    Amazing! David called the day after I submitted a request through my home warranty, and was able to come to the house the same day (we scheduled the following morning for our own purposes, but it was nice to know he was available almost immediately). He called beforehand, arrived on time, was extremely professional, and very quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue we were having. We could tell he was very knowledgeable and familiar with his job, and he walked me through all of the steps he was taking, which made me feel very confident that the dishwasher was being fixed properly. The price reflected in this review was the home warranty's service call, not his regular fees. I'll definitely be calling David next time I need appliance help!

    Warranty work through Lowes. Appointment between 8a & 12p. Technician call at 1027a. Advised he had one job ahead of mine and would be here between 12 &1230. Now 410p. Not here called his cell phone no answer. Called A & E they said his jobs have taken longer then expected and he would be here by 430. I asked why I didn't get a call advising me since I remained near the phone all day. I told her a friend had the same bad experience and I had been warned that a technician might not show up at all. My job was the next one after his 1030a. It is now 515p and no technician and call center says another week before they can find someone else to repair our FREEZER. Avoid A & E

    I called David this morning in a bit of a quandry - our dryer had stopped working, and I wasn't looking forward to the trouble. David called back promptly (in about 30 minutes - he was on another repair job), and informed me that he'd be available in about 45 minutes (!). This was a great improvement from our last appliance repair call (to someone else) who couldn't make it out for a couple of days. David showed up a few minutes ahead of his estimate, and set right to work. He identified the issue(s), repaired the dryer, then vacuumed out the dryer internal vent system (it was a mess). He was finished in less than an hour, and while he charged a high rate for the replacement part needed, it was (unfortunately) a very expensive part. His labor was very reasonable, especially considering how quickly and efficiently he worked. I am more than satisfied, David is now my appliance repair guy of choice. Anything else breaks, he's who we're calling. If you live in the Pace/Milton area, keep your money local, and consider giving David your business.

    I was going to Germany and my dryer was not working. I called and the technician came out and supposedly fixed it. The next day it was broken again. I called them back to come out the next day because I was leaving for Germany. His wife stated he couldn't come out until the following day because she had other people in front of me. I advised her again I was leaving to Germany and had wet clothing. She said, that's just too bad. I called another company who came out that same day and advised me that the part was put in upside down. I called Little John's after and she said she would provide me with a refund; I never saw that. So I ended up paying twice for the same repair.

    .I am impressed with this company!  My ice maker had stopped working.  I called them at 4 PM on Wednesday afternoon, and their mechanic was at my house at 8 the next morning.  He quickly found the problem, which required ordering a replacement part from the Samsung factory.  Realizing that it might take several months to get the new part, he performed a temporary fix that he believed would last a long time  He spent 1 and 1/2 hours in my home.  Total charge was $45.00.  I will definitely use this company again.  If a replacement part costs them $73, then that is what they charge you.  No mark up on parts prices.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

    I called on Adonia's  on Sunday morning because my a/c unit was leaking in my house.  I had called another company but got a voicemail.  I spoke to Brian's wife and she set up an appointment for that afternoon.  Brian was on time and unclogged the line.  A few hours later the a/c unit was leaking again.  It was close to 9:00 and Brian came out and used an air compressor to make sure everything had been cleaned out and nothing was stuck in the line.  He was not upset and very professional when he had to come out late on Sunday.  I have scheduled a cleaning of my a/c unit with Brian for this week and very happy with the prompt service!

    I called the night before, right at 1800, closing time for Ace. To my surprise, the owner Joe answered and had me an answer for an appt later on that night. Well he had an appt the next morning which was perfect. Kent, the technician called to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, Kent was very courteous and and answered all my questions. Kent also explained what he was doing as he went along. The problem was a simple fix, and at a great price. Overall I am very pleased and Aces rating speaks for itself. Will def so business again:)

    Same day service...they actually made it out within a few hours. Joseph the technician was incredible. He was very professional, explained the issues, quoted a very reasonable rate and quickly began fixing the problems. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely be using them again!

    Took three trips to replace motor.  Parts had to be ordered from out of state causing several days' delay.  Tech was very good and honest.  Labor cost high for what was done. Customer service at office could be better.
