Work performed was excellent. Glen was able to recover data from old hard drive and computer is working even faster than before. He personally came to my house, picked up the tower and was back less than 48 hours later.

I had an old HP computer that was running Windows 7. It started to not always boot up. I knew eventually it would completely stop booting up. So I called Bryce who I had successfully dealt with before. He identified the problem as a piece of hardware that was dying. Rather than repair such an old computer I choose replacement. I asked many questions to decide on a laptop replacement vs. another tower. I decided on a tower replacement from Dell. Bryce is a dealer for them and it made the process much easier since he was able to provide the replacement. My total cost was for the computer and Bryce's time of doing the conversion. My biggest horrors were all those web sites that already have passwords stored and having to get a new mail program and probably losing saved emails and contacts. I also did not want the expense of having to buy the newest version of Microsoft office. Bryce perfectly mirrored everything on my old computer onto the new Dell running Windows 10. I did not have to re enter one password or change anything with Outlook or my contacts. He did a great job and was his usual always on time and meeting the agreed completion date for the work.

Glen was able to sign onto my computers remotely and resolve the problems the first time, I have had another company look at the same things and they were not able to resolve the problems. Thanks Glen Im up and working again, Mark Spirtis, President, Delcrest Homes.

Excellent. Came on time. He has an extensive background. It led me to ask questions not only about my Windows based PC but also my Apple products and even one of my smart TVs. He didn't "guess" he either knew the right thing to do or did a quick search with his smart phone.

    South Florida Tech Group Inc
The initial phone call, and convsation went well with the receptionist, it was informative, and assuring of South Florida Tech's capability. She also explained to me, a $40.00 security deposit that will not be charged to my credit card unless I am not at home when the technician arrives, as some customers are. But I received the E-mail, informing me of my appointment time, and the name of the technician, and it stated that the $40.00 was non-refundable. The technician, Tony, a nice young man, arrived as promised---a little late, but that was alright---and proceeded to asscess the problem on my iMac., After about an hour of assessing, and technical probing, Tony decided he needed to take the iMac home (or office) to further work on it. He wrote up a bill with a list of repairs to be done, I signed it and he left. Two days later Tony returned with my iMac, stating that it was all repaired, but as we went through his demonstration, we discovered it still was not operating right, so he took it back for more repairs. A few days after, Tony returned and demonstrated that he had achived the communication between the software, and the hardware on m iMac. I felt relieved that my iMac had been restored, and now working properly again. About three days later, I booted up the iMac, only to discovered that the machine had been---what could only be described as---"gutted". A huge number of applications were just gone from my iMac: iTunes, Time Machine, Calendar, Contacts, Face Time, Game Center, Google chrome, Ibook, Launch Pad, Maps, Messages, Mission Control, Notes, Photos, Reminder, mail, just to name a few. There were also pop-up messages when I click on certain applications such as: "System extension can not be used. Apple blue Tooth Multi Touch. Kext. was installed improperly and can not be used, try reinstalling". "ITunes can not be launched. The file iTunes library.it. can not be read", "No disk found for Time Machine". The iMac could not remotely print as it did before, etc cetera. I immediately called Tony, who did not answered his cell, and the call transferred to the office, where the receptionest took a tone with me stating I can not expect Tony to answer me when he is with a client. However Tony finally returned my call and I explained that I wanted every thing to be returned to the original OS X operation When Tony returned to my house he explained that in any event he had achieved his objective which was to reestablish communication between the software, and the hardware---may be so but at the expense of my machine! To me, its the same as a mechanic disabling power steering, power breaks, and windshield wipers, just to change the oil. I will not use them again.

They are very efficient and always show up and follow up. They are wonderful. They have worked with me through email to troubleshoot and not even charge me. They are the only people I will ever use. I recommend them highly. They are very responsible, professional, and knowledgeable.

They are an excellent company. It is two brothers that worked together, they both are highly qualified, they were prompt, they did more than what is expected for the money that they charged, they worked well with my elderly mother, which is something to be settled on itself, and they were very considerate, I couldn't say enough good about them. They were punctual, eligible, considerate, and personable. They understood right away when I told them on the phone that it was for my elderly mom, that she has dementia, that she has her own issues going on the computer, but I just needed for them to go and make sure that it was safe, and the owner immediately said I totally understand what you're going through, my mom and dad are the same thing unfortunately, we spend a lot of time over there redoing or undoing what is done to their computer, and so immediately I felt comfortable. They really did talked to my mom and even wrote things out and printed things so that she would understand what they were saying, what they were doing and if it happened again, what to do. You can find a lot of people that are IT guru's, but not very many of them will get down to your level, and talk with you where you can understand whatsoever.

I used him just once. I don't think he was quite as good as the guy I normally use. He just used a quick fix and put in a new router whereas my guy looks for problems in the way things are connected. He was more expensive than my guy. He said to me at the end that I was 10 minutes over the hour and then he charges for the full hour but that since it was the first time, he wouldn't charge me for the full hour. I thought that was pushing it and I don't think it was fair.

Computer was filled with "stuff" slowing it down and ultimately freezing every 5 minutes. Malware programs didn't resolve problem. Only solution was to start from scratch. After cleaning computer, all files, music, photos, videos were intact. Very satisfied. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about computers and gave me some tips along the way.

The Computer Doctor - Gold Coast Inc
I have used this service previously and have always been pleased with the results.  Being quite inept with computers this is a
service I need.  Doesn't hurt that the assistance is always given with a friendly and kind attitude!
