Water Heater Repair And Installation reviews in Ormond Beach

It went very well. Our project was on time, performed without any problems, and had the desired result (i.e., now our electric bill from FPL is about $9/month). Gloria was our main point of contact at the company, and she is so helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a unique review. He didn't actually do any work at my house. I called on Sunday morning post hurricane Matthew and asked if he can come out to fix something. He couldn't because of the distance but he not only walked me through some things I could do, he also stayed with me on the phone for 10 minutes trying to work out if i can fix it myself.. he warned me about price gouging and gave me a good faith estimate on how much it would cost. The man did not make a penny of me. but next time I have a plumbing job, he will. Please hire him if you can. Professionals that are honest should be supported.

After determining the water leak in the laundry room was coming from the water heater, I contacted Atlantic Gas Services. Dray Fitzgerald was able to come to my home and give me an estimate of the cost of time schedule for the replacement. Although he said his schedule was tight but he would make the job happen. I found that if he says he will "make it happen", he means it. He did his best to work around my schedule and still get the work done in a timely manner. I have used Atlantic Gas Services in the past and will call them in the future, if needed.

I have an older gas oven that is built into a brick wall.  The thermocouple was not working and I had contacted another company to have it repaired.  After being told the part was no longer available, I did some research on the internet and found a company that could provide one.  I was able to give the provider enough detail to have a replacement part made and sent to me.  I contacted Atlantic Gas Services and spoke to Jessica.  I explained exactly what my situation was and she said she would have the technician contact me for further information.  Within a short time the technician, Dray, called and I told him about the older oven and the replacement part I had received.  He said he was willing to come and look at the oven.  He had another job, but agreed he would come by after he completed the job.  He called within an hour, prior to coming to the house.  When he arrived, he explained what he could do, without guaranteeing the part which is exactly what I expected.  He did install the thermocouple and did manage to get it to work.  I appreciated his positive attitude and willingness to do a job that others might refuse.  He also said that if necessary he could search the internet for parts for this oven in the future.  I will definitely contact Atlantic Gas Services for any work needed in the future since I have a number of gas appliances.

A property we use for rentals had an older tank style water heater installed in the attic above the master bedroom. Worried about future leaks, we asked Lou's to replace it with a tankless unit. They recommended the Titan N160 based on the size of our house (3BR, 2BA).  Lou's was great about scheduling between tenants during the holiday season.
The old heater was too large to bring down through the access hole, so it was drained and left in the attic.
Price did not include electrical work needed to support the added power draw - we contracted that separately, but had it completed the same day. Lou's plumbers worked well with the electrician in coordinating placement, etc.
We have used Lou's for several jobs (both large and small) in the past, and will continue to do so.

Ferran was very prompt in answering my call and had someone come to the house on 12/14 to assess the situation. Removal of the old water heater, installation of the new one, and installation of larger circuit occurred on 12/17.  It was a bigger than usual job. The company kept in frequent contact with me to have someone get the job done around my busy schedule. The plumbers and electrician were very friendly, accommodating, and professional.  I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Our request and response was handled quickly and efficiently. The repair/replacement work was done on time, as promised. The service technician was professional, courteous, and very helpful. We are very happy with the work done, the quality of the new water heater, and with the way the Big Deal system worked. We're glad we did this before we had a real problem. The technician gave us some maintenance tips that will save us money and headaches in the future.

Overall, I was pleased. There was an additional charge because my water heater was inside the house vs. in the garage and that was not mentioned as part of the deal I purchased on Angie's List, so it ended costing the same as I was quoted from other companies without the deal.
The service tech was very nice, knowledgeable, cleaned up everything and was only here a short time. I would use them again if needed.

I called Ron after he had done an such and excellent job of replacing my hot water heater back in February ($765).  Ron removed the existing kitchen sink faucet plus an old, broken hot water heater under the sink.  He installed a new Kohler faucet I bought at Lowe's, and made it look so easy I almost thought I could have done it myself.  Almost.  Ron left a clean workplace and a satisfied customer.

Plumber arrived promptly and was professional & courteous.  He did a very good job with removal & installation of propane water heater and cleaned up well when finished.  My only issue was they overcharged $300-$400 for the project compared to other plumbers.
