    I'd give them straight A’s. They are wonderful. For years, we’ve always bought cars from them. We’ve always been satisfied with the vehicles and service. I’d give them A’s across the board for each experience.  I’ve never had any major problems or anything. I’ve never felt like they just wanted to do maintenance or do something just to get the money to do it. If they thought something wasn’t needed or whatever, they would point out different things. We’ve purchased about 6 or 7 cars from them over the years, since we've moved back to this area. Their service has always been A plus. You get a good deal, if you purchase towards the end of the year, right before the new year.

    The experience has been very good. I would recommend them. Their people are very knowledgeable and their service area is excellent. They do a nice job. After they do the repair, they give me a free car wash. I was done within half an hour.

    Spectacular!  Although I have had a few hiccups with Cory Fairbank's Mazda in the past, I must say, they are finally starting to get it together.  I had an early Saturday morning service appointment for my regular oil change and I was in and out in about 20 minutes!

    Everything went fairly well and Ken was excellent and very knowledgeable. Him I trusted. The insult and what I felt disrespect came from the trade in on one of the cars we traded in. This was not Ken's doing. I made the deal only for my wife and I know i was subjective. As it stands now I will not buy a new car from them again or recommend them to any one else.
    I hope the service department does a better job. So far the reviews seem to say they do!

    We recently decided to look for a new car. After driving various models the 2012 Mazda 3 Skyactiv ended up as the clear choice. Since this is year end for the Mazda3 we were able to pick up the car as a reasonable price without having to negotiate. The salesmen came across as honest and did not try any of the games you typically find at auto dealerships.

    My husband travels to Chicago a lot, and I went to look for a car, so I went to look out for a car at Courtesy Honda, we had a Honda which I was using and I wanted the same for him. I went to the lot, there were 3 salesmen standing outside. I walked all around the lot, no one offered to help me. Then I went and stood where they were talking, like I was waiting for them to notice me, it was awkward, they ignored me. One guy was busy helping a couple. So, I went into their office and spoke to the assistant there, she said I can go out and look around for some salesman, so I went back outside and looked at the cars some more, never got any help, so I walked to the next store to Classic Mazda and I brought a brand new Mazda. The sales person helped me a lot. My 92-year-old mother was with me, and he just seated her like she was the royalty and she gave me $5000 to purchase the car. I am very happy with them. I am taking my car for oil changes there and regular services.

    Stuart Burzee is the service department manager and he is the epidemy of understanding what customer service is all about. If there is anyone is looking to buy a car and have faith in the service, I would tell them to go to them. I spent $500 on the last service. Stuart extended a special that hasn���t started as yet and I think that he is outstanding.

    I had a very positive outlook on them. Buying my car there was very easy. They helped me with everything as I had no idea how to buy a car or what to look for when I went in there. The finance manger was horrible, but I guess it is their job to try to push their coverage and extra features for the car. Personally, I think they were a little too pushy and we ended up going some where else to get the extra features added on the car. My overall experience was an A with them excluding the manager.

    So my wife wanted to trade in her Lexus RX330 for a Prius. We looked around at ebay, AutoNation, Cars.com and Craig's List, etc., and found Nick at Florida Auto Brokers from ebay. He worked with us on Friday night and Saturday morning going over the car that he had, he even gave us a sight unseen value trade in on our RX330. He agreed to meet us late Saturday afternoon in Gainesville at his office (apparently they are open Mon Fri, closed weekends). We drove up and they had the Prius prepared and gassed up and ready to go. He spent a total of 5 minute looking over our car and said everything was fine. The who transaction took under 30 min. It ended up being just about an even trade his 2007 Prius for our 2005 Lexus. Most importantly, my wife was happy and we drove off back to Orlando riding at 51MPG in out new Prius. He had a bunch of nice newer cars on the lot and was very friendly and nice.
