    I love their service, but I've been having problems with their customer service. Their policy on certain things, my dad was the owner of the account, when he died it has been a nightmare getting my mom switched over as the account owner. They have messed it up six times now, and I'm to the point of being tired of talking to them about the same thing over, and over again. It should be a simple switch. The husband is dead and everything should be switched over to the wife's name. They want us to open a whole new account, the account that they had for 20 years is now gone. They want to start a new account with a new social. Their policy on death and account transfers is horrible.

    I couldn’t get reception and they gave me stories of how cell towers went out and I found out that wasn’t true.  They are not a serious company and they are very poor with customer interaction. The customer service was not there.

    I went to this cellular store to change my services from my current cellualr provider and to get my iPad hooked up to their services. I paid for one month of services and the cost of putting the iPad on the account.
    I wanted to keep my phone number that I had had, it turned out that this was not possible. I ended up buying a phone from All in One and they couldn't even get their own phone hooked up. I left the store in disgust.
    About two hours after I had left the store, one of the men that was trying to help me called the house and told me that he knew how to hook the phone up now. I told him that I did not want their services anymore. I have called the store twice to try to get them to mail me my phone that I paid for and they will not send it to me. I am 45 minutes away from the store.

    The phone wouldn't activate. Support kept telling me it was activated. They couldn't understand that it said "device not active". I spent a day trying to fight thru the language barrier. The phones on their side were breaking up and one rep complained about problems with the phone he was using. They wouldn't take the phone back until I disputed my credit card charge. I have to pay to ship the defective phone back to them amd then maybe I'll get a refund. If they sent me a free phone I wouldn't use it because their suppport is so bad I won't rely on them

    Went to the Clearwater Verizon Wireless store and as soon as I walked in, I was helped. Had to go to back for my situation- customer service. The girl behind the counter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our only setback was she was unable to take off the $50 rebate for the trade-so she did up some paperwork and explained what I had to do. I did pay the $50.00, sent in the rebate paperwork as was told, but then in January, I rec'd a letter stating that since I had already gotten the rebate, I was not due. Which was wrong-it was only an exchange and I shouldn't have been charged anything. Went back to the Clearwater store. The same girl was there and I explained what happened along with showing her the paperwork. She told me she would handle everything and to expect to see a $50 credit on my cell bill. It took 2 months but she did it-even when I bugged her after a month, she made sure to check into it as she had done the credit-it just did not show up in time for that invoice! Very helpful.
