She never gave me false hope that it wouldn���t sell but that she would do her best to get it sold, and that she did. Seven days after being placed on the market, my house sold.     I met with Mr. Pantuso (Carmine) and explained what we were looking for. He was quite professional, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his work and the possibility of helping us find some suitable property. What I liked about Carmine was that he didn't bombard us with all sorts of properties in an effort to "just make a sale". He came up with a few possibilities that were nice but not exactly what we were looking for. Things quieted down a bit. He let us know he didn't forget about us. There's a lot out there, and, from our prior experience, we knew that finding what we were looking for could take some time. We just let him do his work as we relaxed. Next thing we knew, Carmine contacted us with some great news. Call: Steve, I think I've got something you need to look at. The understatement of the year! My wife and I couldn't have found a better piece of property. We made an offer, Carmine sealed the deal, and we are pretty happy we had someone to do all the running, mailing, paperwork. Did I say Good Move? It was. I'll never do it solo again. Thank you Carmine. You done good! You've earned our confidence to help us sell our home when we're ready to move to the country.

    Since I marked "A's" in all categories it is safe to say how well Carmine did for us throughout the process. We felt as though we mattered and weren't just dollar signs.     Carmine Pantuso is a true professional. He goes under the heading, "These Guys Are Good!". I personally would rate him #1! Carmine respectively keeps the client in mind. It?s truly not about the sale or client rather but more about the experience. It?s not over when the sale is done, he?s there for questions/answers/all extended information. He made our move so enjoyable, it really feels like we not only belong here but have found the perfect home. We have the greatest respect for Carmine, he goes out of his way to be helpful. His courtesy, class & knowledge puts the "REAL" in Realtor.Thankfully, Carmine took the stress out of home finding. We?re so grateful & would highly recommend him to the most discriminating customer. Pantuso is dedicated & does not over sell. His demeanor is quite enjoyable & caters respectively to those around. I went on Zillow & the first line I read is as follows: "Do realtors pay you to list only 5 star reviews?" I would give Carmine 10 stars! He is sincere, caring, & listens to what you want.     Tyler Property Management conducted  a background check on prospective tenants which failed to discover foreclosures and a poor credit history.  They changed agents in the middle of our contract and in the notification letter we were informed the new agent would be contacting us to establish a rapport.  However, no contact was ever made.  Their service was non-existent.  They did not return phone calls or respond to emails.  They would state they would follow-up and never did.  Our contract indicated they were to inspect our property quarterly.  During the two years, they did so only once.  They failed to communicate with us and our tenants.  They merely are looking to collect a commission without doing any work.

    The experience was really great,because Mr. Carmine was always available whenever I needed to see a particular house.Even though
    the process took a long time,Mr. Carmine was always there when I needed his help. Thanks to Mr. Carmine I was able to find the
    property I really wanted and at the right price. I am very pleased with his services and I would  recommend him to anybody.

    On June 4 my rent check in the amount of $1500.00 was cashed by scanning it through their mobile device and deposited into their account.  Their was a stamp placed on the back of the check stating it was deposited via mobile.  Again on July 26 the same check was redeposited but the stamp was missing from the back of the check and instead was hand written on the front of the check that it was scanned and deposited via mobile device.  This overdrew my account by $900.00 so I received $504.00 in overdraft fees.  I immediately called them and they were extremely rude and now are threatening to kick me out of my premises.  The owner claims he only has one check; however I have two.  His bank did pay back the second one but he refuses to pay back the $504.00 overdraft fees.  I was late on my July rent and was in the process of making payments on it along with the $100.00 late fee.  I owe exactly $500.00 more and have already made August payment.  I told him we could forget about the overdraft fees and call it even for July but he does not want to do that.  I've even sent him copies of my statements showing the overdraft fees.  Now he is telling me I can no longer be 1 day late on my rent even though my lease states after 3 days I have to pay $100.00.  I told him he was changing the lease and he needed to put it in writing and he says he doesn't have to.  My bank has both copies of the checks that were deposited and they have sent them to their security department to investigate the fraud but in the meantime I am still out $504.00 in overdraft fees.

    They lied about being in my house. Only when I described the people in detail who came into my home, did they confess they were there.
    i went July 15th to confirm that they knew my rental was in foreclosure and give my intent not to renew my lease. I also came with documented proof of first, last month payment and security deposit.
    They sent me in the mail a lease signed years later, we have been at the location 7 years, and claimed we still owed them money.
    This company does not follow realty law.

    There is no question about it. Karin is a very experienced and compassionate individual. She is exceptionally educated in her market area and leaves the buyer with few questions.
    She did her homework on each home and provided us with all the information we wanted to know in addition to things we didn?t think to ask. 

    We though the process was going to be very stressful since we were starting our search long distance. Having talked with several agents and leaving messages for some who called back more than a week later left us wondering.

    After talking with Karin, we knew she was the person we wanted to represent us. Although we communicated via phone, the majority of our communication was through email. I believe that Karin found us our dream home because she is a fantastic listener. It?s not easy combining a wish list for 2 that continues to have add on?s.

    She accommodated our schedule when we arrived in Florida and spent 2 ½ days with us going from house to house. Not only was it a great experience but she made it fun. She took the time to give us a tour of Palm Coast! We not only have a one of a kind real estate agent, we have a new friend.
