    Bright House Networks
With Bright-house it all depends on the technician that shows up. One showed up and did not know about anything going on. They left their scrapes and junk in my yard. Another showed up and they handled the job with efficiency and cleaned up everything. Teh one thing that is great about Bright-house is that they respond ASAP with any issues you have and it is free of charge. You don't get that with satellite.

Brenda has been the worst property management professional I've ever dealt with, by far.
Accused my wife of lying on her application; the information she withheld was not asked for specifically on the application.
Brenda was typically rude and caustic when submitting an infrequent maintenance request.
Upon move-in, the carpeting was still dirty. Whomever was tasked with cleaning the house did a poor job. It took a month for the main bathtub to be re-glazed (which was unusable for a week, and the coating flaked off in 3 years' time).
One of the bedrooms, we later found out, had carpet overlaid old cat urine-soaked outdoor carpet.
Florida room had a roof leak which was 'repaired', but never rectified.
The HVAC did not cool properly; only complete failures of the condenser were addressed despite numerous complaints and a report from Progress Energy showing numerous leaks in the duct work.
Old 1970s wall oven and stovetop were removed and a brand new range begrudingly installed after numerous complaints about the wall oven thermostat being on the fritz and two of the burners not working/heating properly.
Did not let us out of our final lease early once we did buy a house; I ate the last three months of that lease.
On move-out, she accused us of pet-stained carpet (totally false) - provided photographic evidence to the contrary. Our security deposit was (oddly) fully refunded.
Whether a property owner or a prospective tenant, steer clear of this company.

    Bob's Radio & TV Service
Called in the morning. Tech was able to get to our home the same day. He fixed the problem promptly at a reasonable cost.  We recommend this service highly and will use them again should the need arise.

Basically, this company received rent and took a 10% fee but provided little in the way of service.  Managed a rental house but failed to keep us informed of its condition and that extra people lived there.  Failed to perform routine inspections and/or report findings.  Although supposed to be negotiating a new lease, failed to follow up and company was unaware that tenants had moved out without having given proper notice or payment of last month's rent.  Failed to collect rent for final month of occupancy.  Applied late payment-related charges to landlord instead of tenants more than once and we had to pursue them for reimbursement.  Failed to collect for damages discovered while property still occupied by tenants.  Rude customer service by company owner, who was always very antagonistic and nasty.  Would never use again, cost us a fortune in damages to house and they rented to tenants with poor credit who made frequent late payments.  Hiring this company was a huge mistake.

    Bob's Radio & TV Service
The technician was at our door approximately 30 minutes after we contacted Bob's TV repair. It must have been written in the stars to have such quick and promt attention.
The technician arrrived and within a few minutes diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. He was right on the money with the diagnosis- and had the part with him so we did not have to wait.
We found the entire transaction to be extremely professional, honest and well done.
We highly recommend this service for anyone living in the area whose big screen TV starts giving problems. It was a perfect experience.

I liked the way he handled the work.  The problem was hard to diagnose and he never did solve it completely, but it went away and after I brought it home for a month, it has come back.  I am probably going to take it back to him, but he didn't charge me anything.  He could have charged me and I would have paid him, but he didn't.  He couldn't find the problem, but that may not be fair.  I probably might use his services next week.

The only reason I haven't cancelled service is because there is one employee who seems to know what he is doing. He arranged for a $100 credit for the poor service I have recieved. He will call from time to time to find out if we are experiencing any problems in our area. The program selection is great, the promotion pricing is great but the overall service is very, very poor. Once the contract ends I won't use Prism ever again and one great employee won't keep me as a customer. Once other companies offer internet I'll drop that and the landline phone too. I agree with other reviewers "BEWARE!!!!!!!"

I had a couple of bad experiences there. I had to wait my turn, and I wouldn't say it's any better or any worse than any other ER. I went in twice, and twice I was misdiagnosed. If I were to tell anyone about my experience there, I would say that it was not good, and I would tell them not to go there. I tell everybody that. I don't know if it is the same for the whole general staff, but of my two emergency room experiences, they nearly killed me once. I had a motorcycle accident due to which I had a collapsed lung and blood clots, and they didn't see them. Another time, I fell off a ladder and injured my foot. They took some x-rays and told me to go see a podiatrist because I had an embolism fracture. It turned out that I had a shattered heel. This is just about the ER, I don't know what I can say about the general staff. My experience was not good, and I wouldn't go back. I got two strikes, I am not going back for the third.

Again, I was taken to this hospital by ambulance after a car accident. The ER Dr. recommended for me to be admitted as I was disoriented. We agreed to be admitted and 4 different tests were run. Instead of trying to condense the amount of time I was to stay in the hospital, they delayed my stay by performing 1 test a day. The ER Dr. questioned if I had a seizure during the accident; but instead of waiting for the test results (which would have answered his questions), he sent a letter to the State of Fl. Driver's License Bureau while I was still in ER. I've always felt he knew I was being admitted, that he should have simply waited until the test results were in before deciding if I was a driver's risk due to seizures. For routine care, specifically blood tests ordered by my primary Dr., the hospital staff is very efficient, they process me from the time I walk into the hospital to the time they are finished is quick with friendly staff.

It is conveniently close by for me, and I have been treated well when I have been there. However, their punctuality is not too good.
