    I���m writing this on behalf of my 82 year old mother in law. Simply put I believe that this is a clear case of exploiting a senior citizen. The total invoice was $1652. Every part that was replaced was marked up egregiously- some over 100%. Example. 1999 Rav 4 Vaporizer available from Toyota of Orlando for $304- Ken Davidson charged my 82 year old Mother in law $617! They didn���t even replace the antifreeze cap.     I go to whichever one is close to me. I've got a big truck, so it takes a little more oil. The couple times I've been there, they've always gotten me in and out really quickly. Their price is standard all over for Jiffy Lube. I've not gone to any place other than a Jiffy Lube. They've always gotten me in and out.

    Great service and very competitive prices. This is a father and son business and they really take care of you and do excellent work. Just moved to Palm Coast and this is going to be our mechanic for both our cars.

    We had an appointment and it seemed like an awful long wait.  They have a small waiting area and it was full.  I had to stand up.  I'm not sure if I would use them again.  I recently had a new battery put in by my local Chevy dealer and they took care of it.  I wouldn't go back for regular maintenance.  Only service.

    We dropped off the jeep before lunch and received a call around 4 pm. While the news was not good we appreciated his honesty. He found where the problem was coming from and suggested that we not fix it unless we wanted to replace the engine for about $6000. Also said he would not sell it to the friend. Recommended we use thicker oil and Lucas oil additives and drive until it blows! We were expecting to pay over $100 for diagnostics but Ken doesn't do that. The dealership would have charged us! Especially since we did not fix the problem!

    I am satisfied in the outcome but it took two weeks to get it worked on. The customer service was awesome but they could have been more honest about it being two weeks. They just kept telling me they were working on it. I was pleased with the interaction, service and price, I just felt like I was left hanging.

    I don't know what to say. I went in ,stayed about an hour, the staff was friendly,they showed me a couple of the dirty filters,they provided coffee. A great experience ! Volkswagen house wanted 700.00 and all day.

    The mechanics installed the struts and did the alignment but my car pulled to one side and I had just purchased new tires that same week. They said it was the tire but Discount Tire said they didn't see anything wrong so I was stuck in the middle. I want to be fair so since I don't know for sure if the alignment was at fault I can't rate the great or poor. I suspect it was the alignment and not a radial pull because it pulled at all speeds and the steering wheel was always off center. I had heard that Lexus SUV's canbe a challenge to align if you don't have the right equipment and parts.

    The car was delivered the next day.  We discovered that the previous owner had paid for the first 4 service appointments so there was no charge for that.  We were charged for the interior and exterior detailing.  The problem was that the interior detailing was not completed.  Even the valet who delivered the car saw that the mats and the seats were not cleaned, nor were other areas of the car.  When I called to express my concern, I was told that my money would be refunded and I could take my business elsewhere.  I never raised my voice or spoke inappropriately to our service advisor, George.  I was very offended by his attitude.

    I have been taking my 2005 Monte Carlo into PALM COAST AUTO REPAIR since I purchased it.  Before that I have taken my 2001 NISSEN X-TERRA  into that shop since I moved here 2 years ago.  They were recommended by a welder, Greg MacGregor, and I have never had such a great experience with a CAR REPAIR SHOP.
    kEN AND HIS SONS, are the top-of-the-line mechanics and if there is NOTHING wrong with the car; they tell me so and I don't get charged for their information.
    How many CAR REPAIR SHOPS can you say that about?  I have been driving for over 60 years and have never felt so secure with a mechanic.!!!
