    ASAP CABINETS FLOORS & MORE
The work went well. The company estimated 10 days to complete a more than 2,000 square feet living space, including closets, and came in on time. The installers were professional and fun to work with. Once it was mutually agreed as to how the project would proceed, everything went quite well. The installers moved the furniture and returned it to its proper location. They also swept up at the end of each day and hauled away the debris. I am satisfied with the job and would recommend the company.

    RETROFLOORING ,LLC
He did not account for items necessary, did not communicate with me regarding details and direction of tile bathroom floor prior to installing, he was missing items to complete the job, and worst of all, did not allow for proper water drainage in the shower. He has refused to return my numerous texts, calls and emails to even so much as look at the drainage issue. It needs to be redone and he knows it but refuses to respond. Very disappointed. I also thought i was paying him to do the work, (which was higher than other quotes) but instead he had installers do the work. My drainage issue is a huge issue and needs to be re-done. the price I paid below was for his labor only for a very small bathroom

    Precision Carpentry & Remodeling, LLC
I met John while buying a soaker tub from a house he was working at. A very nice guy, he agreed to do an estimate for me and in the end stuck by the estimate to the dollar, no mystery charges or additional fees at the end. All work was completed in a timely manor and communication was excellent and responsive. All workers pleasant, clean and trustworthy. All subcontractors were the same. Each day crews cleaned up to the best possible. Completely satisfied with all work and my wife ecstatic with the results. Can't post pictures, because I'm not computer savvy, but could text pics if asked. I WOULD AND PLAN TO USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!

    T & M Floors
T&M Floors just completed a very large tile job in our home, replacing 60% of the house floor with Porcelain wood plank simulated tiles. The result was impressive and the crew did a stellar job. The demolition of the previous flooring was unusually difficult, but Ted and team worked until the base substrate was completely ready. The new tile planking was laid flawlessly, with the team taking the time to get it done properly, with a consistency I have rarely seen in other work. T&M is now my ONLY go-to flooring supplier. They get my highest recommendation and support.

    Georgia Floors Direct
I did a lot of footwork before I hired Georgia Floors Direct. I noticed the difference immediately when I walked in and was greeted by Jeff, who was in no way pushy, and asked if I needed any help, pointed me in the direction of the huge selection of laminate floors, and then let me browse uninterrupted after saying he was available if I had any questions, Unlike other places where someone was never around when you had a question, Jeff and the other sales staff were right out front and ready when you needed them. There were large displays of the flooring that they had in stock, which also included tile, and tile that looked exactly like wood floorings well as a huge selection of special order floors, any of which you borrow a full size sample to take home and decide which worked best for you. I did just that, and came back the next day with my choice. Jeff asked the approximate square footage, and then had one of his installers call me that same evening to schedule a measurement. Harold lewis was my installer and he and his crew were wonderful. Polite, prompt and professional. They removed the tile and carpeting for a very reasonable labor cost, told me how long it would take to complete the job and they were right on schedule. One year later, I had severe water damage done by an upstairs unit and had to replace my beautiful floors! I did not hesitate to return to GFD and this time got a special order floor at a great cost and once again Mr. Lewis and his crew did the installation. This happened two weeks before Christmas and Jeff knew I was living with bare cement floors, so he managed to get everything scheduled for me and my floor was installed before Christmas! Thank you Jeff. The quality of the laminate flooring is exceptional. It is much thicker than most and very durable. I would highly recommend this company.

    HOME DEPOT
I can really only describe the debacle by listing the steps we've been through so far: 1. Order LVP (luxury vinyl planking) flooring. Not cheap - $3,500. 2. Delivery day, they send one man. Says he cant possibly get the baseboards up here (4th floor, as told to the salesperson) because theyre too long. We call and say then take it all back. They say if they do, we pay restocking and delivery, and theyll get the baseboards up here. 3. So the guy loads all 1,200 lbs of flooring on one cart, smashes the tile in the elevator. Home Depot refers us to a third party insurer, saying this is between them and us? We assumed HD was delivering! 4. Next day they send a guy out who carries the baseboard up the stairs, no problem. 5. Then the installers come. Rip out all the carpet, THEN tell us our moisture level is 26%, highest theyve ever seen, vinyl planking will never work. BUT they say THEY, on the SIDE, install tile for one dollar less per sq foot than home depot, and will be happy to do the job. 6. We call Home Depot, rat the guys out, they send their head tile guy out. HE gets a 0% moisture reading, which makes sense because were on the fourth floor. But HE says we have post tension cabling in the floor. These are cables through the cement which are stretched to 33,000 pounds to strengthen the floor, apparently common in multi-floor condos. Says hed need to grind the floor to level it, but you cant do that to PTC floors. 7. So they say they'll pick up all the uninstallable flooring. BUT...they charge us $432!!!! $287 to remove the carpet, $50 to move the two chairs and end tables to remove the carpet, and $100 DELIVERY! And they would not budge, even through were concurrently spending $16,000 on a new kitchen with appliances! The "expeditor" Wendy does agree to use the $100 delivery fee to fix the tile (which they broke). However, we can't seem to get anyone out here how. The "expeditor" Wendy says she can't schedule the tile guy, so we have to "keep bugging him." So, were out $432 and living on a cement floor. Postnote - today, we returned a garbage disposal we purchased as part of the $16,000 kitchen because it turns out there is a new one in the condo. Customer service credited us for the wrong item - $7.99 for a strainer. Our bad - we trusted they had credited the correct $99 item from the work order; their bad - they will not back off even though they now have our $99 garbage disposal and we still have the $7.99 strainer. I even joked with the cust svc rep that she should email us the receipt because $99 would buy a lot of lunches if she kept it!. Cancel the $16,000 kitchen you say? Nope. HD has that covered. We had 3 days to cancel, now we're on the hook to their credit card company for the entire $16,000. This is no longer the Home Depot from This Old House days.

    Turn To Stone
We went to here place of business picked out cabinets floors and explained to her what we want done, Change our existing brown cabinets and replace with new shaker style cabinets. She said no problem and said here sub contractor would be out to take measurements. He showed up spent 1 1/2 hours taking all the measurements of the cabinets floor drew diagram on paper with our cabinet sizes, we had 15" deep cabinets which he noted.Barbara Cullinane the owner called us in a couple days said I have all the info for you come leave a deposit. So we did and and she said the contractor would be up in a day or two to start. A couple days went by she called and said her contractor had a family emergency and went out of state and she didn't know when he would be back. We complained and she called a couple days later said a new contractor would be here to start on Monday ( found out later he was unlicensed ) they demo'd kitchen and started installing cabinets and after most of the cabinets were in place something didn't look right. They were the wrong size cabinets our dishes pots and pan wouldn't fit in them we ordered to cabinets that go on outside of oven to be 3 drawer cabinets and they came 1 drawer and a door, We complained she constantly lied to us and finally said she couldn't get 15" cabinets or 3 drawer cabinet. The cabinets were full of defects besides be wrong. She refused to give our money back, we filed a law suit against her. We went to court today 11/21/16 and won a judgement against her. Say away from the woman and her company which also goes by the name of "All home services" She is now operating out of Holly Hill notice the discolored insides of cabinet a couple were like that.
