Senior Helpers has been caring for my mother for over a year now and she always enjoys her caregiver. The services give my family and I peace of mind that Mom has someone around to help out while we are not always available. The Senior helpers staff is always so kind and helpful when I need help or information about other resources that can benefit our family needs.

Horrible. I don't write bad reviews but I have to say this so that no one else goes through this. The visits to this doctor were the worst experience ever. We waited over an hour to see him both times we were there. He joked around too much and didn't listen to what we had to say. My husband and I didn't think he was listening or serious about my child's condition. He didn't want to do an MRI on my daughter but I insisted. A month later Dr. Falcao's office called to explain the MRI results. I went in and they presented me with a $200 bill to pay immediately. Mind you, this appointment was supposed to only be an explanation of the results not a check up or visit by my child. No one told me anything about a balance when they called me to make the appointment. I paid our co-pay at the last visit without any problems and we have met our deductible so we were only due to pay our co-pay again at the 2nd visit. The staff didn't even listen to me. They insisted I owed $200. I told Dr. Falcao and his staff I would pay our co-pay only and I gave them my card. They ran the ENTIRE amount on my card when I did not authorize it and said they would break up payments and take it out of my account automatically. I told them I did not authorize that. The nurse or billing woman rolled her eyes and walked away. Dr. Falcao yelled "No co-pay, No visit!" They then refused to give me my daughter's results. After an embarrassing elevated voice conversation (which was started with his staff by the way loudly in front of other patients who waited in the lobby), Dr. Falcao finally handed me the MRI results but REFUSED to explain them to me. (By the way, based on HIPPA no doctor can lawfully deny you your medical results). The MRI (yes, the one Dr. Falcao DID NOT want to do) shows my daughter has a disorder that is causing her severe pain and a host of other issues that can only be rectified with surgery. Dr. Falcao only wanted to medicate her without looking for the real problem. I would not recommend this guy and his staff at all. He showed just how much he cares about children by by the way he treated me and my child and not even explaining something so important to us about her health. This was the absolute worst experience ever. They also intimidate their patients by making them do a survey in front of them before you check out which is likely why he has 5 stars from some people. I should have known after waiting over an hour for the first appointment to never go back there again.

Doctor Sontag is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. I have been going to him for several years now. He listens carefully, is very thorough, and can even accommodate early morning appointments. His nurse practitioner is also excellent. I would highly recommend.

Tori, Ale and Glendaliz and Jennifer are wonderful to work with. They care about my mom not only her dementia but her physical care. Mom joins in the Brainflex program once a week and she really enjoys her time out of the House. Her caregiver takes her there, stays with her then tends to her hygiene needs before leaving.

The initial set up as well as the placement of 'helpers' with mom was done very professionally. The helpers showed up reliably and did all that mom asked. They took her to get groceries and most importantly, she considered them to be her 'friends' after they spent a few sessions. In addition to the friendliness of the helpers, the administrative staff was very responsive. When I had questions about the payments, the response was thorough and accurate. While we only used the service for about 6 months, mom and I were both pleased with the service provided.

My son started to attend Starchild Oviedo since he was one and half, and he recently graduated from StarChild at the age of five and half. My son used to cry everyday when he was with another daycare for 8 months. He stopped crying two weeks after we transfer him to Starchild.
The good things I like about starchild oviedo is:
    * The owners (Mr. Ron, Ms. Sharon and Ms. Vicki) are always there, and the daycare is very well managed, the teachers were respected.
    * The director Miss Dawn is very nice.
    * The price is reasonable, and they have very long hours (although I always pick up my son early)
    * My son only had two lead teachers during the four years he was at StarChild (Miss Lauren and Miss Ashli). Miss Ashil was with my son for more than years, and knows him very well.
    * The curriculum is very challenging and age appropriate.
    * We were provided with written feedback from lead teacher on a semi-annual basis
    * There are dancing, sports, karate and other programs available at Starchild for additional cost
    * The playground is very age appropriate (They have four play grounds for different ages)
In my opinion, the only thing for improvement their lunch menu. It is reasonable, typical American food (and my son LOVES it), but I think it could be more healthy.

It didn't go well. The provider didn't inform me of all of health aspects of the prescription that he decided to switch me to. I experienced a negative reaction to the mediation that he put me on, and when I questioned the safety of it, he got defensive. I feel that he wasn't well informed of the side effects of this medication. I do think that he had good intentions, but probably had misconceptions of the side effects of the prescription.

Overall Deborah Lauridsen, M.D. is always very professional and listens to everything you say. The staff at the office is very friendly and you get appointments very quickly. The only downside is that the waiting times are long. I had an appointment and had to wait 1 hour until 1 saw Dr. Lauridsen.

I've been with him for so many years. The staff is awesome. I love them. They are personable and professional. I don't go that often. They are friendly. The punctuality is fair and average. It was fairly quick for a doctor's office the last time I was there. I haven't actually seen Dr. Rocker, I've always seen a nurse practitioner. I am more comfortable because she is a female. I had no issues with the billing.

Fantastic, that is all I can say about this amazing place.
To know that my child is cared for and loved every day makes such an amazing difference.   The preschool has all the classes and instructions as other high end schools.  My child learned sign language, learned yoga, plays, sings, learned to love books, etc. (she is still a toddler). They have a great indoor and outdoor playground area.  Their summer splash days keep the kids active and there are activities throughout the year which continually teaches them new things.  They recently upgraded their menu and have been very accommodating to my daughter?s allergies. Overall it is just an amazing place with amazing teachers.  They had fish and other pets in the classroom.  A teacher brought in unhatched butterflies for the kits to watch the process of them hatching.  Continuously there is something new and interesting and my child has only been there for 18
months.  I am very excited to see what happens this year.
More than any other place I have ever seen or from speaking with other moms, what makes The Learning Experience stand out is that the directors empower their teachers.  The people who work there love to be there.  Yes, they have the academic curriculum, but more than that they build relationships with the kids.  My child is REALLY happy during the day (I have stopped by unannounced numerous times to spend my lunch hour with my child).  It is amazing what a difference it makes to know that she is happy and learning surrounded by people who care about her.
    Thank you TLE.
A side comment - I had seen negative reviews on google and could not understand why until I realized from reading the reviews that the negative comments were from people whose children never ended up attending the preschool. My experience is that TLE hires people who are really good with kids and treat your kid as their own. They are not trying to hire sales people!  Who know, maybe they should. At the first daycare my child attended, their sales pitch was 10 times better than reality.
