    I thought he did an excellent job and I would give him a 5 star. We have 5 dining chairs and a bar stool that was broken so I called in Mr. Levitsky and he came out the same day. He said he needed reinforcement and he could have it back in a couple of days. He wasn't exaggerating, he literally brought it back 2 days later. He not only fixed all of them, but he also replaced all the screws on the seats, free of charge. We are very happy with the services and workmanship, and that those chairs back in time for the arrival of our house guess. Thank you Mike for a job well done.

    We found Mr. Levitsky on line and based on the reviews had him come to the house to look at the rocker and see if he could fix it. He said, yes, no problem. And indeed he came through for us. You cannot even see the repaired area and he also cleaned up the finish on the chair itself. The price was fair, although at the top of what we thought it might cost, but when you factor in pick up and delivery as well as the quality of the work it was well worth it. My grandfather was a fine furniture maker and he would be very impressed with the finished product! We would hire again without hesitation.

    The service was provided in a timely manner and the work was high quality. The items were picked up and dropped off from my home as planned.     Mr. Levitsky came to my house and quoted me a fair price. After giving him a deposit, Mr Levitsky took the base to his shop for repair. After about a week, Mr. Levitsky delivered a the base back to me. The base was solid and repaired well.

    When I visited the store I mentioned I was a former customer who had purchased other appliances from them.  I didn't expect a brass band but there was no response at all like thanks for coming back etc.   Their price was exactly the same as Home Depot and Sears.  When I asked what differentiated them I was told - if service needed I called John's not an 800 phone number.  Considering they didn't even acknowledge my prior patronage I may as well go to one of the other stores where at least I know they don't care about return business etc.  So this Saturday on shop small business day I'll be at big box Mr John!!

    I will never shop at Home Depot again. They were extremely rude, and did nothing to help me. I am usually really easy to get along with, but I will never shop there again. I will go to Lowe's.  I don't know if it is a management issue or what it is.  Originally we were given one date for delivery, when we weren't called on that day, we didn't even call because it was too late. Then we were told it was on back order for 3 weeks, we were not told that upfront. When we asked when the next delivery date would be, they told us that we couldn't be given a back order date when we were given a date, so somebody was not telling us the truth. After we went and purchased from Lowe's and it was delivered and installed, someone from Home Depot called to say that they were delivering the washer and dryer that we said we weren't going to purchase. The date that they said they were going to deliver was not one we were given before.The people that we were talking to on phone and the people you have to talk to when you go into a big buck store were not good. The pricing was average. I am sure there are worse people out there, but they were pretty awful.

    It turned out beautifully and better than we expected.  We asked to have it before Christmas and he wasn't sure if he could do that but he delivered it on December 13th which was a wonderful surprise.

    He returned the call immediately. He came to the house within two days and gave us a estimate on price and timeframe. He listened to what we needed to accomplish. When we gave him the material, we gave him two different ones by mistake. He called to have us make a decision on which one we needed. He completed the work much sooner than estimated and the chairs look like new. He was easy to work with and stayed on the estimate. No hidden charges.

    We had a oder of Eight Closets unites with glass doors Picked and Delivered from Ikea , It was a huge order 68 doors, frames, baskets,shelves, ect. 
    Costing $229 for picking and delivery of items, $3000.00 for the entire order...we felt since it was such a big order we may not be able to pick it ourself.
    Ikea offers a Picking and Delivery Service, we had the store do it for the above amount, Ikea is located in Mimi about 1 1/2 hours from our home in palm cost. 
    Door to door its a full tank of gas, and 3 hours of just drive time...and of course dealing with the store it self. 
    You can count on a four hour day door to door, being human there is No Way you can assemble such a large order in the time allowed by the store for there store policy of 48 hours from the time of delivery to report a discrepancies to Ikea. 
    Ikea has NO lead way for there own mistakes, we were delivered the wrong size frame for one of the doors.An $80.00 Item, that I was more than happy to pay for....apon calling Ikea with hopes that they had good costumer service,  they would want to keep me from doing this...they  would place the right size door on a truck that would be in our area anyway ....It was like taking to a brick wall ! I learned fast you had better enjoying staying on hold for at least an hour! only to be told as if they are reading it out of a little red book...if you do not call us in 48 hours its up to you to bring it back no matter how far you live,Never was it said it was them that picked the wrong item just that there was no other way they had to handle it...I asked to talk to the next person above and was placed on hold for the second time....20 minutes latter, than the phone went silent...Im sure they hope you think you have drop the call...but I hung on. A voice did appear on the line, only to give me the company spell yet again...and again..and again....The powers that be do Not give there Store Managers any Lead way of resolving a simple thing that was Not our mistake. It is impossible for an regular person to assemble a big order in 48 hours! I will have to make the day trip..and the tank of gas again. Lets not forget that tank of gas is $70.00!
