    Jeff from Ace Appliance came out earlier than anticipated and was very responsive and made the repairs quickly and efficiently ; he gathered the details about the equipment while on the phone which helped expedite things ; was very professional . He was honest and was up front about not being sure if he could do the repair on an LG machine due to availability of parts, but would take a look bc maybe able to fix depending on what part was needed; I���ve heard that before on earlier repIrs from other service people. Thank goodness no electronic part was needed and just valves to replace, which he could do. I don���t know what the repIr cost compared to others would have been , but he honored a coupon I just called up from Angie���s list so I was pleased with that. I will definitely use him for all future repairs!

    I call Jeff Sunday about the problem of the ice maker and he call me back next day.He give me an estimate over the phone and I was agreed .He came on time, an in few minute he fixed the problem.I offer him pay for his service fees.He denied to accept that and it surprised me.Now a days hard to find this kind of people.Thank you Jeff for your kindness.

    It went well. Joe was professional and punctual. He explained what the problem was and the cost to repair it. When he returned the following week to put a new hose on he arrived earlier than I expected. I should note that I was at work and did not have my phone on me but he left me a message. Thankfully there was someone at home to let him in! The only thing is you do not get a written estimate as all is done through email after work is done and is paid for. Receipt, through email, shows what price you were quoted. I prefer a written estimate for my records but I would consider them in the future.

    Very well. Casey responded immediately and resolved the electrical problem right away. He promptly diagnosed the problem with the ice maker and purchased the part and actually installed it on a Sunday morning. This is a rental property so he had to also coordinate his service calls with my tenants. He went above and beyond expectations and was very professional.

    The first technician that came out on 8/31/17 said that the flapper on the ice maker needed replacing and that it would cost $12.37. He said the dishwasher pump was vibrating, but was not serviceable, as he could not get the dishwasher out of the cabinet. He charged us $85.00 to diagnose the flapper on the ice maker, stating since the dishwasher was not serviceable, he would not be able to properly diagnose it. He suggested the dishwasher was installed incorrectly, and we needed to remove wood trim from the cabinet so he could get the dishwasher out when he returned for the repair. Though the appliance repairman was unable to get the dishwasher out of the cabinet, we were able to pull it out quite easily without having to remove any of the cabinet parts, as the repairman insisted was required. The technician had to order the flapper and charged $85.00 for the diagnostic fee on 8/31/17, which we paid that day. The receipt we received on 8/31/17 stated $12.37 would be the only charge for the part (flapper) and would need to be paid when it was replaced. Nothing was written on the receipt stating future labor fees. A second technician came out on 9/7/17 to replace the flapper and charged $85.00 for labor for the flapper and $12.37 for the part. He then added a wire clip that looked like a piece of a coat hanger to the pump on the dishwasher and charged an additional $85.00 for labor. The total labor time for both appliances added up to no more than 20 minutes, and both appliances were easily accessible in the kitchen. (We even pulled the dishwasher out for them.) Their website clearly states "$85.00 for Labor Per Hour [Minor Repairs]". We thought surely there was a mistake with this overcharge, so we contacted their office and explained the double charge of $85.00 and what their website states regarding flat rate labor fees. The lady that answered the phone said she would just revise their website to reflect our bill, and that the labor is $85.00 per hour per appliance. I then explained it only took about 20 minutes of labor for both appliances, but she refused to refund the overcharge of $85.00. We documented the quotes on their website and since we were clearly overcharged by $85.00, we are disputing the overcharge with Amex. We attempted to resolve this with the office, but were unsuccessful. The technician, Steve, was kind, but the overall service and overcharge appear unethical. The total amount we paid Expert Appliance added up to $280.14, and we had to remove the dishwasher from the cabinet for them. [$85.00 diagnostic fee, $85.00 labor, $85.00 labor, $12.37 flapper part, $12.77 tax = $280.14 total]

    When Bob came the first time the refrigerator wasn't having any problem and the freezer was working again so he cleaned the coils and we hoped that was the problem. The next time the freezer and the refrigerator both quit and the compressor was hot to the touch. We called back and Bob talked us through some things he wanted us to try and then call him back. When it still did not work we started shopping for a new one because we were convinced the compressor was shot but Bob wanted to come and test the compressor before we gave up on it. He ended up replacing a part and the compressor started right up and has been working ever since. We are very grateful to Bob an would recommend B&N to anyone. We plan to call them for all our appliance repairs in the future.

    Excellent! They were extremely knowledgeable and professional! The oven is very large so they sent 2 people and had the tools and other items needed to get the oven out of the wall without any damage to my cabinets. Will definitely use again!

    I had some issues with discrepancies on what they were going to charge me and what the representative said they were going to charge me. I had to call back and forth and get the price straightened out. They were reliable as far as them coming out when they said they were going to. The interaction was good. The dishwasher is fixed and working well.

    Very friendly and professional. Found the problem, and provided estimate. I did not go ahead with the work for the sole reason that we deemed it not cost effective to repair versus the value of the machine. B&N will be the first call I make if (when) I need appliance repair again. $400 listed below is for the repair. They charged a very reasonable $89 service charge, which would have gone toward repair had we moved forward.
