    The Garage Enhancement Company
Overall it went well. However, the crew had the wrong address and didn't call to tell us they would be delayed by 30 minutes. The only other negative was that the crew did not seal off the interior door which resulted in the lobby of our condominium building being covered with concrete dust. We were able to hire someone to come right away to clean it up and the Garage Enhancement Company paid that bill and was quite apologetic about the issue.

We are thrilled with the new look of our garage floor and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Carpet & Tile Warehouse
Buying the tile went very well, got good help choosing the both tiles and color.  Got help picking the color of grout.
My condo is on the 4th floor with a concrete slab floor.  The floor was not level, and it required the tile installers to level the floor which took extra material time for which I was given an estimate.  the installers did a good as job as possible and worked hard doing that and leveling the floor.
    Quality
The type of one transition to the kitchen was not installed properly.  It took 3 tries to do, 2 using a plastic strip that the installer did not use the proper adhesive, and 1 using grout at my suggestion.
    Responsiveness:
The tile installers did not arrive until 9 am which I thought was a little on the late side, and the installer that came to fix the transition into kitchen missed the first appointment due to flooding and I was not notified until later in the morning he could not get to work.
    Professionalism:
Very good.  Sales and office staff  were very professional and helpful in my dealings with them.
Installers were friendly and hard working and overall did a good job

    The Garage Enhancement Company
They were very cordial and on time. The preparation before the actual work was done was excellent. Our garage flooring is of excellent quality as far as we can tell. They were very professional overall.

    Sadun Suranofsky LLC
Sadun did not do the work to code. He left the job before Indian River County signed off. I paid thousands to other contractors to finish what he was paid to do. I had a terrible experience with him and would advise you to stay away. I am used to paying good money for good work, the way it is done in Boston where we are from, but the experience we had with Sadun on the barrier island of Vero Beach is what gives Florida contractors a bed rep. He comes across as a nice guy but left me high and dry and cost me thousands!

    Matthew Ray Homes Inc
Tony and his staff and subcontractors all did their jobs in an exemplary manner. They were punctual, obviously well skilled, and went out of their way to communicate what was going on. They were especially conscientious about cleaning up at the end of each day, to the point where all our neighbors commented favorably. Tony was also extremely accomodating whenever I came up with modications or additions to the plan.

We plan to do additional remodeling in the future and will definitely call on Tony Ray when we do.

    SCOTT BINGHAM'S PROPERTY MGMT
My house came basically as a shell. He has done a lot of basic carpentry. He has built bookshelves, kitchen cabinets, hung pictures, and also has laid tile for me. The tile was a very large job, he laid it around the entire tub. He also built closets for me. I call on him all of the time. If he can't do the work he will tell you right upfront. I highly recommend him. His prices are extremely reasonable.

    Indian River Flooring Inc
We selected a 20" porcelain tile to reduce the visual grout lines of the original floor, and to "hide" chips in the new floor via the "through the tile color" of the new tile. We requested an extra box of tile from the same lot so that we could have backup tile for future problems. The master bathroom was across a light colored carpet in the living room and bedroom. Tile removal was extremely clean, with all most no dust left on the furniture. Removal of the master bathroom tile was also very neat, with NO tracking marks across the carpet. The new tile installation was done quickly and with damage to only 1 molding strip as it was removed from the wall. In all fairness, the molding had been in place @ 13 years. The new floors were cleaned following the grout work, and no dust/cleaning smears were left on the new tile. The estimate included moving appliances (stove, refrigerator, washer dryer, and 2 toilets) and re connecting them.

    Indian River Flooring Inc
The old tile was removed from both balconies and carried away. Installation of the new exterior (sanded) tile to match the interior tile began. It was discovered that the existing (original) bedding sub floor of both balconies was very uneven. The original "mud bed" had to be removed and a new "mud bed" had to be installed. This caused an unexpected delay, and unexpected additional expenses before the tile could be installed. Epoxy grout was used on the new exterior tile, and very small grout lines were used to limit future water penetration into the bedding material. The work was again done with no tracks left in the carpet, and no cleaning smears on the new tile. The Condo is on the 3rd floor, and Indian River Flooring did an exceptional job dealing with old tile, mud bed demo and re-install, and installation of the new tile. The floor looks very much like it is one piece of tile!
