  The process after the initial contact with Dave Sipos from Sawgrass Plantation was one of the easiest and most professional renovation I have ever taken. I have been in the construction business for a long time and dealt with many contractors. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. Hurricane Irma came to visit us in september 2017 and left behind a house that was gutted to the studs. I met with many contractors in the area and some were quoting lower prices, but there was something I couldn't put a finger on with Dave Sipos. Now that the work is completed the finger was trust, loyalty and professionalism to his client. The entire house was rebuilt with the exception of the main foundation, outer cinder block walls and roof. But the space was transformed from a 1959 beach house to a modern 2019 house on the beach. Foundations were refortified, interior walls were removed, a bath was expanded, the wiring, plumbing, HVAC and all respected trades were brought up to code and approved every step of the way by the county. The cabinets and counter tops were made to order, the moulding details were perfect, the bath and shower changes were spot on and the materials vendors provided quality materials. There was also a refurbishment of the 60 year old terrazzo floors. Just beautiful. We are so happy that we went with Sawgrass Plantation. The staff including Terry, Scott, John and the many others were a pleasure to meet and work with. This is a small narrow street with 8 homes but all the neighbors were impressed with the accountability, workmanship and ownership of the project. They also appreciated the road access not being blocked during the work. If we had to do this all over again we would choose Dave Sipos and Sawgrass Plantation Ent. for our contractor. Thanks Dave.

  The owner came out and looked at the job. He said to be honest this is a job that I do not want to do. There would be a lot of messing around and adjustments to the house... more than he wanted to do... He explained a lot about the process and what to watch out for when I selected a provider. Explained why he did not want the job, and we chatted for an hour anyways! He seems very honest and they have some great reviews in Angie's already

  We called the office to set up a free estimate. David came to our home and provided our written estimate within an hour. We emailed some questions and they were promptly answered. We decided to have CFL Screens do our project. The crew arrived as promised and on time. They got right to work and completed the project in one day. They left nothing behind and installed everything as agreed upon. Contact with and response time from David was great. Be sure that you get his cell phone number and email...he was right on top of things when we contacted him. They offer a guarantee on their work. Our experience was a good one.

  Todd, his office staff and his crew were all very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with right from the initial meeting and estimate with Todd. We were kept in constant contact by the company regarding all steps of the process from filing for permits to the finish of the job and final inspection by Todd. The extension and re-screening came out better than we had hoped.   Removed the old screens completely.

  Power washed all the aluminum framework, including all the spline grooves.

  Replaced all of the screens with 18/14 screening,��including both doors.

  Rolled in ALL spline grooves with new spline.

  Replaced ALL of the screws in the structure with stainless steel screws.

  Replaced all of the Tap-Con bolts at the base of the structure.

  Installed heavy duty (pet)��screen in all of the lower panels, including both doors.

  Cleaned adjacent gutters.

  Power washed the complete deck surrounding the pool.

  KNJ waited patiently for 2 months for roof to be replaced. They then finished the job in a timely manner.  All workers were courteous and left all areas clean when finished with work.

  John Boden, owner of KNJ Homes, participates and oversees all the work---carpentery, drywall, window install, fence and stucco wall.  He worked with us to make a lovely wooden gate/door to enhance the courtyard.  He was professional, courteous and responded promptly to questions. John arranged and ensured any subs knew what needed to be done.  KNJ always cleaned up after each day.
  They were a pleasure to work with and did a top notch job for us.  Our friends and neighbors are envious of the extra outdoor living space we now have.
    We love it.

  The price was good, but we ended up using someone else who had a better price for the specific materials we wanted to use. We would have used this company if we went with a different material. They were all very nice, responsive, and knowledgeable. The product we went with, they did not use as often, so they could not get as good as price for the materials. Mark was very pleasant and came out to the site multiple times. I recommend trying them if they have the price range and material you are looking for.
