    Went horribly. See reviews for KAS Construction as well since this is just the storefront. Exact same experience as other reviews(see reviews for KAS as well). Owner can't admit mistakes. He's rude. Has made this entire experience miserable. Gave him $13,000 as a down payment about 6 months ago. No progress has been made. Exactly ZERO work has been done. He's been able to continue asking for more money but can't provide any proof that he's actually purchased anything in this entire time frame. Had to take legal action to recoup my money. Please stay away. This is the type of contractor that people warn about.

    Bathrooms look great. The job was a bit pricey, but in line with my other estimates. My earlier kitchen remodel was done through a big-box store, and while it turned out fine, my main complaint with that job was that I never knew who was coming when. That was the best part about working with Yeager - I received regular communication about scheduling. The people in the office are great, from designer Melanie to scheduler Robin and even the women with whom I spoke to pay my bill - all personable and pleasant. The construction crews were trustworthy and most of the workers were professional, arrived on time, and took care to clean up after themselves. The few quality issues I had were dealt with promptly, even when my concerns were with minor flaws. I was very pleased with the outside contractors who were recommended (plumber, electrician, cabinet maker, shower door).

    The results were absolutely beautiful! From design to installation, the Renovations team worked closely with us to assure we were pleased. The installation team was scrupulous in their attention to detail, installing our items perfectly and ensuring the area was clean before they left each day. These were expensive cabinets, but we feel they are obviously hand-crafted works of art. We would highly recommend Renovations Home Center for their quality, friendliness, helpfulness, and customer service.

    I am so happy with the outcome of my meeting with Daniel.  I was spinning my wheels to bring together colors in my home.  I was favoring the grays but couldn't figure out how to pull it together so I hired Daniel for 2 hours.  I talked about my challenges, what I was looking for and we went from room to room talking about how to bring it all together.  Our home has a lot of windows on the backside looking out to the pool and then on to the pond so he suggested that we use the grays as our base and then bring the colors of the pool inside - ultimately tying the inside to the outside.  He thought having an accent wall in the color of the pool water would do the trick.  I was very hesitant about the color he suggested and in the end, I went with a similar color but slightly darker and more muted.  At the end of the day, I had to live with it.  We also talked about placing various pictures and mirrors to enhance the look, curtains and a pieces of furniture that I needed to complete my furnishings.

    I finished painting my kitchen a week ago and am loving the pop in color of the turquoise in the kitchen. I still have a lot to do but with Daniels suggestions & guidance, I'm confident that I'm on the right path now.  Thank you Daniel!!

