Hiring S and W Kitchens was possibly the worse decision Ive made as a homeowner. The project was started in December and was to be completed by mid-April. It is now well into August and the work has yet to be completed. I was told by Larissa Berendsen that all the materials would be ordered prior to demolition, was I didnt know was that much of what was ordered would be the incorrect size, color, or style. My foyer tile was installed three times before they used the correct tile. Bedrooms were all painted the wrong color. The wrong interior doors were ordered. The wrong interior hardware was ordered. The wrong laundry-room cabinets were ordered. The glass panels on the custom front doors were incorrect. Hardwood floors in all bedrooms were damaged upon installation and had to be ripped out and replaced. The kitchen lights continue overheat and cut-out after 20 minutes of use. On one occasion, my neighbors called to let me know that my front doors were left wide open without anyone on site for hours. I came home to find my doors unlocked at least five times. There is a lot more, but this gives you some idea. I met with the owner, Joe Steenbeke, two months ago to address these glitches and he assured me that the problems would be addressed, yet two months later, I am without a finished home. I saved for seven years to afford a home remodel, it is heartbreaking to know that I gave my money to people who care nothing about their customers.

After we bought the washer we were told they would be here Monday to remove the old one and install the new one.  On Monday they gave us a two hour window; between 6:00 pm and 8:00pm.  At 8:00 pm we received a call they were running late.  After they finally arrived, we were told at 9:00 pm that they can't do the job but they will send a new crew in the morning.  Tuesday we did not receive a call so I contacted them.  I get a call back from the salesman expelling they did not know the FRONT LOADING MACHINE was on a shelf.  This is a lie because we had a full discussion with the salesman on Saturday.  Now we are told we will have to hire our own installer!  We cancelled the order and are headed back out to find a new washing machine. Thanks for wasting my time!

I contacted the company and they told me they would could not fix it because it is Samsungs responsibility.  Samsung told me to call Famous Tate to get this fixed.  I first called Famous Tate and was told to call the appliance repairs.  Three different companies told me that they could not fix it because it was not making the noise when they were there.

Apsco delivered a new Whirlpool refrigerator with a dented freezer door. They said they would repair it of course but after three months wait we still had no door. The salesman, Lonnie Robinson, told me to call the factory (he wouldn't do that) which we did. The factory told us that the replacement door had been shipped and signed for by Apsco. I called Mr. Robinson back and he said he had done all that he would do, that I should wait for a call from parts and that they said that they did not yet have the part. Then Mr. Robinson hung up on me! Lo and behold, within the hour I got a call from Apsco service asking for an appointment to install the new door. They arrived on time and switched the door but the new door leaked and formed frost around the gasket. I was able to connect with competent service company which is now trying to repair the icemaker.
Why did I have to make all of the phone calls to the factory and make all of the arrangements for repair? Couldn't the salesperson at least called his own parts department?
I could never recommend Apsco or Lonnie Robinson.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They are pretty professional. They have different people for the different types of jobs to be done. The work is excellent. Timing was a minor issue. They did exactly what I requested them to do.

It went very well. They brought it out and removed the old one. They did it very quickly and efficiently. I wasnt even charged for it. They came within the window but they give themselves such a wide window that we were sitting around for three hours waiting. We would use them again under certain circumstances.

Their prices are incredibly competitive. Their delivery is pretty quick and prompt. Their prices are good. The attitude of their floor salesman is good. They deliver in a hurry. I ordered a refrigerator and got the delivery in two days. Their delivery is quick and prompt. I ordered things from them and they delivered it the next day or the day after; depending on my convenience. Their product is good. Their price is good. Their delivery policy is good. They have got a cooperative attitude in the store. I will go back there, I can promise you.

When I bought the stove, Gary Brown, the salesperson, was in Tampa but now he has moved to their Oldsmar store. He made me a fantastic deal on the stove - he helped me pick up stuff that was worth it. He did a very good job. They blew everyone else in terms of pricing. They were at the house when they said they would be, hooked everything up and called back to make sure that everything was fine. My experience with them was definitely good, and I couldnt have been happier. I still keep in touch with Gary. If I needed something from him today, I would call him right now.

3 out of 4 products purchased were defective. They claim that they only sell first quality, but so much of the product supplied was defective that one would not believe that statement. Even when they ordered replacement parts, the replacement parts were defective. Although they did replace everything that I complained about, the cost of hiring a plumber to replace these parts was nearly equal in value to the cost of the defective product.
