    Burgess Heating & Air
    Long time customer that purchased a $10,000 unit from Burgess in late 2014.  Called several times before reaching a service rep to schedule appointment.  Tech arrived late in time window and I showed him where everything was and made a few requests---one of which was to make sure drain line was clear by vacuuming or purging.  He said I would have to pay extra for that if I wanted it done.  I pointed out that every company and tech I have ever used made sure the line was clear but he said it wasn't part of the service, which was more expensive than most.  I told him I would purge it myself.  After rushing through the service, I found out he couldn't set the filter reminder on the thermostat they sold me.  After leaving I heard a whistling noise from the air handler and realized there was air leaking out the side of the unit.  Called Burgess the next day and left messages for service which were not returned so I called to I got someone.  Scheduled call for the next day and the tech fixed the leak and set the thermostat.  I cleaned the drain line and found it to be full of "junk".
    Very disappointed in the change of service quality over the past few years and the quality and demeanor of the techs.  I might add that I have referred six customers to Burgess over the years........
    In fairness, I will give them another opportunity to service the unit before going to another Trane dealer; but I expect to be treated professionally and be given the consideration I am paying for.

    Received phone call from GM who extended an apology for the misunderstanding and assured me that they took my concerns under advisement.  I appreciate the call and look forward to continuing my relationship with Burgess.

    They came right out and fixed the problem. They were really good, and they responded right away. He was able to diagnose the problem right away and fix it. They are actually coming back in two weeks also for a tune up.

    We contacted Acree on 7/21 for a service appointment for scheduled standard maintenance at 8:00am. Told appointment would be scheduled that day and we would be contacted. No one called. Contacted again on 7/22 they indicated that our appointment had slipped through the cracks we were rescheduled for 7/24 they called early indicating they would not be-able to make the appointment due to emergency installs and asked if they could reschedule. We accepted their offer to reschedule to 7/28 between 12 - 2 they called around 1:30 indicating they would be late near 2:30 - 3:00 we had another appointment and rescheduled for 7/31 12 - 2 called us at 12:30 indicating they would be late again. We understand delays and we were more than patient. Yes they were courteous however 4 times is more than enough to get it right. We called another provider of the service and found them to be prompt and very professional and knowledgeable.

    Suburban Propane, LP
    I am not impressed with the coordination of Suburban Propane. They installed a tip bracket and it was not done right. It was red tagged since it wasn't installed appropriately. They fixed the bracket and were supposed to have the county inspector come out and reinspect it. I have called to have someone come out reinspect but I haven't heard back from them. They don't seem to stay focused on what they are doing. It is very hard to deal with certain people in this company, although they have a couple technicians who are very capable.
