    AC went out during 100 degree day during the Memorial Day holiday 2019 (Monday), I came home with my dog to it from travel. I called Florida Cooling Store Inc. recommended by Angies List based on the number of satisfied customers (Tuesday). I spoke to Eric. He said they were swamped with calls and could not fix it until the next day (Wednesday). As I have a dog I was concerned. I called others on the list and the earliest was Wednesday. I kept working it and told Eric about my dog being home alone in the heat and asked him if there was an opening please call me. I came home for lunch to check on the dog and Eric called while I was home and said they could be to my house at 1:30 same day. I waited and he showed up a little bit early. Fixed the AC in 30 minutes. It was the capacitor. He spent some time verifying the connections were correct using the schematic on the back of the panel he took off. I watched this and asked him how many years he has done AC repair. 25 years was his answer. What a professional! I asked him how he fit me in on same day service. He said he was a dog lover and did not want the Pups to sit in the heat. I am so happy with this company that I would recommend them to everyone. Hat's off Eric, you saved my day! I was prepared to take the afternoon off to make sure the dog was ok, and I did not have to. Your price was excellent for the service as well. It is several days later and the AC is working like a champ.

    No Monkey Business Heating and Air
    No Monkey Business has been working on our A/C for the past couple years. I was first introduced to their business when 2-10 Warranty assigned them to fix one of my a/c. I continue to use them for annual services. They are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Although assigned by a warranty company initially, they represented me for the repairs and ultimately replacement of one a/c. Recently they repaired coils and pan in another exchange unit found on a service. A business with strong ethics and care for the customer and takes pride in their work ethics. I have used other a/c companies in the area prior to No Monkey Business, but they did provide the level of care and expertise that I have seen from No Monkey Business. They do the job right and place integrity above expediency.

    Sales process and price were very good. Installers we a bit sloppy and spilled water from the unit onto our carpet. The air handler was in the attic and had to be removed from inside the closet. They didn't put down a drop cloth even after I mentioned it to them before they spilled the water.

    David Gray installed my heat pump sometime ago. I have always signed up for the maintenance packet. A guy came out and found a non-working part. It seemed to be working properly but wasn't. Kevin found the nonworking part. Then William installed the part and I see a difference in the comfort level. They ordered the part and within 48 hours had it installed. I have 10 year parts and labor so this cost me nothing. Kevin saved me a ton of money. I am impressed with their customer service and have used them for over 17 years now.     Griffin Service is top notch. I have been with the same AC company for over 30 years. After my neighbor recommended Griffin to give me for a second quote to get a new system I will be switching to them for all of my services. Kyle was honest with me straight from the start, there was no pressure to buy anything and I honestly felt like he just wanted to help me. At the end of the day any business relationship is about trust and I felt that immediately with Griffin Service and their rep Kyle. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know.

    This company had very **** POOR service. From the business office down to the repair crew. I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED with your representative Maria that is located at the branch office along with her Operations Manager Brian or Mark. My lien holder was going to be taking care of the payment for the requested work. Maria made it very difficult and acted like she was stuck on stupid when given the information she needed to complete the documentation for payment to be rendered. That process took 2 weeks. I was always copied on the emails sent from my lien holder to Maria. So it was obviously she was lying about not receiving what she needed. I was hung up on by her and other representatives numerous times when trying to contact her regarding that paperwork. She never worked with a sense of urgency and lacks professionalism!!!! She canceled/suspended my appointment with notifying me the day of. I had to call in to find out that my appointment was canceled/on hold after I had already been waiting in my drive-way for 45-min. My original appointment was at 8 am. When it came to the actual crew being dispatched to my home, I was emailed on their time of dispatch and not a phone call. They showed up 3.5 hrs later. Excuse being they ran out of gas and had to wait for a gas card. two crews came to my home, they did not wear protective gear on their feet. Holes were made in my ceiling that I then had to schedule a drywall company to come and fix that. $5,000.00+ job and they treated me like **** from start to finish. I will be sure to post on every Blog or Review Site I can find so that no other patron has to be treated like this. Especially when spending this type of money!!!! YOUR COMPANY SUCKS ***!!!!! The only one that had respect and professionalism was the sub-contractor that fixed my drywall, Hezekiah.

    It went well. I had to have worked on my AC every couple of months for about past 2 years. He took the time and explained everything. Took time and cleaned it. I didn't have any issues with him. He took extra time to clean it the right way and make sure it was cleared and explained what to do to prevent it. He worked around my schedule. He charged me less than what I'm paying. He communicated well. I would recommend him and would use again.

