    Animal Palace Mobile Pet Grooming
Made the appointment by phone. Reggie, the groomer, actually showed up an hour ahead of time. That worked better for me. He took special care with my 17-year-old dog. He also an did outstanding job with my two 4 year-olds. I was very pleased with his work. This is the first time that I had used this company. I will definitely use them again. In addition they also took the coupon for the first time user that was in Angies list.

They are very good. I would recommend them to friends and family. The dogs are happy, it's like they are going to a play ground. They don't really put them in cages. There are four or five groomers and the dogs are just playing around while they wait. It is like taking the kids to daycare.

our dog recently had surgery and his coat was a tangled mess, not to mention he was traumatized by the surgery. His mobile groomer, I believe her name was Ariel, was gentle, very professional and highly skilled. Actually, as I went out to the mail box, I heard her softly and kindly talking to Bianco inside the truck, which was both reassuring and quite impressive. We were expecting our pooch to be very closely sheared because of said surgery, but the cut was beautifully and painstakingly done. VERY FAVORABLE EXPERIENCE. We will be using them in the future and will strongly recommend them to friends and family.

    GROOMIES PET SALON
I usually groom my Aussiedoodle myself, but it is laborious. I was able to schedule an appt for the same day I called GROOMIES which was great. Bailey is a sweetheart, but a mommas boy. I was very worried this may pose a problem as he can cry pretty dramatically! I met with Jennifer, the owner and groomer for Bailey and she was professional, listened to me, and the place was super clean. I explained how I wanted him cut and she asked a few questions for clarification. For the first time in 2.5 years, I was able to hand Bailey's leash off to someone and he did NOT cry! She led him into a large kennel to wait for his turn. Still no crying! A few hours later they called to let me know he was done and he looked and smelled awesome! I will definitely bring Bailey back. I highly recommend GROOMIES!

    Posh Pet Hotel
I will cut and paste here Spent the day in doggy day care. Had a blast. Excellent attention by caregivers as we were able to watch on cameras and in person. Owners Lincoln and Stacy are fantastic too, most accommodating, attentive and eager to make your pups stay a great experience. Although only there for the day, we will be back for boarding in their POSH suites with amenities that I wish I had myself! Our. Maltese did not want to come home. They are even great with dogs that are on the young side and need a little extra attention and TLC. Treated our girl like their own. The suites for the dogs look so heavenly, with great mattresses that pop off for sanitary cleaning, and a TV music station which is what we use when leaving the house. It's like a home away from home. I can't say enough good things about this place. They have additional amenities that would be fun to use if you want to spend a bit extra. Special eye whitening for your white dogs with stubborn stains, grooming, even toe nail polishing and a story/ belly rub at bed. In,don't think you can go wrong with this pet hotel. It is POSH, but hey, doesn't he/ she deserve it?? BTW, there are Sunday hours, even though I don't see them listed. Keep this place in business, there is nothing like it!! Great bang for your buck!! Good luck Lincoln and Stacy!!

I was a walk in and wanted my dog groomed. They brushed her teeth and trimmed her nails. Her ears were cleaned and I was assured that she wouldn't be scooting her butt along the floor for a while.(That's a nice way to say it!) I picked her up two hours later and would not hesitate to take her there again.

    DOG'S BEST FRIEND
We've used Dog's Best Friend for about 2 years. Michelle is so friendly and caring - and Pumpkin always looks (even more) beautiful after a visit to Dog's Best Friend. We've recently moved from the Miami area, so we've found a new groomer close to where we live. But I highly recommend Michelle to anyone in the North Miami area.

Bad news, I can drop my dogs off and pick them up when they are done; they don't have to suffer for 6-8 hrs. Will not use them, I don't need to drop my dogs off at 8am go to work at some slave job and pick them up at 5:30 pm Not UPSCALE at ALL

They are excellent.  They just do excellent grooming and they do it exactly how I want it done.  It’s very clean there.  The animals are not locked up in cages or anything like that.  They can run around and play with each other.  It’s a very nice place.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

    Village Animal Clinic
We recently moved to the area and the vet's were well rated here. I have had good experience with them so far but their prices seem extremely high. Our initial check up with them ended up being around $500 for both dogs. This included some sort of and quot;initial/new dogand quot; health check-up and some shots I was pretty certain were already given in our previous home State. Somewhat surprising but I went with it. The vet was very professional and courteous. We had an extended trip and needed kenneling so we went ahead with their kennel service (two weeks). There was a discount for both animals going in the same kennel and they assured me it was big enough for them to both be comfortable. When I checked them in the attendant asked if I would like them walked during the holiday weekend during the evening. I was a bit surprised as I thought they were let of the cage before and quot;bedtimeand quot;, but apparently that was extra for that service on the weekends. I had no choice at that point as I was leaving so I agreed to the extra walks. What was disturbing was that it sounds like they were kept caged with the exception three times per day if I didn't and quot;purchaseand quot; the extra walks. During the first week of our trip, I received a call from the vet indicating one of our dogs had vomited three times and wasn't eating much. She asked if I wanted her to give her a shot to calm her stomach and assured me the attendants in the kennel would try to give her extra attention with feeding. When I returned home today to pick them up the cashier gave me the damage...$950.00!!! In addition to the kennel fees, I was charged $300 extra for the extra evening walks on the weekends. When I looked through the bill there were three charges totaling approximately $135 for vet costs and two shots?! I asked the cashier about it and she became very snippy with me and said that since I signed their waiver, the vet could charge me if is was necessary. She was very unprofessional with her communications. I kept my cool and paid her and then she told me to go around to the side gate to pick up the dogs. I waited there for about 15 minutes while the kennel attendants casually walked past me over and over. Finally the dogs showed up and our older dog looked like she had lost significant weight. We also asked for them to be bathed and glands expelled. Both dogs seemed pretty dirty with no real sign of a bath. Not sure it even happened. I may continue to use the vet here but most likely I am done with these folks. I have paid over $1,500 this last month, have been treated very unprofessionally by staff, and believe I have been overcharged at a minimum and most likely charged for services that weren't even provided. Not feeling the love for this place at all right now!!!
