    Patriot Plumbing Co
The sink in the master bathroom was barely draining so I called Patriot Plumbing as I have used him before for other plumbing issued. He promptly answers the call, or calls back quickly. We agreed on a date and time for the repair. He texts, e-mails and calls with any information so there is no confusion about the appointment. He arrived on time, did the repair quickly and neatly. When I need a plumber again, and I am sure I will, I will definitely call Patriot.

    Alternate Design Plumbing Inc
David (owner) came by to price the place. He was professional, and his price was very fair... More impressive than that, he brought some of the materials he was going to use, to demonstrate that he emphasized a quality job. This showed so much when we did the final walkthrough. He ran lines through an old house that had been remodeled. The attic was puny and the construction was bizarro... Yet he managed to snake every line with a minimal footprint. The drywall guy I hired to patch the modest holes he needed to make said he mends repipes all the time. He marveled at how little the intrusion was. I'd hire these guys any day.

The job with Ben went really REALLY well. He is a professional in every sense of the word. Additionally Ben gave us advice to help us thru the little hitches in the project. We were very pleased with the outcome. We felt like Ben was devoted to making our new yardscape a success!

The process after the initial contact with Dave Sipos from Sawgrass Plantation was one of the easiest and most professional renovation I have ever taken. I have been in the construction business for a long time and dealt with many contractors. This was by far the best experience I have ever had. Hurricane Irma came to visit us in september 2017 and left behind a house that was gutted to the studs. I met with many contractors in the area and some were quoting lower prices, but there was something I couldn't put a finger on with Dave Sipos. Now that the work is completed the finger was trust, loyalty and professionalism to his client. The entire house was rebuilt with the exception of the main foundation, outer cinder block walls and roof. But the space was transformed from a 1959 beach house to a modern 2019 house on the beach. Foundations were refortified, interior walls were removed, a bath was expanded, the wiring, plumbing, HVAC and all respected trades were brought up to code and approved every step of the way by the county. The cabinets and counter tops were made to order, the moulding details were perfect, the bath and shower changes were spot on and the materials vendors provided quality materials. There was also a refurbishment of the 60 year old terrazzo floors. Just beautiful. We are so happy that we went with Sawgrass Plantation. The staff including Terry, Scott, John and the many others were a pleasure to meet and work with. This is a small narrow street with 8 homes but all the neighbors were impressed with the accountability, workmanship and ownership of the project. They also appreciated the road access not being blocked during the work. If we had to do this all over again we would choose Dave Sipos and Sawgrass Plantation Ent. for our contractor. Thanks Dave.

    Precision Carpentry & Remodeling, LLC
I met John while buying a soaker tub from a house he was working at. A very nice guy, he agreed to do an estimate for me and in the end stuck by the estimate to the dollar, no mystery charges or additional fees at the end. All work was completed in a timely manor and communication was excellent and responsive. All workers pleasant, clean and trustworthy. All subcontractors were the same. Each day crews cleaned up to the best possible. Completely satisfied with all work and my wife ecstatic with the results. Can't post pictures, because I'm not computer savvy, but could text pics if asked. I WOULD AND PLAN TO USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!

    Little Plumbing
Hard to tell. My first contact was only about a month after the hurricane, so he might have been very busy. He may, in fact still be very busy, but professionalism requires that if you can't do the job that the client is requesting, you should notify him, so he can look for another company.

    Outdoor Concepts
Ben excavated the side of our house where there was water seepage entering the structure, tarred the side of the house, added a moisture proof barrier product, then put in a drainage system when backfilling the excavated earth, and built a retention wall. The work was done beautifully, fixed the moisture problem in the house, and he left the place looking better than expected. It cost more than I originally anticipated, but it was worth the extra money to have the job done right the first time by a very professional and conscientious contractor. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and it's worth every penny to have peace of mind. I highly recommend Ben and Outdoor Concepts.

    Total Comfort
Great! I called Total Comfort and another company about repair. The young lady who answered the phone at Total Comfort provided great customer service which prompted me to schedule the repair service. (The other company needs to improve their phone customer service.) Buckie, the repairman, was on time, friendly and efficient. Definitely would use them again.

    Little Plumbing
After leaving messages for several local plumbers, Brian Little quickly returned my call. I explained the job I needed done and he put me on his schedule for the next morning. He phoned prior to arrival and went right to work. He completed the job quickly, and cleaned the area to my satisfaction. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely contact him again, if (or when) needed.

    US Heating And Air Conditioning
I needed some work done on my house that involved leaky faucets and toilet wax seals. I have a home warranty and when I requested service they assigned the work to US Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. AKA U.S.H.A.C. The technician came to the house on 7/21/17 and fixed the leaky faucets. He was very nice and courteous. As he was finishing the last toilet wax seal work in our half bath, we heard a huge crash. He dropped the toilet, cracking the tank. The technician assured us he would order the same exact toilet and have it installed as soon as possible. All the toilets in our house are tall toilets to accommodate an older family member that has back issues and walks with a cane. This family member cannot use the standard shorter toilet. We were understanding of the accidental breaking of the toilet tank. I was assured that when the new toilet came in I would receive a call to schedule an appointment. I never received a call about the new toilet, so I called back on 7/28/17. I had to explain the whole event to the customer service representative. Then they informed me the toilet was in and we scheduled a second appointment. The representative was very courteous. On 7/31/17, the same technician came to the house and replaced the toilet with the cracked tank. He took the entire old toilet out and put it by the road. It was garbage day, so it was taken away almost immediately. He was very nice and courteous and took his time working. It was not until later that I realized the toilet that was replaced was a small standard toilet, not a tall one that was there before. This makes it so that bathroom cannot be used by the older family member at all. Which is unacceptable. Being older they need access to the closest bathroom. I called the company on 8/2/17 and gave them the whole story. The technician had failed to mention that he broke the toilet in the first place and also had ordered the wrong toilet. The customer service representative that I talked to assured me they would order a taller toilet and call me when it came in to replace it. I was so relieved that this was not going to be a problem. She was very courteous and helpful and had an elderly grandparent and understood my dilemma. Like last time, I never got a call to schedule an appointment. On 8/9/17 I called the company to check the status. This time I got a customer service representative who had a horrible attitude. She said that they would not be replacing the toilet because it was not in the home warranty contract. I was upset and explained that this was not fair. The toilet was fine before they came to work on the wax seals, and they were the ones that broke it. She refused to listen and said that I could say all I wanted, but it was not going to change anything. She recommended I call the home warranty company. I asked about what happened to the precious conversation I had on 8/2/17 and they said they had no record of it or the promises that were made. I called the home warranty company that instant and they referred back to US Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. because it was their shoddy work that caused this. I am left with a bathroom that a family member who lives in the house cannot use. US Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. needs to take responsibility for its work and replace the toilet with one that is the same as the original. All the toilets in the house were the exact same toilet in case they need reference. I am asking that the company lives up to its promises that are on their website. Under the plumbing section of their page they say, We have the expertise to ensure that the manufacturer's standards are met when repairing ADA accessible toilets, faucets, lavatories and fixtures. We will always use quality parts when replacing or rebuilding new or existing fixtures, and we back all of our work with installation warranties. These promises were not kept. I will not recommend US Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. to any of my friends or colleagues. If anyone is looking for plumbing, AC, heating or electrical work I plan to share my experience and deter them from using US Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.
