. Have you had such doctors? He is absolutely amazing. I have retired from the military and when one goes to the military dentist they don't care if you are paying or not. They just make sure that all my teeth are there till the end of the next war.

Dr. William is great. He is very thorough. He is a perfectionist and makes sure that you understand how to take care of the work he has done for you. Dr. William is a DMD so he is highly qualified to be your dentist. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I have been using him for a number years. He is very friendly, always on time, reasonably priced, and I have never had a problem with his work. He also offers a 5 year warranty on the gold crowns and he speaks spanish as well. I would highly recommend him to other members.
