    It went far better than I anticipated. Sue was a real gem as it is a challenge to hold an estate sale when the owner is still living there. She kept me in the loop and really tried to accommodate any changes I wanted to make. They advertise every where, as a result the first day of sale the streets were lined with cars. Her company really researches the furniture you are selling to get you the highest price possible. Since, she was leaving town for Thanksgiving she came back at 8pm the last day of the sale to pay me and also arranged for someone to come and replace the spring for the screen door. And finally Sue arranged for some one to come the next day to remove everything that I did not want to keep. Very professional company. Went 200% to get everything sold.     Terrific! Daisy is thorough, pays attention to detail but works fast! She helped with the unpacking too. Completely trustworthy and great with my little kids - they loved her! A pleasure to have in my home. Definitely will be hiring Daisy again. Amount paid below is at a rate of $25/hour.

    Excellent. Christena is very well organized, fast and efficient. No time is wasted. We started with the garage and then systematically went through the entire house. Much was thrown away, recycled or given away. Sensitive items were separated for shredding. Christena has a sense of where things should go. Her services are priced very competitively.

    Be SURE that everything you want out of the sale is OUT of the venue as once they go in all items are in the sale.  They start advertising and working deals as soon as they have access to the house so have all ?not for sale? items removed.  If it is a questionable item, don?t put it in as you can add items at the last minute.

    Review, review, review your reserve list which they will honor.  It you have any doubts about something, put it on the reserve list. 
    You can always take it off. 

    Be available by phone or text on sale days in case they have a good counter offer for you to consider, which I did take.  Also, make sure if you are in a gated community that the gate guards know about it and to be on their best behavior.  These ladies have quite the following and there was a lot of traffic.

    Lastly I was duly impressed that the communication didn?t end once the paperwork was finalized. They contacted me about potential buyers for stuff that didn?t sell even after things were finalized.  I would definitely recommend and hire these ladies again.

    They came in advance and looked at everything we had to be sold.  There was some furniture, small appliances, kitchenware, linens and most of the yard equipment and miscellaneous items.   They arrived the week before to stage the sale and advertised in advance.  They had sold some of the furniture before the actual sale date.    They actually prefer that you just leave everything where it sits and let them take it out of the cabinets & move it, rather than attempting to get everything out for them.   After the sale, they got rid of everything else that didn't sell and cleaned up.  The house was absolutely empty and ready for closing after the sale.   They also got a better price for everything than I would have myself and saved me from all of the work involved with it.  It was a wonderful experience and I was extremely happy with the proceeds from the sale.

    We used this service when we moved from a large home to a condo. It was the BEST decision we made. They are extremely  

    organized and know the business well. It was a huge success. After the sale the items that didn't get sold they provided a service

    who came and removed the rest of the items. I would recommend this service to all!

    I had a bedroom closet that had not been touched in years. It had become totally too overwhelming for me and as there was no floor space I viewed it as dangerous when attempting to find something. I called Susan and scheduled about a month in advance - which worked well for me. Within 6 hours the closet was purged - most of the clothing in that particular closet I hadn't worn for years. I have an addiction to shoes and purses that were previously in a big pile and I could never locate anything. All shoes are now in cubbies and visible. I did let some purses go but the majority are in bins on the shelves and I can now see what I have. I am so pleased. Susan arrived on time and went to work. She is professional, friendly and a pleasure to be around. Although she encourage me to "let go" of some items the decision was always mine. I hope to complete the bathroom and bedroom on my own and then have Susan back to declutter and reorganize my kitchen. Again - I am so pleased - I keep looking at the transformation - have even sent pictures to a close friend and my son!! Cost included many of Susan's own bins and a shoe organizer - I went and bought 2 more and she assembled.

    The experience was excellent.  They really did a very good job and they're easy to work with.  They did what they said they were going to do and we're happy with the finished product.  The price was reasonable and I feel that they pay their people with a reasonable wage too.  They seem to treat them well and that's what important to me and my husband.

    The provider showed up two hours late, I had to turn them away due to a scheduling conflict. I was then told I would get a call from their boss which I never did, I had to call a day later to get any info.

    OLS took much of the and quot;worryand quot; out of our move. They created a custom package, spelled it out clearly in writing, and made it all happen, in spite of a seemingly impossible deadline. They evaluated our antiques and fine art (at no cost to us), kept us advised as appraisals came in, helped us decide whether to put a reserve on certain pieces.
    After the mover's truck pulled away, they staged everything left in the house for a huge and quot;downsizing sale.and quot; Afterward, their cleaning people did such an outstanding job (for a fair price) that we received kudos in writing from the Realtor. Our TOTAL security deposit was immediately released!
    Vivian and Sue are professional, and well-qualified. They work tirelessly. Always easy to reach, easy to deal with, and available whenever we needed assistance, we felt comfortable trusting them with the keys to the house. The fairytale ending: the owner received an empty, spotlessly clean house on the last day of our lease!
    DO plan to engage the girls early enough that they can adequately advertise your sale - both to the public and to private collectors and buyers. We did well enough, but would have benefitted if we'd given them more time. Also, DO NOT pack the documentation their appraisers WILL require (if needed) to establish value.
