AWESCON CONSTRUCTIONI first became acquainted with Wescon several years ago as I watched their work crew reroof my neighbor’s house. I was impressed and took a picture of their sign for future reference. What recently sold me on Wescon was their salesperson and his approach to assessing my roof. He was the consummate professional. I recently became aware of two leaks on my roof and reached out to four roofing companies including Wescon. I received three quotes and was somewhat pleased with the info received that is until I met the Wescon salesperson. His approach was different from the competition. First he wanted to inspect the roof from the attic which required that he climb and then crawl to the affected areas. As he spent a significant amount of time in the attic I feel comfortable that he was thorough. He found an additional leak (I didn't know I had) and structural damage due to the prolonged time that the roof leaks existed. He spent more time examining the roof from the outside and was able to clearly articulate the condition of my roof through pictures and verbal descriptions of what he saw. He spent more time examining the roof than any of the competition and given the dollar size of the expenditure it was greatly appreciated. I was impressed with the proposal he provided including the pictures. It was laid out well and walked me through the work to be done and associated costs. I shared his proposal with two acquaintances a respected architect and retired "luxury" home builder and they both commented on the professionalism of the proposal and the detail included. The decision to reroof a house is significant due to the size of the expenditure and the fact that I was not going to get on the roof myself. The Wescon salesperson’s approach and his ability to communicate the issues provided me with the assurance I needed. My pleasure with this decision carried through to the end of the project. ARoberson Roofing IncMr. Roberson provided an estimate for the repairs. When they came to do the work, they found there was not as much involved as anticipated and so the final bill was less than half the estimate. The repair was necessary due to an error by a previous roofer who installed a new roof four years earlier. The original roofer never returned our calls after one return visit which did not fix the problem. We are very pleased with Roberson's quick and courteous service.- Veronica H.

ARoberson Roofing IncPerfect! The stucco repairman verified that Roberson Roofing did a great job resolving the issues that needed to be taken care of prior to new stucco being put on chimney. Eric Roberson was very responsive the the timely scheduling of the needed repairs and the crew he sent to our home was very professional. The quote and the end cost was very fair in comparison to other quotes I received from other roofing companies. Our chimney and the area immediately surrounding it required replacement of damaged wood, installation of new base sheet on roof deck, installation of synthetic underlayment around chimney, installation of new L-flashing around entire chimney and installation of new shingles around the base of the chimney as well as the area immediately surrounding the chimney. I highly recommend Roberson Roofing and will definitely be using them for any roofing needs I have in the future.- Susan L.

AExcellent! We found G&G on Angie's List several years ag Theo and they correctly repaired two broken roof tiles. Now, there appeared to be cracks in the mortar holding various other tiles together, possibly resulting in water leaking through the roof. G&G arrived on short notice during the New Year period, inspected the entire roof and reported no damage or threat of leakage. The technician explained his findings and determined there's no problem at all. Big relief for us!

AIf you’re looking for a professional, thorough, and friendly company, Turnkey is for you! There was a brief hailstorm that came through Jacksonville a couple of years ago and, although we knew this damaged our roof, we kept putting off the repairs due to our original insurance claim being denied. After starting to see the results of the leaks more prominently, we decided it was time for a second opinion and so we went on Angie’s List and sent out a few messages to local contractors. Turnkey got back to us right away and within a few days, Juan was at our door – business card in one hand, ladder in the other! The inspection was so thorough, and Juan talked us through his process as he made meticulous notes of the damage. Although his suggestions were exactly what we were looking for, and more, we were concerned about the price as we would most likely have to pay for all of it out of pocket at this point. As it turns out, that thankfully wasn’t the case! Once we expressed our concerns to Juan and showed him our denied claim, he referred us to John Parker, a local public adjuster who works closely with the company to ensure customers are receiving fair treatment from their insurance companies. This process took approximately one year but, in the end, the updated claim was approved (with no court proceedings involved, thankfully), we got a brand new roof, and we only had to pay a small portion of the cost out of pocket. As for the service itself, it took approximately 1 week. The crew got rained out one day and ended up coming on a Sunday just to stay on schedule – talk about dedication! Every day, they started at 7 am and did not leave until dark. At the end of each day, they cleaned up all their scraps, took a magnet around the perimeter to collect the nails, and took everything they brought when they came (tools, ladders, etc.). All in all, I am so happy with our decision to go with Turnkey. I was blown away by their attention to detail and the care they took to restore the roof to a better than new condition. It has been approximately one year since the restoration took place and everything is still as durable and as beautiful as the day the new shingles went up. If you’re going to spend your money, time, and energy regardless, go with Turnkey and get the peace of mind you deserve – you will be grateful that you did!

Kevin ensured my project was scheduled early during a period when a large backlog of similar projects were developing with associated price increases. Kevin provided shingle samples from which I chose one that complimented the brick on my home. During the 1.5-day installation, Kevin ensured the work proceeded smoothly. Kevin ensured the jobsite was clean and free of nails and screws when the project was finished. I am very pleased with Kevin's performance and that of Sheegog Contracting.
