  • They're fabulous. I love these people. I had a coupon and it said "Only for first time customers." So I called her and said, "What do you mean, only first time customers?" But she said she gives specials to our regular customers, too.

  • I bought my daughter a Groupon, but she was late having never been and did not understand that if you're late it takes time away from your session. (Left 30 minutes early to go 4.8 miles-stopped by construction) She was upset and the worst part was from the reservation to the incident the condescending attitude of the staff in their tone and manner. They stated over and over how booked they were- with their tone letting her know they didn't need more business. It is easier for them to take your money instead of cultivating a repeat customer- It was definitely worth the money to find out that this is a place I do not want to frequent. - Groupon has lots of other spa offers at least!

  • I found Acquaro and Wakeman's thru Angie's list. They had good reviews for massage therapy and I must say the massage was excellent. I went for a one hour deep tissue massage and Rosie, the therapist, was both professional and skilled. I have no complaints about the massage itself and in a different environment would go back to Rosie again.
What I did not like was the doctor's office atmosphere. Even though I was just coming in for a massage that I was going to pay for myself, I had to fill out several pages of information as if I was at the doctor's office. The information requested included my employment, my insurance, privacy notices and emergency contact info. I suspect they are obligated to do this, but it did feel annoying since all I wanted was a massage.
The massage room itself was small and clearly a doctor's examination room. There was little in the way of relaxing ambiance. The place was also very busy and loud. During my massage, I felt like I could hear every conversation going on in the place--all ten of them--all the time! I just couldn't relax at all.
Overall, the massage itself was excellent and in a injury situation or combined with chiropractic is probably the best in town. For a relaxing massage though it just was not up to par.

  • They are excellent! I have used them for over a year. They have excellent deep tissue massages. They are booked solid. The front desk is very respectful, helpful, and very nice. The manager is very good as well!

  • My appointment went very well. I was there for an hour and the massage was very thorough. Carrie was the massager and she explained what she was doing and how it should help my situation. I had never had one of these before but from what she was doing I felt like it had to be doing some good. She spent the whole hour addressing all the areas I had informed them where I had problems with pain.

  • I liked him very much and I thought he did a really good job for me. He was very attentive to my concerns because of the pain I was in. The treatments he gave me I steadily improved. He took great care making sure he was doing what was best for me and my needs.

  • They have a program which I never have anybody do before where there's a chiropractor, physical, and massage therapist involved in the treatment. The results are incredible. The staff is very friendly and give quality service. I would use them again in the future.

  • It was my first time going to a chiropractor and he made me feel very comfortable. Everybody on the staff was nice and the massage therapist was great as well. Dr. Wakeman was very friendly and didn't make me feel like a number. He was honest and helpful. I would definitely recommend him to others.

  • I realize that the scoliosis of the spine will take a great deal of time to change, but because of doing physical therapy and massage therapy I feel much improvement already. In layman terms, the massage therapy provided by licensed therapists, has helped to iron out adhesions, (knots-scar tissue) and stretch and relax soft tissue and connective tissues in targeted areas. The exercises given to and explained to me by licensed physical theapist are targeting specific areas of the body to stretch muscles and strengthen the muscles to support the body. The therapists confer with each other and the chiropractor so the best approach can be taken. The massage therapist tells you what is being done and why it is being done as they rub, knead and press which allows me to see the connection between the therapies and the chiropractic adjusments. The physical therapist gives out exercise sheets with instruction at each visit for and quot;homejoyand quot; after they are practiced at the visit. Again, since the reason for the exercise is explained to me, I can see how it all falls together for a complete picture. Everyone in the office is pleasant and professional and at no time have I felt rushed or just a and quot;numberand quot;. On the contrary, the staff is courteous and organized and I feel that when I am with the doctor or the therapists, that their full attention is directed toward me and my issues.
    I highly recommend this office.