    Overall it went very well. My old Carrier heat pump and air handler pooped out late on a Tuesday afternoon (July 10th) and had to be replaced, per recommendation of my cousin (does not work for Air McCall), who is a heating and air conditioning technician. My cousin had his company's sales manager call me the next morning (July 11th) and I met with him around noon to discuss his proposal. I usually get 3 bids for high-ticketed items, but I had to get this system replaced ASAP, since my brother, who had just left the hospital from triple by-pass heart surgery (July 9th) and was staying with my sister and niece (a second house I own) to recuperate. So, I came to Angie's List to search for a second company and saw the excellent reviews for Air McCall. I also looked at Google reviews (higher rating than other company) and checked the company's reputation with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Not only was Air McCall an accredited member of the BBB with an A+ rating, but the company had 12 positive reviews and only 4 negative reviews (all settled satisfactorily). Whereas my cousin's company had an A+ rating, was not an accredited BBB member and had 16 negative reviews over 3 year period (all handled satisfactory) and no positive reviews. When I talked to Mr. Toby Rich, I explained my urgency, and he came to give me his proposal mid-afternoon of the day I called (July 11th)). There was a HUGE difference between Mr. Rich's professional assessment and explanation of what was needed and what was included, and that other sales person's proposal. There was also a $2,100.00 difference in quoted pricing, with Air McCall's being the lower proposal. The Air McCall price quote was for a 3-ton heat pump with a 15 SEER rating, whereas the other proposal was for a 2.5 ton and 14 SEER system. Air McCall offered me a free 3-year warranty on parts and service, whereas, the other company only offered the typical 1 year warranty on parts and service (both systems came with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty). Furthermore, Mr. Rich explained that the system he was proposing was eligible for Clay Electric's Smart Energy Rebate and for that unit it was $175 dollars off my electric bill. Additionally, Mr. Rich sent me a far more detailed proposal with the quoted pricing, along with system brochures, by email later that evening. I was originally told they could install the new system Saturday or Sunday, but when I sent the signed contract to Air McCall and called Mr. Rich the next morning, he said he went ahead and put my house on the install schedule for Friday (July 13th), just in case I accepted the proposal. I was told that the technicians would be at the house some where between noon and 1:00PM, since another job was scheduled earlier Friday morning. I was also told it will take approximately 5-6 hours to take out the old system and install the new one. Well, the technicians did not arrive until 4:00PM, since they had to do an installation at the other job. They said they usually don't do 2 installations in a day, since they take so much time. However, they never complained and I told them how much I appreciated them working an extra long day, given my brother's serious surgery. They had to eat the fast food they had picked up, before they could start (understandable), but went right to work soon after eating. They worked continuously and finished up at 10:00PM, after showing us how to use the thermostat, change the filters, etc., and processed the payment. Both were very polite and did an excellent job on the installation. It took a few hours to cool the house off, but my poor brother said he slept like a baby. In fact, he said he got a little too cold. The system has been performing very well since the installation and I am sure my sister will see a nice drop in her electric bill. I had to contact Air McCall after the installation to arrange for them to pick up a Freon cannister that the technicians had been left behind (otherwise job site was clean). I also contacted Mr. Rich to arrange for the Clay Electric Smart Rebate forms to be sent by email, which he promptly did. Plus the Air McCall office called me the following Saturday to schedule the Clay County inspector to come on a day convenient to me. The Clay County inspector came on the appointed day and only took a few minutes to inspect and approve the system as installed according to code. I must add that Mr. Rich was very responsive to my emails or calls, even after normal business hours. I even had the company's Vice President call me late at night, to respond to an email I had sent regarding a Freon cannister left behind (a service tech came to pick it up the next day). When I received the Clay Electric form and the needed AHRI certificate that must accompany the form, all of the required technical information on the form was filled in for me. Additionally, went I went to register my new system with Carrier Corporation, I found that Air McCall had already registered the new system for me, with all of the correct information. Overall, I feel I was treated fairly and honestly, and think it very refreshing to find a company that understands the importance of customer service and professionalism. We had never used Air McCall, but will be using them for future maintenance and repair service. We will also recommend them to any of our friends, relatives or neighbors that need heating or air conditioning service.

    Air Engineers Service Experts
    I couldn���t be happier with Air Engineers. My HVAC unit when out on Father���s Day (this past Sunday). I called five different companies in the top 10 for HVAC repair on Angie���s List (Jacksonville, FL) who advertised 24/7 service. Out of those five companies, only one company���s emergency technician called me back���Thomas from Air Engineers. He made it out to the house that day and had the A/C up and running again. As luck would have it, my HVAC went out again with a totally different problem and hard to diagnose. I called Air Engineers and requested Thomas. Again, he added me to his already busy schedule and stayed at my home from 7pm until nearly midnight. Because I had tenants with children in the home, it was stressful for me as the home owner. He remained positive the entire time and never gave up. He located a problem with my damper and then spent the next several hours trying to locate a tricky and slow refrigerant leak. It wasn���t until I told him he could quit working that he finally agreed to take another swing at it in the daylight. Additionally, I admired that when he ran into trouble locating the leak, he did not hesitate to call his maintenance supervisor and even one of the corporate trainers for help. No one is every too big to ask for help! The next day (today), Air Engineers sent Steve out to my home. Steve was not only able to locate this tricky leak, but he kept me in the loop while I was at work. As an active duty service member, I was unable to make it to the house. He communicated to me throughout the repair and gave me the peace of mind about the way ahead. Because of these two technicians, I immediately called Elaine (she is also just as awesome by the way) and signed up for the extended service plan with Air Engineers. I will NEVER call another HVAC company again. Thank you Air Engineers!