    I have been prompted repeatedly to review this service provider. I have waited almost a year in order to do so because I wanted the ability to have some perspective so that I could be fair. I feel that this review is important because the reason we reached out to this company in the first place was 100% due to all of their glowing reviews on Angie's List. We started off beautifully. Communication, professionalism, quality service, everything seemed top notch and we believed the contractor to be more than competent to compete our job. After the initial month of planning (through appointments, phone calls, and emails) we signed our contract, made our deposit, and were to wait for our project to begin (as agreed upon) about two months later. There were a couple communication snags over the interim, but these were excused due to some issues with weather and flooding in our area at the time. From the beginning and for the most part throughout the project, almost all of the subcontractors were prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and capable. As the project progressed however, we began to experience a series of problems. It started with a breakdown in clear communication allowing for a failure to meet expectations, as they were set at the onset of this project. We also suffered delays in the timeline to complete the job for various reasons. The tile to be installed in much of our house apparently had a slight defect (bowing of the tile I was told) that caused the flooring installation to take three times as long as anticipated. This set back other contractors. Meanwhile, items previously discussed on our "wish list" and thought to be doable were now being revisited and found to be impossible. Things thought to be agreed upon ahead of time and included in the original plan, we were now getting billed for in order to adjust accordingly. Some items that were chosen months ago were not ordered and in prior to beginning and caused delays. Each time a problem arose, I felt more and more like I was being treated as a pain in the neck rather than a valued client. Our working relationship was deteriorating rapidly. It got to the point that when I reached out with a question or concern, I felt patronized by Tony. Everything came to a head when we were very near completion and a HUGE flaw was discovered in the final outcome. In short, we were missing valuable counter space in an area that we discussed in great detail during our first interview. At which time, it was explained that this is where about 80 percent of our daily activity occurs in the kitchen. In fact, special design measures were taken to better accommodate this need. The original floor plan illustrated this. Regretfully, it was not obvious to us until AFTER the quartz countertops were installed. At this point in our remodel journey, I was anxious talking to Tony. I felt that I had been figuratively shushed and patted on the head many times in an insulting attempt to reassure me that all was FINE. We met at the house to review the issue. As expected, once showing Tony the problem he quickly began excusing it. His initial response was, "well MOST people want it this way", which I would like to add, was his reply more than a couple times throughout the process. I was prepared for this response and quickly made my argument. Under no uncertain terms, this was not the design we agreed upon and I had drawings and photos to prove it. Most importantly it would not function for our family. It is important to note here, in all fairness, that while accepting zero culpability or wrongdoing, and with a defeated and begrudging attitude, Tony resolved the issue. This was done stating that while he was not wrong, I wasn't happy, and therefore it did not matter who was right or wrong. He would fix it. I shut my mouth. I wanted it fixed. We waited three years to be in a position to have this remodel done. I am a business owner. I am also an individual who received my college degree in interior design and worked in the business many years ago. I am intelligent, have a fair grasp on the design process, and reasonable. I know not only the side of the customer, but also the side of the business owner and I weigh these perspectives in all of my professional and personal dealings. Here is the reason I will never hire Relo Services again or recommend his services to any of my family, friends, or neighbors. He misjudged me and was rude, patronizing me when I had valid questions and concerns, to the point that by the end of our dealings it was obvious that he was exasperated with me and I was ready to be rid of him. On the final meeting when everything was signed off on and the last payment was made, he had the audacity to ask that I consider paying for some of his error. To which I replied sweetly that I would consider it, while my jaw dropped on the inside. Ultimately, we are 90% satisfied with the final product. There are issues, some that were there from the onset, and brought up to Tony throughout, while I was pacified, being tutted to that "the project wasn't finished yet" These issues are ones that we decided we could live with. They are as follows: Our refrigerator can never be pulled out due to mismeasurement. It (somehow) was jammed into what is a very tight spot, and while not readily noticeable, was dented on the sides in the process. Out tile grout is not consistent in color and we've been told by a professional flooring contractor that this is a mixing/application issue. We are missing tile grout in a few areas and initially a bag of extra grout mix was left on site, but after other areas were patched before finalization of the project, we could no longer locate the grout. Cabinet doors are askew and uneven in numerous places. (AFTER installation it was stated, "Well really what did I expect, these ARE Waypoint".) REALLY? If this is an inferior product then why sell it? The cabinet doors above our refrigerator are inoperable, again due to mismeasurement. (NOTE: He did want to replace these but we accepted it as is because we were DONE and didn't wish to prolong the process even further.) Outlets behind a built in cabinet were not properly addressed/closed off for safety purposes. This has been evaluated by an electrician and we've been told that any home inspector would not accept this as passable. Our garbage disposal was supposed to have a magnetic ring around the drain collar and it does not. I hate to leave a less than stellar review, but as someone who values feedback as a member seeking service providers, I felt that it was important to be honest. In all remodels I think it is reasonable to expect obstacles and pitfalls to present themselves. Ultimately, the finished picture is beautiful. I do believe that everyone involved, including Tony, takes pride in their work and should be given proper credit for that. Unfortunately on our project, somewhere along the way, I got the impression that I was dubbed a "problem client" and it made the process far more stressful for all of us and that is regrettable.

    Tony was very responsive and called to set up an appoointment very quickly! He listened to my thoughts, ideas and preferences and inclrporated them in his overall design ideas for us throughout our home....he definately gave me some ideas that I loved but hadnt thought about, helped pick paint colors and was a really talented and nice guy to work with. He was very professional and i would highly recommend him. We have continued to consult with him even after this initial purchase and he has been very helpful!

    Relo was recommend to us by an internet company.  Tony, the owner, called me first in January of 2015, and I told him we would not be ready for an estimate until June, because this is a vacation condo.  I told him to call me back in May.  Sure enough Tony called me back and set up an appointment to come in June. I let him know that we would not want the work done until September. Tony, himself came to our condo to give us an estimate.  I told him what I wanted, and he designed our kitchen make over, with all our needs taken into consideration.  He was very willing to work with my schedule, as I would only be at our condo for about a month, starting the middle of September to the middle of October.  He ordered everything and had it ready to start work as soon as I arrived.  Tony, was on the job supervising everytime his crew was at our condo.  He had an excellent crew for every aspect of the job. The work was done in a timely manner, and I can't say enough about the workmanship of all the workers involved.  They were careful about the floors, furnishings, and they cleaned up everything everyday they were on the job. Tony the owner is very personalble, and I really enjoyed working with him.  I was so happy with the completed job.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has interior work to be done, especially kitchens.

    I recently used Bay Tile to remodel my kitchen and two of my bathrooms.  From the moment I walked in the showroom to the instant the last counter was wiped clean, the sales staff and installers were friendly, helpful and professional.  The extensive showroom gave me many ideas that I was able to incorporate into the remodel.  Although there were a few revisions along the way, the staff at Bay Tile were willing to work with me to make sure the end result was exactly what I wanted.  I have now lived with my new baths and kitchen for several months and have found everything to be first quality and of the highest craftsmanship.  I highly recommend Bay Tile and their design staff for anyone who is looking to upgrade or completely re-do their kitchen or bath.
