    We Tuck'em Inn
    AWFUL! We were told by the owner specifically that our pet would be taken outside 6 times a day, fed 3 times a day with food we provided and that someone would play with her 20 minutes a day for the duration of 4 days. This did not happen. When asked to explain their documentation of what took place, we were given several excuses that employees called in sick, miscommunication etc. There are cameras throughout the business that we were given viewing access to. We quickly noticed that our dog was not being given what was agreed to. When returning from our trip we asked the owner to help us understand the sheet they gave us. This sheet is supposed to tell you the what, when where and how of your pets care, food water walking etc...Bottom line, we were lied to by the owner, a few times over about a number of things. When we started suspecting this we started really watching. On the way back from out trip my wife was watching the camera on our dog the entire time. During the time she said she was being played with she was in a room for over 4 hours. To be clear, we didn't care about a strict time lines or even specific times. Nor do we have a dog that's high maintenance. Shes a 35lb 4year old English bulldog that wants nothing in life but to sleep, get belly rubs and for someone to throw her ball. What really bothered us is the way we were treated and being lied to several times by the owner. As if this experience couldn't get any worse, when my wife took the dog to the car the owner didn't know that I was still standing there because her view was blocked by the counter with a large sign standing on it. She said "I thought I was going to have to shoot them both in the head" I said "you mean the guy who's still standing here" clearly caught in another of several wrong doings she became very out of sorts. Crazy is a better word to describe it. After seeing how long our dog was in a room by herself and how she behaved when we left we're just glad she's not dead. I' am a 41 year old 20 year military veteran and this is the worst business experience that I have ever been a part of in my life. Saying youre going to shoot a couple in the head? If this is what she says about her customers when she thinks youre not around, how is she going to treat your pet when youre not around? Needless to say, I will file a complaint with the BBB

    FLORIDA ACADEMY-PET GROOMING
    She came home with a little tie around her neck and full of energy.  She was not in pen or in the back when I picked her up they were in the front loving on her.  And you know she was loving that!  They are very helpful and friendly and EASY to work with.

    Barbara's Small Breed Pet Grooming
    Wonderful. I would not take my dog anywhere else. Barbara is an animal lover, very friendly, she rescues pets as well which shows her true love of animals. My dog was a little nervous the first time and Barbara went out of her way to make him comfortable and feel at home. She does a great job. We have been back several times and will continue using her.

    Davis Animal Hospital
    My cat, LuLu, had to have all of her shots and blood work done before boarding. LuLu did not take to this very well. The staff did a great job with comforting her and let me come back at a later date for the rest of the blood work. When dropping off both kitties for boarding the staff reassured me they would take good care of them and that I could call anytime to check up. Upon picking up the kitties a week later, the kitties were very happy to come home but did not seem upset at all. The staff even trimmed their nails for free.

    They seemed to be the only boarder with plenty of space available that worried me. But everything worked out well they gave her a bath nice sized run for only 19.00 others wanted 36.00 no complaints here.

    Pine Forest Animal Clinic
    We have been using Pine Forest Animal Clinic for 19 year. That should tell you something. When you enter his office, you are met by a number of cats. In the back you can hear parrots and cockatoos whistling and calling out, and when you go back into the clinical space you are bound to be met by a dog or two wandering around his office. You see, he cannot bear to euthanize an animal simply because someone could not pay their bill, or did not want it anymore. So he has an office full of little critters wandering around to greet everyone. He also has a goat out back. I'm not sure how he ended up with the goat.
    Dr. Perrett has nursed our little Siamese cat through 17 1/2 years of different ailments some quite serious and life threatening as well as his sibling who passed away at home at the ripe old age of 15. Actually we have used him as our pets' vet for over 19 years...wow! Throughout the years we have come to think of the staff and Dr. Perrett as friends. He and his staff have prayed for our family many times as we have faced trials and tribulations. I have great respect for him as a man of God as well as a veterinarian.
    He is not a vet who is quick to suggest euthanasia, so if that is what you are looking for, you may want to look further. If there is hope, he will do what he can until the animal communicates and quot;no more.and quot;

    Anytime we go away on vacation we leave our little shih tzu with them. They are fantastic. We have her groomed. We just really trust them. She comes back clean and happy and has played with other dogs. We have never had a problem. They have great availability.

    Dr. Mark is really good. We had him with our one dog that passed away and he was good. We went to 9-mile road because it seemed to be little bit more reasonably priced. They have been good. We have one cat, we take it there, and they seem to be pretty good mainly when it gets sick or needs shots. We go to them on a regular basis and whenever it is time, they send us a card to tell us that it is time to go. I would recommend them. They have more than one doctor there; several doctors actually. Dr. Mark got a new building and the prices went up a little bit, but the place I go to is not fancy at all but it is nice enough. We take our pets in various things, so the price varies but it seems to be reasonable. When I go in, I don't have to wait too long, it is not that crowded but they do a good business. Somebody that went there recommended them to us. The vets seem pleasant and they seem to take whatever time they need. I haven't had too much interaction with them but whatever I have had has been good. The price is reasonable; at least it is not expensive. We go there because it is less expensive even though it is a little bit further away. If I call them, they talk to me and if I go, they would wait on me.

    They do a wonderful job.  It’s about $35 for grooming one dog and about $75 for both the dogs.  They are outstanding.  I have used them for about 5 years and that says a lot right there; so I am their recurrent customer.  I have gone to a couple of others and I have never been happy.  I wouldn’t go to anybody else.

    This business has a different groomer every week. Bathers come and go. You can't rely on the same results because for some reason they can't keep their employees. That worries me.
