  • One service call was completed the same day I filed the claim! I needed a new thermostat, and it was replaced. My other claim I filed around 8pm one evening, and the service call was completed by the next day. A breaker went bad on my electrical box and it was fixed that day. Very happy with the responsiveness fromn the service providers. I only paid for the service call charge per my contract.

  • There was no cost, it was under warranty. They diagnosed the microwave at first, so a project that should have taken a week, it took a month. They had to order a new part because, they ordered the wrong part the first time. They came out to put the first part in and it didn't work, so they ordered the other part and we had to wait for that to come in. We were without a microwave for about a month. We use it a lot to warm stuff up.

  • Not bad a little messed up at the begining as they gfave me the information of a service provider that was no longer working for them took a ferw calls back and forth but it all got worked uot the cokmpany that came out was very professional . considering it cost me $34.00 a month to cover what the yI think it is a reasonable value. But onw must remember this  policy does not cover everything so my best advise is to read the contract over in detail and check the excluded item and there limits of liability

  • We paid to have them send someone out to look at our hardwired microwave. However, the company they sent won't take the microwave down and uninstall it. The home warranty company wanted us to pay to have it taken out and uninstalled, as well as paid to have the new one put in. The service provider said that the home warranty company would only pay for replacement parts.

  • AHS was a good company but now they have let the quality go out of their business. I dropped them after being with them since 1999. They now use inferior products to replace good products.

  • When we have an issue they send someone out right away. They will come out on weekends if you have a serious problem. I have been using their services since we bought our house 13 years ago. I like that they do everything and I do not have to use different providers for every appliance. I also like that the employees are familiar.

  • 8 weeks and still no resolution. No fault with the repair company, they are waiting on the parts from AHS. It seems that in an effort to save some $ on ordering the part they have taken the absolute slowest route to getting it. I have paid for 2 months of service and the service call and I have been offered nothing in restitution from the company.

  • They have fixed washer 5 times, ice maker replaced twice, dishwasher multiple times, air conditioner, patched compressor, replaced hot water heater, and air handler. If we call them with a problem, they are usually out the next day. Price reflects annual fee.

  • It took multiple calls and getting quite nasty with the service call people to resolve the issue. The people at the call center are unhelpful and often unprofessional an not service-oriented. The servicemen are overall decent, but clearly trained to do no more than absolutely necessary at any given time. The fact that it took 5 calls to get my A/C fixed is unacceptable, so I hesitate to recommend the service, however, you do get what you pay for and it is cost-effective for the general peace of mind.
