    PRO-TECH CREATIVE CONCRETE
Hired company to apply a decorative pool deck coating to my pool after another concrete company (LLC) ruined my pool deck and pool liner. Attention to detail is this companies best attribute. A pleasure to work with.

    West Florida Hospital
We were seen right away for neck, jaw pain with fever. Nurse staff was excellent. Dr's were good but would have liked more information on why things were being done. They acted like things were very serious and did a lot of imaging, labs plus IV meds with little reason why. Things were not bad at all, thank goodness but would like a bit more communication before things were done. Overall great ER service , staff nice and helpful.

    Dance Academy of Santa Rosa
They are very reasonably priced. They offer all forms of dance, including ballroom. They also offer exercise programs such as Zoomba. They are very geared towards children. My daughter takes tap and ballet.

    Dish Network
I hate them. They don't seem to know what they are doing. I just use the cable. When I moved from my other house, I had been told that if I were to move to just call them and they would take care of it. First of all when I called them to tell them I was moving, the first place I called was someplace where they could barely speak English and they said it was going to be $100.00 When I called back and spoke to a supervisor she said that I would get a discount of $50 off of the $75 I would be charged. I figured it was a lets make a deal with whoever you get on the phone with and they set their own fees. When I said, that's not what I was told, I was told it would be free and she started arguing with me. I told her I didn't want the cable and then she said it would be free. When I called to do the move, I got someone back on the island and they wanted to charge me $25. I was so upset and they kept wanting to charge me different fees. When I moved I only needed 1 receiver not 2. They sent a repairman and he came out to get it and the service man said they should have sent a box to send it back instead of sending him and he would get a bad mark on his service record. So, he said that he would just disable it. He did, but I am still being charged for it. Every time they came, including when I got a new tv and the receiver wouldn't accept it, they told me it would be a $15 charge. It took him 5 hours with no phone call they were going to be late. They know that you can't get cable so you are stuck with them. After the first year, they are going to raise my rates.

    Cox Communications
I really didn’t like them at all. They don’t come when they say they will. Their receivers don’t work well and multitude of people had same experience including my son. I didn’t like their price and service. They seem to take great pleasure at ridiculing their customers. I was pretty much down to basic price and it was still over $100 and it would fluctuate about $20 a month. I had to get a short-term special deal that would take it down $30 a month and then 4 months later, it would go up $30 a month. When I questioned, they said they had to pay for the licensor agreement with film makers in Hollywood and wherever films are made, so for that licensor agreement, to be able to play those HBO and Cinemax and all other movies, they had to up their prices for everyone. Well, I never had those stations on my network for a long time and why am I having to pay for it and they would say it was only a fare that all of their subscribers would pay for and there was no way to decipher who had which movie channel. So, they just have everyone paying for it, which was one explanation. I am paying extra surcharge for movies and I don’t get any movie, which seems very ridiculous.

    Sprint
They gave me what I believe was a re-furbished phone, so within one month it didn’t work properly. When I took it back, they blamed it on me and I have been with them for 19 years and I tried every way to have them give me a new phone and they refused to and the phone never worked, so I ended up having to go back to previous phone that was pretty old and so my contract time is up, so I can change providers.

    MediaCom
MediaCom is much less expensive for our television, internet and telephone needs with a savings of about a $200. The local sales representative dealt with me personally, and has given me his cell phone number to handle any of my concerns personally. MediaCom is very punctual. I have recommended them to others.

    CONCRETE COWBOYS
They showed up a day late which was not a problem.  They formed the areas one day, poured the concrete the next, then returned on the following Monday to remove forms, cut expansion joints, and imprint design.

The imprinted design came out nice on the concrete pad outside of the patio.  However the pad was to be 6 feet wide and 5 feet deep and ended up 5x5.  You can look at the side of the pad and there are places where the concrete did not go all the way to the ground so it is not of consistent depth.  Likewise in spots on the driveway extension.  I expect that the pad will eventually crack and break off.

Clean up was nonexistent.  There is concrete waste and s*** in the lawn and in areas where there is no lawn but was to be sodded the following week.  Have to hire someone for $300 to clean up the mess and haul it off before can proceed with sodding.

These guys are really nice but simply do a sloppy job.

    Just Dance At Berryhill
Mr, Jenkins appeared to be a gifted instructor during my first and only lesson. I was comfortable with continuing the lessons. I paid by check and I have a receipt. The check was dated June 17, 2009, and per my bank records, cashed on June 24, 2009. Through an internet search, it appears Mr. Jenkins is living in or near Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
