Sergio and Nick did such a fantastic, thorough job in cleaning my HVAC system vents and clothes dryer vent! They also adjusted the vents for maximum effectiveness and inspected my entire system. Plus they gave me suggestions on how to improve its operation. Sergio provided me with a huge amount of information about the HVAC system and clothes dryer -- he is so knowledgeable and helpful! I now know the proper way to maintain the system and dryer -- a truly valuable, unexpected service. Both technicians were very professional and pleasant. I couldn't be more pleased and wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Did well, but missed 2 vents, charged me for them though. Called office, they said he'd come back that day, didnt happen. Days later, nothing. Called, said they would talk to him and send him on Monday. That Saturday, I cleaned them myself. Asked for a partial refund $40, for the two he missed....no reply, still waiting.

The process went very well. The gentleman doing the work was timely, professional and open to questions. It was unbelievable to me that we have been living with the disgusting (and I am being kind here) material in the ducts. We kept up the 2X a year "system cleaning" and AC check but no one had suggested duct cleaning! After looking into what was living in the ducts and air grates, we purchased a U.V. Germicidal light. I was willing to go for 2 but was told one was enough. The ducts were disinfected and the boots (that is where the air flow enters the rooms) were sealed. Our Boots had areas around them that collected dust groupings. None of this was visible without removing the intake and output grates. We are extremely pleased with the service!! Less dust and allergy symptoms. Yea!!

I had to do most of the work if I actually wanted my ducts cleaned because they only sent one person. I got into the attic and opened up the return line and pushed the vacuum through myself. If I had not known what needed to be done, he would have completed his work without cleaning the return duct which is the most important duct to be cleaned.

They kept messaging me and leaving voice mails telling me to call them about the date of service and everytime I'd respond they would say the date and time were fine - finally they said they had me mixed up with someone else.
The man showed up and I don't think he even introduced himself. He was gruff and just wanted me to sign here and get to work.
    He did not explain anything.
He was in and out in less than an hour and the work was not very good.
When I asked when the carpets would be dried he said 4 hours. The next morning they were still damp.
The kid he had with him (helper) was more personable and went back over a couple of spots for me, but overall the service was not good and I would not recommend them.

The company did what they told us on the phone when we researched different companies; in fact the courtesy of the technician and the spokesperson on the phone they exceeded expectations.

Since we moved into our house we knew that it was just a matter of time until our heat pump gave out.  We limped it along until a few weeks ago when it started leaking a large amount of condensation.  A quick check by our old a/c service company confirmed that the unit needed to be replaced.  Luckily with it being October we had some time to go out and get multiple quotes.  After talking to a number of different companies we decided to go with Waycoff's.  Mike at Waychoff's did a great job on his initial visit of examining our existing system and duct work to determine the extent of the repair/replacement required.  He didn't just come in and look at my old system leave and send my a quote a day later like some other companies I talked to.  He spent time answering all my questions and going over all my options.  He put together all of the quotes right in front of my and showed how different options like increasing the SEER rating or adding a larger filter effected the price.  Those quotes were emailed to me prior to him leaving the visit and contained an itemized breakdown of everything they would do during the replacement process.  Again, this was above and beyond what other companies did for me.  The professionalism and attention to detail that Mike displayed added with the fact that the price he provided for the a 2-stage 16 SEER heat pump was the lowest of all the companies we talked to caused us to choose Waychoff's.  Mike worked with us to find a good day to install the unit and since our existing unit was still working we pushed it off for a few days until either my wife and I could be home.  On the day of the installation they installers (Ian and Ben) called us ahead of time to confirm that they were on their way and showed up when Mike said they would.  I can't say enough good things with how smooth the install went.  The guys new what they were doing and were out of there before 3 pm.  Before they left they did a walk through with my wife and I to familiarize us with the unit which I really appreciate.  Shortly after they left I received a call from Waychoff's to set up a follow up visit with Mike so that he could go over the installation and answer any final questions we had.  I may have been able to find a cheaper price through another company, but I doubt that I would have received the same level of service and professionalism.  In the end, all the people at Waychoff's went above and beyond what I expected of them for a more than reasonable price in my mind.

The owner (Victor Smith) and his assistant performed all the cleaning. The cost was $129 but was charged an additional $35 for the tougher spots. Guaranteed Carpet and Tile Cleaning did a fine job. They were efficient and thorough. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

    ABSOLUTE CLEAN AIR
Better than expected! I heard stories how it would be a mess to clean up once the job was done and that was not the case with Absolute Clean Air! Very happy with the job and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a company to clean their air ducts. There was even a coupon for the service which was nice!
