    Our Hayward pool heat pump was not working. I looked on the Hayward website and found Smith Services as an authorized service provider in our area. I called Smith Services and they sent out a technician the same afternoon. He diagnosed a refrigerant leak and came back the next day with a part to repair the leak and add refrigerant. Incredibly responsive and professional service...thank you!

    Since the air conditioning system is under warranty and since this was the 4th time this copper line had cracked since 2013, our Arnold AC technician, Keith, recommended that the entire condensing unit be replaced under the warranty. The owners and employees of Arnold AC worked with the Amana representatives to obtain approval for the replacement and the replacement unit was installed. We couldn't be happier with the service that Keith and other Arnold AC technicians have provided over the years and are delighted that Arnold AC was able to get approval for this major replacement under our warranty.     We have two homes with a total of 5 A/C units and we spend much of our time up North.  We had two old units quit at one home and another one stop at the other home all in the same week.  Jim and his team got out faster than any other company I called, diagnosed the issues, and got the new units installed in no time while tenants were in both homes.  The tenants could not have been more complimentary of their work and professionalism.  The units are working great and I have had them out for our remaining two units for servicing and they are always prompt, helpful, honest, and fair.  I could not recommend them enough!  They deliver a great product and a greater service.

    I am a newbe condo owner, therefore this was an experience.  I had signed up for their service club, which was recommended by the previous owner.  The office had called in advance to schedule their 2nd 6 mo checkup appointment.  (That I liked.)  The office called the day before to verify the appointment and also the morning of the appointment they called back to tell me who the service person was (Steve) and that he was on his way.  He arrived on time and went right to work.  After about an hour he sat down with me and explained some of the problems he had found and explained about the problems associated with living right near the ocean.  I knew the system was old and we also verified that it was also one of the oldest on this building.  I knew that it was going to need replaced when I purchased the condo, so the fall/winter season is the best time in Florida to do it.  He explained all the different types and advantages and disadvantages of all of them.  I knew which manufacture I wanted and I told him I wanted the best and most efficient model which would fit in my condo.  I also talked to him about air quality and he was very informative about that and gave me many different suggestions and what the approximate costs and payback costs.  We came to an agreement on what the cost of the job would be (a little more than what I wanted to pay but sometimes you get the value of what you pay for) and since I needed to get the cost into the calendar year, he found a program which had no payments for 12 months and no interest if paid back within that period.  That fit my budget.  He got with the condo maintenance supervisor and set up when things needed to be done.  The duct cleaning crew came a few days later (with the proper calls from the main office about arrival and who),  This was a big job since it didn't look as if it had ever been done in the 38 years the condo has stood.  They (Chris & Miguel) were polite, clean and kept me very informed of what they were doing.  The next day they came back, removed the unit form the roof (with the crane they had scheduled), installed the new one, removed the air handler from the condo unit and installed the new one, and they cleaned everything up after they were done.  There was a wiring harness that came with the electronic filtration system which was wrong and they told me someone would be back tomorrow to finish it.  They measured all the air vents so that replacements could be ordered.  The AC was functional when they left.  The office called the next day, telling when and who (Bob) would show up. Bob arrived on time: installed the electronic filter and explained how everything worked.

    Service Plus Heating Cooling Plumbing
    The toilet was leaking. They told me the toilet needed replaced. The technician was not helpful as I live out of state and could not inspect the toilet. They gave no option other then new toilet. The price for new toilet was five hundred dollars... Price was to high but I had no choice. The next day the people renting the property called to report the new toilet was leaking more then the old toilet. I called Service Plus to fix the new toilet. After being on hold for ten min they scheduled the service tech to return. Two hours later I called to see if it had been repaired and they said the service call had been cancelled. Their internal people cancelled the call and said no one was home. That was not true. The renters called me and said they never came. Service Plus rescheduled the technician to fix the toilet. After not hearing anything for three hours, I called and they said it had been fixed. Why did they not call me to tell me, they had no answer. Renters confirmed it was repaired. I will never use Service Pluss again and recommend others do not use them.

    Additionally, the thermostat was hanging by its wires at an angle from the wall. I asked "aren't you going to fix that?" He said no need since we were going to order a new thermostat anyway. Amazing guy. Amazing. They're called ARS Rescue Rooter
