    We bought the 2 hour troubleshooting service deal on Angie's List and ended up needing an additional hour to fix all the issues we were having in our home. The service provided by Jeremy was excellent, and done efficiently and on time as scheduled. After having issues with prior providers at a much higher cost and who still couldn't resolve all of the issues, we would not hesitate to use Smart Home Services for all of our future needs surrounding our home theater and home network.
    The only negative comment at all is we were promised a quote to move some equipment in the home theater and also to set up a smart phone based system to operate the HVAC, lights, and security cameras throughout the home - but, 10 days later, we still have not received that quote as promised.

    I spoke to both Jim and Antonio separately on the telephone prior to my appointment to gather information about them, what they do, and how they would approach the install of an additional camera to my existing surveillance system. They took time to explain in detail what it would involve. They were very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. When they arrived (on time) at the appointed time, they took their shoes off despite the fact that they would need them later to be climbing in the attic to add wires etc.
    They assessed the job and went right to work, knowing exactly what to do. I did not like the noise my DVR was making, so they suggested moving it to a near cabinet. Brilliant!! They installed it there and now it is very quiet. These guys work so well together. 
    They make a great team. They are smart, cheerful, professional and conscientious. They also, clean up after themselves.
    It was a very positive experience and I could not be more satisfied!!

    Masada Security is Absolutely "The BEST"...yes...THE BEST !!!!



    Once I initiated my request for a contractor, I was contacted by Masada Security within minutes via email. I followed up and spoke to them regarding installation of a monitored security system as well as 6 quality CCTV's.



    Everyone, including the owner made me feel like I was their only customer and was a PRIORITY to them and made themselves available including individual cell phones so I would have immediate contact should the need arise.



    I have had othersecurity companies and by far, the personal treatment and attention to detail, by this Family Owned company, in making sure they understood my needs and I understood the systems they were going to provide was something I had NEVER

    experienced before.



    It is rather obvious that Mr William Burnham (Owner) and Brenda (Operations Manager) are a customer oriented company and are over the top in ensuring the quality of the product. The professional installers were prompt, caring, knowledgeable, informative, personable and the best I could have imagined when watching them install both the security system and CCTV's. They are the cream of the crop and second to none!!!!



    We absolutely love the CCTV system & what a great job Tony did in installing them, ensuring it met our expectations as well as follow up calls to see if all is well. The security system is far better than the "major" alarms system company we previously used and am very pleased I made the decision to have Masada provide me with the equipment & systems I wanted to make sure my family is safe and secure.

    I should of done more research on this company before deciding to use them, the experience has been and was absolutely horrible.  The sales rep Mike was all talk when he sold everything and made promises to always be around and answer any questions and handle any problems that would arise.  It all started out OK, until we moved in and started having issues - Mike would not return phone calls or texts.  The company as a whole would not answer any calls or messages left, this is a company of over 70 employees and we had to call over 12 times before we were able to actually talk to someone.  The original install started on 4/3/15 and it is now 5/29/15 and they still are not completed.  We have gotten every excuse from the manufacturer sent the wrong parts to technicians are sick and can't make it out today.  They have been to our home over 14 times and still have not completed the installation for a job I was promised would be completed in three days!!!  STAY FAR AWAY from this company!!

    We had a contact go bad on the door and we don't pay for their wire maintenance or whatever. These companies have extra charges to maintain the wiring, we never but those things and we didn't have one with ADT and we had this one contact that went bad so the alarm kept going on which is bad because the police came out and it was terrible. We bypassed the one and my husband said he wanted them to come out and replace this contact. They said it would be $150 for the service call. The alarm was in my name and I called them, I said we want to cancel the service because there are other companies out there that will come and hook up your contacts and everything and not charge you anything for it. They ended up coming out and replacing the contact, doing all that for nothing so we stayed with them. We pay them for a monthly monitoring. It was kind of a non-pleasant experience. They're very reliable though. They're probably not the cheapest.

    1. They do not work with existing wired for sensor homes.
    2. The packages have default items that cannot be tailored to your needs. You cannot remove items from package to add items for your particular needs.

    Called the number listed on their website for my area and got a recording that it was out of service. Then called an alternative number and got through. I was told he was on a job and would return my call in about 2 hrs. Three days have gone by and I have not heard from them. Very poor way to treat a prospective customer. I won't ever call again.

    This system is fabulous. It took all of 10 minutes to install and works great. FrontPoint actually send a new cellular antenna because they did not like the service of the first one. It worked fine but they wanted more signal and charged me nothing! I have recently added a Fire sensor which I was able to purchase for next to nothing. I would reccomend this system to anyone! Much better than ADT!

    It went very smoothly. Security devices were shipped to the home and installed by the homeowner.  Customer service was very good regarding all questions for installation and use of the security devices. I really like the security system and the cellular service that it uses to monitor the system.

    The service turned out good. There were no additional charges to the big deal I purchased besides the monthly fee. The big deal offered a discount rate of the whole package. I purchased it for $199. It just includes the equipment and not the service. It is self-install. It was simple and it worked out really well. I had to call them because I had some issues with the set up a little bit, and now, it works great. They were very helpful. The quality of the service was good. They shipped it really fast. They even shipped the replacement part fast. I paid an additional $42.99 which included the fire and all the normal monitoring. The monthly fee is $42. I think everything was good, and I enjoyed it. They seemed to be working really well.
