    They were amazing. Very attentive and professional all while making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Such a pleasent experience for a usually unpleasant service. DR SMITH and his assistant were both honest and easy to talk to about any issues i was having and the procedure went very smooth. I bring my whole family here and always will.

    I had recently moved to Florida and was looking for a dentist. Saw Smiles’ $59 cleaning coupon in the paper and decided to give them a try. Will never do that again. I’ve always had good teeth; am middle-aged and only have 2 cavities that I got when I was much younger (assuming I actually did have cavities then). When I called to set up an appointment, even the receptionist immediately tried to up-sell me on services I didn’t want or need. Looking back, I should have just canceled my appt. When I came in for the appt, the hygienist kept telling me how bad my teeth looked, they needed a deep cleaning, fluoride treatment, special cancer scan of some sort, etc. He knew the price of each treatment off the top of his head. When the dentist, David Boules, came in and looked at the xrays, he told me I had 3 cavities and 3 more would soon be forming. My teeth were in bad shape, needed a lot of work, etc. Really? I’d had no tooth problems; just came in for a cleaning. I asked to see the x-rays and then asked them to give me a mirror and show me on my teeth where those cavities were. There were no cavities, but every minor stain on every molar they declared a cavity or near-cavity. I paid for the cleaning and the xrays and left. Found another dentist (Florida Family Dentistry) and scheduled a free consultation. Got print outs of my xrays from Smiles and had them send the computerized images to FFD. They weren’t happy about the request but they did it. The FFD dentist (Margaret Walsh, highly recommend) took one look at the xrays and told me I had no cavities. She did a thorough exam as well. Boules was ready to drill 3 healthy teeth and fill them. And trying to convince me that 3 more were starting to rot. This is malpractice. Smiles is part of a huge national conglomerate of dental services run by a large corporation. They are crooks and at least some of their dentists should be stripped of their medical licenses. Even more pathetic is that the entire office staff is in on the scam, from the receptionist on down, but no one who works there has any problem lying repeatedly to patients.

    Dr. Quarterman worked with lots of patients with Down's Syndrome, including our other daughter. With my first daughter, she didn't seem to receive the same level of care as my other. All she ever got were cleanings, and we later found out she had many dental issues that needed correction. My other daughter received fillings, extractions, etc., without any additional issues. What were we paying her for? We had to take my daughter to see an oral surgeon in Jacksonville, and now she's had basically all of her teeth pulled and has to wear dentures. I felt like suing them.

    i HAD THIS APT. FOR 4 MONTHS, I went into office and only 1 person was in waiting room.  I got there at 1:45 and my apt was for 2:00.  I was not acknowledged by receptionist for 15 minutes. 
    At 2:15, there were 2 other people waiting and one was not a standing appointment. 
    Last 2 times I was there, they did not bother to do "wing bites" xrays, altho it was supposed to  be included in their "OFFICE PLAN" THAT i SUBSCRIBED TO.
    i went to desk at 2:16 and told them to can cel my appointment and gi ve me my records.  They will charge you if you don't keep an appointment, but the receptionist told me the reason they were behind was : THEY WERE CLEANING THE ROOMS!!!"

    Everything went very well. The dental hygienists worked very hard to remove stubborn coffee stains on my teeth. Dr. Reagin performed most of the dental work. Dr. Turner did one filling and fitted me for a partial when Dr. Reagin went on maternity leave. The dentists and their assistants thoroughly explained all of the options and clearly explained the work that was to be done. I believe all of the work was done correctly. I am pain free and the partial fits fine. The costs of each procedure and how much my insurance paid was clearly explained and there were no surprises. The entire staff was professional and friendly. This was without a doubt my best experience (or least painful experience) in 60 years of dental visits.

    My mother goes here as well, and she's 93. She's very pleased with them. They're an excellent practice and very professional. They're on top of current and best practices. They have a very good bedside manner and know what they're doing. They have good record-keeping and are efficient. The staff is very pleasant. Dr. Olson is very knowledgeable and very dedicated. He's honest in his approach, in terms of what the person needs to have done and how it's done. I've referred other people to him.

    The last time that I used Dr. Bech was probably about four months ago. I do not have any complaints about him. His staff and his office are good. Their services are good and I am still going there. They are very prompt and on time.

    Wonderful! I had a broken tooth which they filled and there was no charge because we have a contract with them. They are available, if you have a problem they take you right in. They are very accommodating and the office is very nice.

    First of all they extracted teeth which didn't need that kind of treatment. 2nd, their billing is horrible!! I'm supposed to have a good insurance. They informed me that my insurance will cover most of the treatments. They talked me into opening a CareCredit account. I'm still trying to pay it off! Turns out the insurance denied mostly everything they did. It's been almost 2 years since I've been to their office and I'm still getting bills which they can't explain. I've called them several times about the bill. Each time they would call me back because it was so long ago and they would have to go in their archives. Till this day no call! I do not recommend this office especially their surgeon.
