  • We can get an appointment within a few days for sick visits and within a couple of weeks for well visits. We have seen a few of the providers in the office over the years and have had a good experience each time.

  • Good luck getting anyone to call you back. When I went in, I saw the nurse practitioner, Robert Hall. He was friendly enough. The equipment was a lot older than my previous doctor, but I didn't think it was a big deal. I had plenty of prescription medication, so I didn't need a refill. However, I do take hydrocodone for migraines. Mr. Hall couldn't prescribe it because it's a controlled substance. That was ok, I understood they need my previous medical records. Mr. Hall said to call back when they have the records. Finally, when I knew they were there, I called and asked about a prescription. I was told I would get a call back. No call for a couple days, so I called back. I was put on hold for 40 minutes before I decided to just hang up. By now I was needing a refill of a different medication I take. I call about that medication and to ask about the hydrocodone. I was told I would get a call back about both. I never did, and apparently neither did Walgreens when they tried to contact him. I finally got my other prescription refilled from my doctor in Illinois. I know laws are strict for controlled substances, but if anyone would have just called back to say either way, I would have appreciated it. By the way, I also sent emails that went unanswered. The worst, must frustrating experience with a doctor's office ever.

  • This was one of the worst medical interactions I've ever dealt with. I went for an initial visit and follow up

3 months later. Each time I had to wait a minimum of an hour in the waiting room, another 20 minutes or so in the examining room. The doctor never touched me. The nurse took my vitals. The doctor spent all her time reading the electronic medical reports and complaining the clinic only wanted their doctors to spend 15 minutes per visit. She eventually quit out of frustration and I blame the clinic more than the doctor. Trying to reach my particular doctor's secretary took days.

  • Dr. Harris was quite late, but when my visit was concluded, he had been extremely thorough, consultative and informative.

Initially, he began our encounter brusquely, almost rudely, but as things progressed I could see he was just trying to learn as much as he could about me and my medical history as possible as efficiently as possible.

Do not expect Dr. Harris to coddle; he will provide timely, accurate advice and expect you to follow it if you want to be healthy. If you waste his time, he will tell you.  Don't BS this doctor, or any doctor, and you won't waste his/her time, your time, or other patients' time. Most doctors don't call a person out on their BS, but Dr. Harris will, and for me, he is a PERFECT fit. I don't want a coddling doctor who will co-sign my crap; I need an accountability partner. And with Dr. Harris, that's what I have.

Advice: book your appointments as early in the day as possible. He spends as much time as necessary with each patient, meaning you will get 100% of the time you need for Dr. Harris to address the reason for your visit. You will, I will, every one of his other patients will. So what if I have to wait a little longer than I had hoped?  It's WELL worth it to know I am getting quality care.

  • He is very thorough and listens to me. He refers me to other doctors when I need them and does appropriate testing when necessary. He also takes my insurance. I never have to wait in the office more than 10 minutes. Staff is good about calling back when I place a call.

  • The night I was admitted the nurse had to call Dr. Suchar to get orders for my medications because he did not order them as he should have when I was in the ER.  He yelled at the nurse for calling him at midnight.  My first interaction the following morning was horrible. He seemed aggravated at my questions & was very rude.  He acted as if he didn't want to be there.  When I tried to ask a certain question he interrupted me & said "what is it your asking me" very rudely.  I was so upset & in tears after he left.  He has a horrible bedside manner & doesn't spend more than about 3-4 minutes with you.  It really bothers me that I'm paying someone to treat me so badly.  The following 3 visits went pretty much the same way.  The only positive thing I can say is that he did order the medications I requested & the discharge process went well (I credit that mostly to the nurse). I have to say he is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen if not the worst.  I would never recommend him to anyone.

  • I think she's very good very enthusiastic, takes her time with youand if you need to get in to see her, she makes time to do that. I really can't say anything bad about her, I like her a lot. She's been one of my favorite ones over the years. She just moved and I haven't seen her new office yet.

  • The office manager was extremely rude and disrespecful (Debbie). When asked if she could give a message to Dr Zeien after my first appointment, she said, she and quot;couldn't promise that Dr Zeien would get the message!and quot; When asked if he could contact me regarding my health issue, she said she could not promise he would contact me!

  • After going to 3 primary doctors in the 2 years that we have lived in the area, I was hoping this was the one I was comfortable with and could trust. Dr. Rajani is recently back in primary care and I hope he stays there for a very long time. He has been very thorough while also being extremely kind. Even my husband, who had a very bad experience with our former doctor, has been pleased and comfortable with Dr. Rajani. The staff is also terrific. The longest I've had to wait has been about 15 minutes and even then someone checked to see how I was doing and to say the Dr. would be there shortly. I haven't had any major issues yet, fortunately, but routine matters have been addressed extremely well.

  • She is an older woman who was educated in India 40 years ago. I do not feel she is up to date on current medical practices. For instance, I had a lower back pain and she recommended an X-ray, CT scan, MRI and a total body scan. After all of the radiation they found the pain was nothing to be concerned about.
