    Alma and John are the owners and they are truly great people. They bring a rare quality to the table - integrity. I bought one PC from a major manufacturer (Dell) and while the device was OK, the support was non-existent. PCs are something that needs support and this is where BCR excels. I have had BCR build custom PCs for me for the last 15 years - maybe longer and every one of them has been excellent. They keep me up to date on all coming changes and help me through them. They carry all of the important certifications and run a very professional shop. They are very competitive in price, but it's after the sale that they shine brightly. Don't confuse yourself with web deals or the big box stores - these folks are the real deal. I just stopped in this week to ask about the end of support for XP, upon which all of my PCs currently run and there is more to it than I had imagined - it's not just about updates or viruses, but about drivers - the software that makes your printer, monitor, etc work with your operating system. Alma explained it all to me in simple terms and assured me that she can assist me in dealing with the issues as they arise. Update! I recently upgraded to W10 OS and of course I asked BCR to do a custom build. It is a "race car"! Not only that, but they stand at the ready to do remote assistance whenever I have need, which saves me time and money. Great people / great company!

    Hello, I was a customer of your Palm Harbor store on US19 about 2 weeks ago. First off I would like to say that both my husband and I on two separate occasions got a quote for $109.99 for the screen and battery port replacement for half price because I was doing both making the price $44.99. My husband had them write the quote on a business card to ensure we got that price. I then went into the store with the business card quote and my broken phone. I was told at that point that both quotes given to us were incorrect and they would not honor it. I needed my phone fixed badly as it would not turn on and had a broken screen. After going back and forth with the store rep I realized I was not going to get anywhere and dropped my phone off to be fixed. They called me 3 hours later and told me my phone was good to go and was currently at 80% charge. I was elated that it got done so fast even though the price was higher than I was quoted. My husband went and picked up the phone a day later and they assured him they tested it and all was good to go. When I got the phone it was dead but I just assumed they had left it on all night after fixing it. A week and a half I sold the phone to a family member and bought myself a new phone. I put the phone on the charger before I went to sleep and I woke up the next morning and it was still dead. That day my husband brought the phone back to UbreakIfix. They called him a couple hours later and told him the phone was good to go. He went to go pick it up today after being told the phone was fixed and ready. At that point he was informed that there was a problem with the motherboard. (I Know this problem did not exist before I sent it there). My husband then asked why he was told on the phone that it was fixed and ready for pick-up. He didn���t get a straight answer. They informed him they would refund him for the battery charge and screen but they would need to put the broken screen back on the phone or they could not refund for the screen. I have two questions in this. 1) how do they still have my old cracked screen from 2 months ago hanging around the store? 2) wouldn���t you think that after all the inconveniences this store has put us through they could have refunded everything and let us keep the screen that was put on instead of replacing it with any old cracked screen laying around the store? I have always done my business with the Idoctor in tampa. Unfortunately I am constantly cracking the screen of my iphone or ipad. I chose to give UbreakIfix a shot because it was closer to my house. I will NEVER recommend this store, I will never bring my business there, and I will never spread one word of positive about this store to the many people in the area I know with apple devices not wanting to go all the way to the Imall or Idoctor. I will in fact suggest that they make the treck to one of those places who���s level of customer service sets the bar for what everyone in this industry should have. I am completely disgusted at the lack luster way my husband was treated, I am disgusted that I had to pay more than I was quoted to begin with, I am disgusted that allegedly now there is a problem with the mother board, and I am completely disgusted that after twice being told my phone was ready and working, taking time off of work for myself and my husband to go to the store to pick up a phone that was never fixed in the first place. I am convinced this mother board problem was created at the store. I am asking for your help on this. I feel that after all we went through leaving us with a screen that was not cracked was the least thing they could have done after the several inconveniences we encountered.

    The appointment was scheduled for 1 PM on August 24 and when the technician did not show I called the company to find out what was going on. I was told that there was a personal emergency and the appointment was rescheduled for August 25 at 10 AM. When the technician did not show again I called the company again and cancelled the appointment. These guys are not dependable.

    Rick at Florida IDoctor in Dunedin was just terrific. Contacting the business is a little different--you must either make an appointment online, OR text their number describing the problem so that they can tell you when to come in, which is what I did. In my case, Rick responded immediately, and told me to bring the phone in. From time of my arrival to leaving with my son's phone "like new," was no more than 15 MINUTES! Amazing! He also showed me some shoddy work done by another cell phone repair business in the area...missing screws, unfinished pieces, etc...Great family business. Prices were totally reasonable. 90 day guarantee. I highly recommend and plan to tell my friends and family!

    Over the course of 20 years me, and my company, have dealt with Microdata. Paul, the owner, is always available to work with our computer systems as well as other computer and program vendors.  He integrates our systems with the many different medical programs and makes sure they are all working together in a HIPPA compliant way.  He is responsive and well aware that in this day and age if our computers go down, our operation goes down.  He is always responsive.  He never leaves the job site until he makes sure all components are working efficiently.
    In our area of Pinellas, Hernando and Hillsborough counties of Florida he is the source to go to for efficient, competent computer and network needs.
