  This is the 3rd time that I have used Blinds & Plantation Shutters by Jason. I am doing the window treatments for my new house a little at a time. Jason comes right out to give an estimate and, after you place the order, he gives you the installation date. They have always shown up on the date scheduled. Jason is very professional and so is his team of installers. I was very impressed with Nathan and Sam who called before coming, did an impeccable job installing and left everything clean.

  Jason came for the free estimate and gave such a detailed explanation about the shutters his company makes that even though the price was a little higher than other estimates, we felt we were getting a higher quality product for the money. We definitely made the right choice! The process was smooth, and Jason and his team were very professional, punctual, and accommodating.   Wonderful! This is the second time we have hired Jason.  The first time we did two rooms, I didn't want to do too many because I wasn't sure what the quality would be like.  We loved them so much we booked him for the second time as soon as the first installation was complete.  I have never had plantation shutters before, they never seemed worth the cost, I was very wrong.  We are planning to hire Jason again to complete the rest of our home.  He and his team are fast, knowledgeable, and efficient.

  Very professional. Both the initial estimate appointment and installation were on-time as scheduled. We had wood plantation shutters stained a beautiful golden oak - the workmanship is excellent. The installation was extremely quick and the shutters fit perfectly. We are very pleased and would definitely use them again.

  Considering the significance of the work, in terms of importance to the home and cost, the attention to detail was missing.  Vendor often came without all the tools and equipment needed to install.  Due to vendor and manufacturer errors, one blind had to be redone three times.  Holes in the walls were drilled by estimating rather than precision and i was put in a position of accepting some imperfections of fit and installation to get the job done -- something which should not be expected with the cost involved.  Overall, it did not appear the vendor was that experienced with the product.  That being said, the vendor was punctual, called us in advance to schedule and promptly responded to our calls resulting in a C rating vs. a D.

  LOVE the finished product!  Absolutely beautiful shutters and quality workmanship.  I was hesitant at first, because I had something different in mind when I called Jason.  He was very patient, and explained all my options with the different products he could provide.  During the initial consultation, he was able to point out addresses in my neighborhood that he had completed jobs so I could view the finished product from the street. He also had a sample of a plantation shutter that he carried into my home and put into the window so I could see how the finished product would look.  He delivered absolutely terrific customer service from start to finish, communicated with me periodically throughout the process, and kept all delivery promises.  The product quality is top notch, pricing extremely reasonable and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Jason and his entire team are courteous and professional individuals that sincerely want happy customers. I highly recommend them.
