    They need to train their service reps better. I talked to a service rep one time that was so helpful. He showed me a system on the DVR where I can pick the shows that I want to watch, and time that we want to watch. When we switched to a new DVR, they said that they couldn't transfer the saved shows to it. It was the list and there is a way to do it. We went through four cable boxes, and none of the reps knew about it. They sent out the head of the tech department out and he knew what I was talking about. He said that they don't train the new guys on how to do it. If the option and the ability are out there, they should know about it. Everything else is great. I now know how to do it.

    First, they had to call back and delay the appointment. They left a voice mail and asked me to confirm with no direct call back number. I had to wait on their voice system for 30 minutes to get an answer to confirm.
    They did the install last Friday but I still don't have phone service. My phone answers as "Out of Service". I've been on hold waiting to talk to representative for over 30 minutes several times.
    Also, my wireless wasn't activated until the day after the installer came to the house because of an error in their codes.
    I've tried to register for their "Myservices Account" as another way to get to them. I can't. The system tells me my customer number is incorrect for the area I live in.
    They are blaming a "new billing system". I'm still without a home phone and sitting on their call in system waiting again now.

    Freddy showed up in the time frame allotted and worked incredibly efficiently and professionally to run the new cable needed for our main PC and then got everything up and running, including my husband's wireless PC & TV's.  He didn't leave until everything - PC's and TV's were working perfectly!! 
    I can't speak highly enough of not only Bright house but of Freddy too - what an asset they have!!

    I called Tom late on a Thursday and made an appointment for the coming Tuesday morning...Of course he was on time, pleasant and easy to be around. It was actually fun speaking with him, watching and learning...Overall, this was the best experience
    dealing with a profesional.

    Their phone system is OK. I don't think they like to come out to the house very much. I think they came out for the internet once. The overall experience is average as far as in-house is concerned. The cable is working OK. I think they gave me a lower price than another place. They seem to handle everything over the phone. For me, that is not so good because I don't follow instruction well. It is OK if my daughter takes the call.

    My experience with them has been okay.  I was satisfied with their service when they came to install our cable and I continue to be satisfied with their services.  I will continue to use Verizon Fios.

    I called Verizon customer service and asked for a refund of the charges on my bill back to August. I was transferred to a Supervisor that told me she could not request a refund of any further back than 3 months as the audit department would not let them do that. We are talking about a difference of 10-15 dollars here, but it is more the principle of charges magically appearing and when called on it, the company hides behind an accounting trick to get out of refunding the difference. I had to do something so I canceled my HBO service (so they now gross $22 less a month because they would not correct their own mistake). I am pleased beyond words with the quality of Verizon FIOS just not their billing.
