  I used Elena���s today and expected to be charged $130 as iwith previous cleanings but instead they charged $240 and I was not advised of that amount when I set up the Appointment. This is dishonest and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone because they can���t be trusted.

  Nathanael showed up at 0900AM to clean a very Dirty Apartment. He cleaned everything in the Apartment Bathroom including tub ,sink and Cabinets Going out 2 kitchen He then started on the kitchen cleaning Oven Refrigerator, even in back of Refrigerator and Oven then went on to finish the floors! Wow I am so impressed by HIs cleaning I would definitely hire again! Thanks Green Day Cleaning!

  I left a voice message for both Dina's and Koller's. Koller responded within an hour. I've never heard back from Dina's. Surprising when there are so many cleaning companies to choose from. I will not contact them again.

  We had just completed a master bathroom remodel. The bathroom, bedroom and adjacent area were in dire need of a deep clean. I had contacted two cleaning services recommended by Angie's List. One, Dina, never returned my call. Viviane returned mine within an hour. We discussed rates and her estimate of the time required. She said she would be there Friday at 1:30; I watched the cable TV clock and exactly at 1:30 she rang the doorbell. First good impression. We walked through what needed to be done. Viviane recommended to slightly extended the area to be covered because of dust migration. I appreciate that the owner likes to be directly involved in the cleaning, certainly the first few times and then check back. The previous cleaning service i had was neither punctual nor did a check-back with me. I'm impressed with Viviane's commitment to: Professionalism Punctuality Communication Thoroughness Self-pride in her business One more thing. The previous cleaning service used a detergent that permeated our house for almost two days. Almost had to vacate the house. I expressed my concerns to Viviane. She discussed options. When she was done, the house was clean without any remaining odor. Her price was competitive. I immediately agreed to have Viviane start a monthly service for us.   ELENA'S CLEANING SERVICES

  We were about to start a master bathroom remodel and wanted most of the rest of the house to be thoroughly cleaned, but not a total "deep clean" at this time. I hope the following helps others and also Carlos and Elena. I spoke with both. Elena came out and gave me an estimate. $180 for six women-hours, 3 women for two hours. Special said $160 but I agreed to the $180. I asked Carlos for a advisory text when his crew was on the way to make sure I'd be here and everything was ready. They were due to arrive at 3:00pm. They arrived at 2:00 pm with no advance notice. Fortunately I was home because of the remodel going on. Suppose I was out and planned on being home by, say 2:30? Not good execution on their part. However, no problem...this time. 4 ladies showed instead of 3. However, they stayed for 1.5 hours which equaled the 6 women-hours so no problem there. The lead discussed what I wanted done during their stay and they went to work. Very busy. When they cleaned an area, I mean they cleaned it! For example, they cleaned the inside of my toaster oven. In the laundry room, I have a cat litter box; under it is a lid to catch spill over; I hadn't washed that in months; I found they had washed it! Vacuumed and moped all the tile floors. Very pleased. Now some areas of concern. I appreciated surfaces being cleaned but items on those surfaces were almost always put back incorrectly. Irritating but not a deal breaker. Major concern (deal breaker): the odor of the cleaning supplies. Overwhelming. I have a poor sense of smell and I found it uncomfortable; my wife has a keen sense and it greatly disturbed her. We were concerned for our pet. And...it took over 24 hours to dissipate (though not completely). As a result I have looked at other cleaning companies advertised on Angie's List. Disappointed that almost all don't include cleaning furniture or appliances in their basic cleaning; extra cost...huh? In summary, the cleaning was very well done; thorough; priced reasonably. If I could be assured that the next cleaning would use different supplies that were not so offensive, i would gladly use Elena's again. Absent that, I couldn't. I hope this thorough review helps others and that Carlos will address my major concern - the extremely offensive odors. Norman Smith

  Extreme Maids

  It was awesome. I still am walking around amazed at all the work they did. My floors are shining, my tile is squeaky clean, my cabinet doors are shined and polished. It just goes on and on. I will definitely have Karen and Patricia continue to take care of my house. They also made sure that I was happy with the work they had done.

  We are very happy with our new cleaning service, Elenas. A few weeks ago, I called and Carlos (owner) was out to give an estimate in two days. We accepted and then we had our first "deep clean" The whole crew came in and worked wonders! They are a team and quite efficient. We hired them on a bi-weekly basis. The 2nd clean was just as excellent. I came home to a very clean house. They are prompt, again, they are a team and also quite friendly. I highly recommend Elena's Cleaning Service!
