    Be aware, they lure potential patients through Groupon promotions and then they do not provide the service they committed to. Their old excuse is no appointments available, or doctor is busy at the time of the promotion, this way they offer you a full price service. Is that the way they make the money? Scheduling person is not inviting to go there, bad experience.

    I never received services- I booked on my calendar and took the day off work immediately. When I arrived at the office, I wasn't sure if I was in the right place so I called. The person I spoke to (I suspect the owner), stated she was 45 minutes late because she couldn't help traffic and I wasn't scheduled anyway due to a glitch in the computer system, relinquishing any responsibility at all. She went on to say that she might get to me at some point during the day with no specified time. When I voiced my disapproval and stated I will just be requesting a refund, she became verbally abusive, yelling and swearing at me prior to hanging up on me. I did not want this person near me with a laser after the abusive behavior I experienced. I filed a complaint with BBB- first they lied and said I was refunded, then they said they never received payment from Groupon. So, essentially I paid $99.00 to be verbally abused.

    We can get an appointment within a few days for sick visits and within a couple of weeks for well visits. We have seen a few of the providers in the office over the years and have had a good experience each time.

    Van was great but my wife passed away in august 2016 and mobility wouldn't even make me a decent offer to buy it back. I couldn't even get the salesman to call me back. I would suggest checking out other wheelchair dealers before you buy from mobility express. You need a good dealer that will buy the van back when you no longer need it, that's standard practice.

    Good luck getting anyone to call you back. When I went in, I saw the nurse practitioner, Robert Hall. He was friendly enough. The equipment was a lot older than my previous doctor, but I didn't think it was a big deal. I had plenty of prescription medication, so I didn't need a refill. However, I do take hydrocodone for migraines. Mr. Hall couldn't prescribe it because it's a controlled substance. That was ok, I understood they need my previous medical records. Mr. Hall said to call back when they have the records. Finally, when I knew they were there, I called and asked about a prescription. I was told I would get a call back. No call for a couple days, so I called back. I was put on hold for 40 minutes before I decided to just hang up. By now I was needing a refill of a different medication I take. I call about that medication and to ask about the hydrocodone. I was told I would get a call back about both. I never did, and apparently neither did Walgreens when they tried to contact him. I finally got my other prescription refilled from my doctor in Illinois. I know laws are strict for controlled substances, but if anyone would have just called back to say either way, I would have appreciated it. By the way, I also sent emails that went unanswered. The worst, must frustrating experience with a doctor's office ever.

    It always goes very well. The staff is extremely easy to get along with and professional. Dr. Zeien is normally on time and he has very realistic, positive attitude. The very most important characteristic of Dr. Zeien is that I really believe that is a doctor that really wants to be a doctor and help people, imagine that? He is very competent. He always takes all the time necessary to diagnose AND he always listens. Plus, and most important to me, when you have a concern he acts and determines a course of action. He has never failed me and I feel very lucky to have found him.

    It took about 5 or 6 weeks to get an appointment but I am pleased with the treatment I am receiving.  Dr Sakhatsky was very young and spoke with a strong accent.  Since I am a retired RN this did not put me off as I have worked with many very young doctors from other countries who were excellent.  Dr. Sakhatsky seemed very knowledgeable and thorough.  His nurse, Winnie, was outstanding and has even gone beyond what is required to assist me with my ongoing treatment.  I plan on continuing my treatment with this doctor.

    I couldn't imagine a better hearing care experience. Owner Dean Knoblach took care of me personally.?Dean has tremendous expertise and many years?of ongoing training in the hearing care?field. He also provided great after the sale service and adjustments. I would highly recommend Knoblach Hearing Care for anyone with hearing loss problems. Dean and his fine staff are truly wonderful.

    This was one of the worst medical interactions I've ever dealt with. I went for an initial visit and follow up

    3 months later. Each time I had to wait a minimum of an hour in the waiting room, another 20 minutes or so in the examining room. The doctor never touched me. The nurse took my vitals. The doctor spent all her time reading the electronic medical reports and complaining the clinic only wanted their doctors to spend 15 minutes per visit. She eventually quit out of frustration and I blame the clinic more than the doctor. Trying to reach my particular doctor's secretary took days.

    My daughter had a massive heart attack on Aung 3rd. It was the worst on that you can have. They rush her to the ER and then the operation room. The doctor put a stint in her heart. It was 95% blocked. This doctor saved my daughter's life. He was very fast to get her stable. He showed my daughter where the heart had the problem. Each time the doctor came to into her room he was very kind and answered all her/my questions. He is a excellent doctor. His ARNP is wonderful. She was very kind and answered all her questions too. They would not let her go home until she was stable.
