    Elite Sprinkler Repair
    Ken came February 5 to check the whole system over and repair as necessary. He missed 2 leaks on the microirrigation system. I phoned him and asked him to come back and he said he would come back the next day. He did not show and has refused to return multiple calls to come back since then. I have had to have another firm come and effect the repairs.

    I cannot say enough about this company. Their level of customer service and professionalism is off the charts, which is rare for any kind of landscaping work (in my experience, anyway). The day of the installation, their teams arrived in waves and each team knew exactly what to do, and did so with efficiency and speed. They were poetry in motion, in terms of each new team coming behind the previous one and moving the job along. Start to finish less than 3 hours and everything clean and neat upon departure. I plan to use them again for additional work, and give them 4 stars.

    NCG Landscape and Lawn Maintenance
    Great Service, response and communication. They called and were on-time. We had a few of our sprinkler zones running together causing low pressure and poor coverage. They said the problem could have been the valve or the solenoid...but it was neither and 'seemed' to be air or dirt in/at the valve/solenoid. Also, had them clean / replace some of the sprinkler heads. I'd hire them again.

    Awful, this guy was very unprofessional, before giving me any estimate and wait for my permission to do the job, he started to go ahead on his own. He changed only two sprinkler head, didn't check the leaking sprinklers which they were my major repair areas and he didn't really fix but damaged more the leaking pip that I wanted him to fix, now water pouring out of that pip instead of leaking and nothing about back flow service. He requested check and cashed it immediately and now I am calling him to come back and fix the damage but he is not responding to my calls. I have a feeling that his business is a fraud. First of all before I contacting him he pick up my phone number and address from Angie's list and started leaving massages on my phone for few days and then again without my response he showed up at my door. Now my sprinklers and pip are complete mess, my money is gone and a lot of water goes to waste. I am very upset and angry to be taken advantage so easily by phony business that existed on Angie's list. Now I realize that this guy and his business has been a sham. I seriously request Angie's list site to remove his name and business from the list. He charged for services that he didn't performed any of them. I am very disappointed about this awful experience I had with this guy. I have to mention that this was my first experince with Angie's list recommended businesses.

    Mike Miller Sprinklers Inc.
    I am not one to ever write negative reviews as I always try to give people ample opportunity to make things right. Because I gave Mike Miller weeks and now months to provide us with a proposal and he did not.. I feel I must inform other potential customers. Initially, Mike responded to our call on the same day and was punctual for the appointment we had set. I also appreciated that he stated he doesn't take any money until his customers are completely satisfied. Beyond that Mike failed miserably. Mike said to give him a couple of days and he would get us an estimate. A couple of weeks passed and I texted him. He was surprised I didn't get the proposal and said I'll get that to you right away. Well several requests and weeks later with the same response and still nothing. Now Mike does not even respond to our texts or phone calls. I was truly concerned for him again giving him the benefit of the doubt. I can't understand how individuals can be so unprofessional especially those running their own business. We were definitely going to use him for the lighting given his competitive verbal and texted quote and given our initial impression. However, his lack of professionalism in the end is completely unacceptable.

    Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend, and glad they showed their true colors before I spent any money with them. I had an appointment at 7:30 a.m. before I had to leave for the day. I waited at the window for the crew to arrive, which they did not. I left my house at 8:00 a.m. Thirty-five minutes after our appointment time, my security cameras alerted me to the arrival of the crew. I contacted the owner and told him I could turn around and come back to meet them. I was told the crew would wait for me. I got back to my house five minutes later to find that the crew had left. I contacted the owner again to notify him that I won't be able to wait any longer, as I have to go to work. He tried to blame the missed appointment on me (I have security footage to prove that THEY were late). He then sent me a long nasty message. I was totally taken aback. This was completely out of left field and unwarranted.

    Clear Water Products & Services Inc
    We called Clear Water inc. They were responsive and sent us a team . The team were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Two members came to my house. Their service model was service charge+cost of equipment + labor (for both). They installed a new rainbird system (to replace my damaged system). They charged me for the item and also for the time it took to install them. Then I asked them to find the leak and fix it. They found one major leak and fixed it. But, they found that there was another minor leak. They spent nearly 3 hours trying to locate it (they located all my valves and checked leaks). In this process, they made sure all valves were good and replaced any faulty parts. They charged me for the parts and 2 persons working for nearly 5 hours. Yet, they could not find the smaller leak and given how expensive it would be to go about looking for it I decided not to pursue it (It would have taken splicing the system in multiple locations till they find the leak). Everything seemed to be going fine and I was happy (even though it turned out to be quite expensive). 3 weeks after their service, the rainbird system started showing me that one of the stations was not working with an error message. So, I called Clear Water Inc asking them if they can check it. As it has been less than a month that they repaired my system i was expecting they will check this as a courtesy call. Judy (the owner) called me back the next day and started going on about how i will have to pay the charge for service call and the labor to diagnose the issue and any parts. I told her that since it has been only 3 weeks or so, doesn't the company take any responsibility for their service. I already paid them 1100$ for a small job and it is a huge coincidence that something else in my system breaks 3 weeks after installation. Judy did not see it that way and kept saying its not their responsibility. I got upset. I asked her how can you not provide any kind of service warranty to ensure what your company did does not break down. At this point, she informed me that i could go to other companies. For me this was unacceptable. Don't I know i could go other vendors? They were one of the highest priced vendors (55$ service charge + 110$ per hour). I still went with them expecting high quality service and some reliability. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong. They have excellent reviews on Angies' list. But, I am disappointed now. If you cannot backup your service even for a month at the prices Clear Water charges, its unbelievable they have such reviews. I hope my review helps at least some customers

    Mike Miller Sprinklers Inc.
    Mike Miller was hired to repair my lawn irrigation system. I am somewhat to blame as I did not get a written estimate. He sent his "technician" Tanya out to perform the repair. Some items were not repaired as discussed. When I called him after I paid him he stated "he" would be out to make the remaining repairs. On the day the additional repairs were to be made he called me and stated 3 of the repairs he indicated would be performed were not covered under the initial spoken repair estimate. I discussed and documented the additional repairs via our phone conversation. Instead of Mike coming to make the repairs, as he stated, he sent his technician, Tanya. During our phone conversation the day of the repair of additional items, Mike stated, and I quote "You are a difficult customer." Hummm, very poor customer service and poor job. ALSO - When discussing the items which were not repaired Mike stated, and I quote, "we didn't even look at that half of the yard." REALLY?? Goodness! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ONE. MAKE SURE YOU GET A WRITEN ESTIMATE ON ALL WORK AS HE SPECIALIZES IN "BAIT AND SWITCH" AND DOES NOT SUBSCRIBE TO "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT."

    Went well and was done fast. A little more pricey then the other company we use but hopefully the saying goes, you get what you pay for. If we ever have issues again I will not hesitate to give them a call 1st.
