AALTERNATIVE PEST CONTROL PRODSVery well. Very knowledgeable lady runs the store and is very generous with her time. Explains what you need and how to apply it for best results. If you ask some of the knowledgeable pest control people around town that have been in business for a long time they probably know her from when she used to teach their classes. FFraud and poor customer service. I paid for an annual membership for routine pest control maintenance in July 2020. My check was cashed for $279 and no one has ever showed to provide the service. I have spent 2 months requesting a full refund. I have made numerous calls with lengthy wait times and have not been able to get a manager on the phone who could help me. I am promised over and over that Peter will call me back and he never does. I received a check from the corporate office for $69, not the full amount paid $279. I used this company the year prior without issue.

FI called 2 weeks ago to cancel my account due to financial hardships from this pandemic. They told me someone would call me back within 12-24 hours to confirm cancellation. No one called back. I called 2 days later and they told me they are waiting on the manager to sign off. I emailed the manager and NO response. I called a week later and they said they are still waiting and that a manager had called me and left 2 messages, which WASNT true! I never received a call or message. Now, it’s almost time for them to deduct another payment from my account. I’m going to have to dispute charges and file a complaint, all because they won’t go through with the cancellation. I do not recommend signing up with them, unless you decide to stay for life. They have no follow through on what they say they are going to do. Completely unprofessional. I’ve emailed the manager again. And the mosquito treatment we had didn’t even work. My husband was still getting bit every time he walked outside. Unsatisfied.

AI called another provider and they did not return my call. I called Florida Wildlife Busters and made an appointment for Monday as they charge more on weekends. Luke arrived within the appointment window and called about 15 minutes before arriving. He was friendly and service was quick and professional. I would definitely hire this company again.
