duct cleaning

Eddie F and Rey S were awesome. The experience started with them showing up on time and it continued with politeness, respect and care for our belongings as they moved throughout the house cleaning our ducts. Anything we asked them to do they did with pleasure. They were not clumsy and never even bumped into anything. They moved with precision showing they really know what they are doing and are confident in performing the job. There was no mess and the little dust left behind from the work was all cleaned up before they left. Both men communicated exactly what was going to happen, how and when it would happen and they delivered exactly what they said. Again, they were genuinely very pleasant to have in our home and cared about our needs and the service they provided. Very nice representatives of the company! I will be hiring them for all my duct and gutter cleaning from now on.

Cleaning air ducts

This service was provided through an insurance claim job, so I didn't have to pay anything. The staff were diligent about calling to say when they would be at the job, kept me posted on their progress - they drove from Oveido to Melbourne in the morning. Estimated the job to take about 2 hours, which it did. They explained the process, cleaned up everything and were friendly. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Eddie and Devon were great to work with! Kind to me and my husband and two small children (who insisted on following them around half the time). Comfortable to be around and professional. Did a good and thorough job cleaning. Left no mess behind either.

Dryer vent cleaned.

Perfect! Dryer is vented through the roof which accommodates 20 ft, ceiling in great room. The technician, Thadius, showed up on time, asked and answered questions honestly and courteously. He had to climb on the roof to complete the job and so I expected to pay more than I was quoted. Was not charge extra and the original quote was very reasonable. I would hire ABC Cleaning again for any of the services they provide.

We discovered mold in our master bathroom supply vent and after having 2 companies come inspect, we hired ABC to clean and disinfect the air handler and all the return and supply lines. Then, they sprayed a mold resistant paint in all those areas.

It went very well. Tony and Devon arrived on time, were courteous and professional. We really appreciated the before and after shots they took of the areas we could not easily see, and they cleaned up their debris inside and out. The plenum cleaning above the air handler was an additional $125, but, we were aware beforehand of the possible need. Luckily, our two return boxes did not require extra cleaning.

Review: Chimney Sweeping Service

Needed 2 chimneys swept

Was very explicit that there were 2 chimneys . Was quoted $150 and agreed to that . When service people arrived and started work they advised it would be $150 each , not what we were quoted or even a discount since they were already on site . I sent an Email to the company but their box was full . Too many complaints no doubt .
