    Ben started the project on time and worked steadily until completion. All delays with the work were caused by supplier delays (ie. Home Depot), but Ben coordinated and made these delays go smoothly. Finished work was outstanding and very, very happy with the finished product. Would highly recommend using Ben for future home projects. His team was excellent. They showed up on time and regularly communicated with us step by step about the status of the remodel.

    Very happy with Kenny and his worker. Who was referred to me through American Carpets for an installation on carpet already bought.He is very professional- timely, and honest with his work ethics which is a huge plus in my books!. I was installing second hand carpet and ended up buying new, at the last minute..He and his partner worked hard and fast and did a fantastic job for a good price!! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet or tile  installer.Will definitly be using them in the future.A++

    I contacted Andrew and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. I was very happy with the price that was given, and we scheduled him to come and install our flooring about a week later. He was very prompt and worked very hard in completing the work in 2 1/2 days. He was very patient with repairing an area in our floor that was uneven, and he made sure all the prep work that was needed was done right! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly to insure their would be no problems with our flooring in years to come. I was very impressed by his workmanship and his work ethics!!! You don't find many people like him anymore. He actually cares about the job he is doing and wants you to be happy with the end results. I have found my floor installer for life!!! If you want that flooring done right the first time call Andrew he can do it and you will be happy. We plan on hiring him again to do a bathroom and other flooring in our house. I can't wait.... I give him 5+ stars. AWESOME QUALITY WORK AND A GREAT TRUSTWORTHY PERSON!!!

    It went horrible. The whole experience with Armour Tile has been a nightmare. Hunter refuses to respond to phone calls, he has not blocked my number. He refuses to respond to the BBB complaint.
    On 2/1/13, our whole house flooded while we were at work due to a valve bursting off faucet under kitchen sink. As a result we had to have our flooring replaced. We went to ProSource in Pensacola and Andrew was working with us on the tile and grout we wanted, We decided to use TEK Power grout since we foster abused bully breeds and this would make it easier to keep clean. Andrew made notes of all this. We were given a list of contractors ProSource used and Armour TIle happen to be one of them.We contacted Hunter, owner of Armour Tile and  made an apt for him to come out to our home to give us an estimate. While Hunter and his wife were in our  home we showed him the pamphlet for TEK Power grout that ProSource had given us, and explained this was the grout we wanted. We decided on the grout color and Hunter said I have some of this left over from another job.We knew it was $50/bag and that was not an issue for us. Tile job was done on or around 4/1/13. Over the last few months, we have noticed stains on the lines. I finally called Hunter and asked him about it and he said all TEK grout was stain resistant and he left a bag of it in our garage.I called ProSource again and spoke to the owner's wife who said that not all TEK was stain resistant and if the TEK Accu Color was used, that is not stain resistant.Went home that night and found the bag used and it was TEK Accu Color. My husband called and left Hunter a message explaining wrong grout was used and that not all TEK was stain resistant as he has said. 2 days later, we have to call him again and are finally able to get him to answer because we called from a number he did not recognize and his response to my husband was 'If I had known you wanted the TEK Power I would have used it." My husband told him we did tell him that and he even had the pamphlet. in an email Hunter's wife admits to seeing the pamphlet. Since that phone call, Hunter has refused all contact with us. He would not respond to voice mails and would not respond to texts. He even went so far as to block my number. We relayed all this to ProSource who was very apologetic.Within a few hours of filing the complaint with BBB, Hunters wife offered to send us the receipt, why I do not know since the receipt was not the issue, except that the receipt has no mention of grout on it at all.Hunter has now been notified by the BBB for a second response to complaint. We have kept all documentation related to this experience and hope that no one else has to go through this. By not responding to any attempts to have contact and by not even offering to come out to see the problem, this says that Hunter knows he used  the wrong grout and simply does not care.

    We contacted Floors 4 Less to get an estimate on new carpet and possibly vinyl or tile flooring. Matt came out with several different samples and a lot of good advice for our situation (small kids, dog, large open rooms, etc) and ideas about what would work best for our budget and house. We were happy with the estimate and decided to replace the vinyl in our kitchen with tile. 

    It was very easy dealing with Matt and choosing the tile we wanted. The material came in very quickly, and the tile was installed the week after we ordered it. The installers showed up on time and were very professional. Matt was in touch to make sure we were happy with the job. The tile and grout looks beautiful in our kitchen!

    I would highly recommend this company for your flooring needs. We are also replacing our carpet in the rest of the house with Floors 4 Less.

    Please take a moment of your time to read this and be aware of this company before you let them install your flooring. CARPET AND TILE HEADQUARTERS located on Steward Street in Milton installed tile and carpet in our home during Oct. of 2005. Since then we have had nothing but problems with the tile. CARPET AND TILE HEADQUARTERS have made several repair trips to replace cracked tiles and ?popped? tiles. This has just been a ?bandaid? for the real problem of the tiles not sticking to the thin set. The owner of Carpet and Tile, Andrea Lips has set up three appointments to replace the tiles and has canceled each time, twice on the day they were suppose to be here. So, two times now I have disconnected my washer, dryer and stove and moved them into the garage only to get a phone call the morning of to inform me of another cancellation. The value of time taken off of work and labor involved with moving all of my appliances twice now is worth much more than the price of the tile. I have asked CARPET AND TILE HEADQUARTERS for a refund for the amount of the defected portion of tile. Since then, I have made several calls and left messages with the secretary but have not received a return phone call from Andrea Lips. Please consider this before you decide to buy from CARPET and TILE HEADQUARTERS of Milton.
